Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this store, especially by the employees Lauren and Kelsey. They were so enthusiastic and patient. I accidentally knocked over a giant rack and instead of yelling at me or getting upset, they calmed me down and reassured me everything is okay. I have social anxiety and often get panic attacks, so their kindness and understanding really made me feel so much better. They made a situation that could have been panic inducing for me so much more comfortable. 10/10 service. They deserve a raise.
Very upset by PacSuns customer service, and the way they handled my order. Feels like nobody is truly in charge of this. Every customer service rep I spoke to regarding my order had little to no answers. When I’d ask more about my order some would get upset by their tone. Very upset and unhappy about this first and last order I had with PacSun. Wish I can get the hat I ordered but oh well. That’s what happens when you have poor management.

Sketchy, rude people, will never go back
This place needs some work ethics. I have been shopping at PacSun for quiet sometime now, two customers in front of me were mistreated.Two gentlemen were working a closing shift last night. There was multiple customers shopping around and not getting helped. They were both worried about their little sports conversation.When a couple approached them to make some returns. Whoever was the person in charge, did not know how to handle the situation in a professional manner. A good description would be shorter gentlemen, with a nose piercing and a hat. He looked like a Latin descent.I witnessed this encounter on Thursday @ 8:50PM. This placed needs some real management, that hires people with work ethics.
Usually the staff the is questionable but today when i went in they were very nice and friendly, helped me out with what i need, and just gave off a great vibe. (JD is an exceptional staff member)
Horrible and deceptive, went in there to buy presents for nieces and nephew and was told I have to give an email address or the gifts can’t be returned by the receiver. Told him that is what gift receipts are for and don’t lie to me about how emails are mandatory. Then he backed down. Crooked sales people ruin the experience.
The employees were rude and disrespectful. They didn’t smile and I had a very bad vibe from them. They said rude things that shouldn’t be expected from an employee.
Stay far far away from this place. Worst customer service in the world. Went in to return a pair of shorts I’d received as a gift from my grandma but had to wait to get the receipt. Ended up getting it on the 61st day and couldn’t return them as the policy is 60 days max. All in all that’s fine with me. But the gals need to be rude and state that “61 days isn’t 60, is it?”. No B!@$h it ain’t. Just like I ain’t ever coming back to your sorry store. I’ll simply ensure to tell anyone and everyone I can about how poor and rude their customer service is. Trust when I say you’ll be happier shopping elsewhere.

Beach wear, and who doesnt like the beach?
Good clothing as usual but staff could be rude. i asked if they had any of the Xo collection by The Weeknd and left when i saw someone behind the register folding up multiple tees from The Weeknd. Also theres rumors that employees back door pairs of shoes that are limited to some customers. in all good clothing but something fishy going on
Got there at 8 but it was already closed when it was supposed to close at 9
