We always have good experiences coming to this Walmart’s automotive department. Today we were assisted by a kind gentleman named Victor Perez to get our tires rotated. It was also refreshing to see how kind their receptionist Kim greeted her customers and colleagues while we waited. Keep up the good work. They are amazing. Please come support them so they can open longer hours to support us back.

With a store full of shoppers, a disgruntled employee greeted me at the front entrance with a Were closed, no one showed up to work today and tried to persuade me to leave... What the? Added a star specifically for the one professional lady at the online pickup service desk who expeditiously got her job done and retrieved my order.

Its the typical Walmart experience, stuff in weird places, 80s flooring, two checkout lines with 15 people+ per line. But like usual, to the Walmart model you get to catch weird people doing weird stuff. Like a sleeveless tee wearing nose-masker asking to go behind the cigarette cashier to get a better look at the booze.... aka... classic.

We travel from San Ramon to shop at this Wal-Mart. Its very simple why. Its extremely well run, its immaculate and our fellow shoppers are always nice. I had to spend one night at San Ramon medical center. It was painfully obvious that Walmart kept its floors cleaner than a hospital. If you need help, just ask. They do their best to do it. Theres some feral cats across the parking lot and they let us cat nuts need and water them. Other people trap and spay the poor things.All in all, the place has good karma and private security thats always there.

Always best deals, cheaper than the competitors. Professional and fast delivery service, best customer service.

The lines moved quickly, there was enough cashiers to keep from having long lines. The employees were courteous and professional. They had correct answers to my questions

Store is good, best prices in town. Staff are friendly and super helpful. They always seem to be understaffed and stretched though, but it could just be my timing. Great store, would highly reccomend!!

I forgot to wear a mask again, and the lady at the door said sir if I would like a mask I have some here! That was nice!

Its easier to check inventory with the app and order for pickup

Tried to buy a battery they didnt have it in stock found one somewhere else in the installed it for a very reasonable price life is good

Absolutely garbage. The store is always dirty and hardly stocked. The workers dont know how to help you or do their job for that matter. The carts are always empty. They never have more than two lanes open.

I waited a week to review because I was so upset at the time I needed to get my thoughts together and post an honest review.I ordered online for an in-store pickup. Huge mistake.I arrived at the store around 11:45 and didnt leave until after 12:15. I was the only one in line, inside the store. The pickup counter is in full view of the customer service personnel, there were 2 on duty watching me stand there the whole time I was there waiting. They made sure not to make eye contact. I pressed the alert button once every 5 minutes and still no one came. It wasnt until I called the store and asked if they would send someone over that the front end lead, that is what her badge said, showed up. She behaved as if I was annoying her by being there. Horrible, horrible customer service skills, if any. I wont be back.This store and its management should be ashamed!

I came in today 6/2/21. The ladies in the beauty isle were helpful. Only issue was at check out Rupal didn’t acknowledge us she was busy on her phone, she was rude, throwing our stuff, didn’t even bother to bag it. No greeting of hello or thank you for shopping with us. And the elder lady at the edit door was a sweetheart.

They are always out of feline fresh pine cat litter. Wish they would put it on there web page when its at the Livermore store. Thx

Everything cosmetic/health beauty was locked up lol This is the Wal Nart you go to when theres no other option!!BTW grocery section didnt have very many options

So much wide varieties of choices, brands and products. Best for setting up a new home and with a great deals.

Cheap products, but just an awful store. Staff is treated poorly and then they pass that along to the customer. A poor shopping experience 9 times out of 10.

No real issues here, but I did come back for going on a week now to check to see if the dog biscuits that I buy are in yet and they havent been restocked.

Better than any other WalMart and very safe location.

This must be the best Walmart in the entire East Bay of San Francisco. Always has what we need and it’s a clean looking store unlike many others to include Pleasanton Walmart which is nasty.

Terrible Management, Tanika went in the mens bathroom and told my 13 year old grandson to leave. Told him he and his friends wont be riding their bikes in there again and he is BANNED.I found she made him leave the store as I called his moms cellphone and he told me. I went out and found him and a staff. Then went back inside and found a staff named Emily...she sort of found reslove. Mistaken idenity. My grandson recently moved to Livermore and has only been their with family.We feel he was profiled. He came back inside and helped my daughter at check out. No APOLOGY.Then I am overcharged by 9.00. Stupid and had to wait at customer service while our perishable itwms get soft.Never will I return to that store. Female staff should not go inside the mens room, especially when a monor is involved. I am not done at thiz level of complaint.

The parking lot is like a RV resort

I always get lost in Wal-Mart and buy stuff i didnt intend to. Not a bad place to shop for almost anything.

I went to the Livermore Walmart to purchase 2 giftcards. I asked the cashier if I could purchase 2 giftcards with $500 on each card. The cashier was inexperienced and rang up a giftcard for $5.00. She then had to void that transaction. Once she rang up the 2 giftcards correctly, she needed the manager to input her numbers. The manager came over and rudely told me that I cannot purchase the giftcards at the checkout, and I would have to buy them at customer service. This was after I had waited over 10 minutes.I walked to customer service, and the surly older female employee asked me what the giftcards were for!! The last time I checked you dont have to give a purpose for purchasing giftcards. In fact, the whole point of purchasing a giftcard is because youre either buying a gift (hence the clever name giftcard), or because you shop at the store so often that you know that youll be spending money there. Anyway, the elderly woman who resembled a cigarette told me that I could not purchase the giftcards. She told me that this was a scam, even though I was paying with a debit bank card and I had 2 forms of ID. I left the store and I will not be returning.

Livermore Walmart has been transformed from Just Walmart to a Super shopping place, its very clean, staffs are eager to help their customers and the shopping experience is much pleasant and wonderful

It was a productive trip as always, unfortunately Im not very thrilled given the result of this trip. I was sold a UV sanitizing light that came out of the box broken already. Plus I have to make a second trip to return it, obviously not what I was hoping for.

Always employees in aisles with unloading food items, which is strange because a lot of shelves are empty. Aisles very crowded. They could take lessons from Livermores store.

Standard Wal-Mart. A bit on the run-down side even for Wal-Mart.

Some of the workers are very rude and roll theyre eyes at you when you dare ask them for help... I am getting very tired of spending any money there at all!!!!

It was okay but the stocking team had the aisles blocked with stocking stuff and there was on other birthday items by the birthday stuff, I needed tissues for a birthday bag and there was no small birthday bags to be found anywhere

Its nice store with friendly staff. Can be little bit cleaner/less smellier at the entrance where rest rooms are located

Standard Walmart. Security appears to be lacking. The Bronson guard on duty is usually sleeping right next to the door or left of the homeless camp. Not a super clean place. They appear to let people camp intermittently. Wal mart staff are avoidant and busy. Easily found items I was looking for.

This branch does not have fresh vegetable and fruit portions.

Small grocery selection. Normal Walmart experience with product on shelves. Next step nicer is a Target

Worst possible experience on pickup. Drove 10 miles to pickup a bike after receiving email for pickup and once arrived was told the bike is in box and not assembled and was given no specific date for assembly

The shelves are bare, makes it hard to shop. I love Walmart and heart breaking.

The Livermore Walmart is unfortunately not great. The place is disorganized and the mens section is very small and not well stocked.

Walmart was out of Brachs sugar-free candy which I go specifically to Walmart to get. It also didnt have their generic teas.

Good sale price for a TV but had to argue with not one but two employees, one who couldnt figure out how to find the sale price on walmart.com and one who argued walmart.con wasnt necessarily them and it might be a hack job...for $11 off the sticker price! Manager saved us. Overall the place is dirty and a pain to shop at, but for once they beat Amazons price.

The younger manager is not leader material. Blows my mind she works in the returns and money place when she doesnt know much about return. And instead of learn from an employee who knows what hes doing, she lets ignorance blind her.... Thats not what a good leader does a leader learns from whomever possible!!! Pride goethbefore the fall!!! Hopefully shell improve.

Had things I needed and at a good price.

On 12/15/20, the lines were long as people were stocking up again. But surprisingly still had Charmin! Lines were shortened when they opened up several more checkouts, though! Theyre great about that at the Livermore location! Great staff, plenty of parking!

Not all the Prices are competitive. Isolated location from residential area. Next to Homedepot and Office Max. Plan ahead you may save some gas in one shot.Chitos corn snacks were listed $3.99 same you can get for $2.87 at other local stores.Cereal and Chicken 🐔 are reasonable and competitive.Bird feed 40Lbs bag is under $20 which is a better buy at Walmart vs. Homedepot.Of course as we all know best is to check if any sales are going on....best and easy way to save some Money 🤑💰

One aisle, eleven, open as usual with a half dozen carts in line. Self-checkout much worse. Low stock on many items. Dirty. Pathetic.

A lot of workers here dont speak English, but Im used to this. Actually its the cashier, (same cashier, more than once) could not pronunce even the amount that was due correctly. Luckily for me, it forced me to learn how to speak derogatory remarks back her her in her own language. (Hindi) And since no one trained her or at least put her at work stocking items somewhere until she learns numbers in English, then I can respond in Hindi according to her behavior. Again a big thanks to Walmart for helping me to expand my language skills.

This is almost one of the worst stores..they never keep anything stocked up and not one employee can help find anything

Only went to the electronics area but they were helpful and fast.

This Livermore store is awful. Only a couple of check outs at a time lately and they will close one even if there is a line and not call for anyone to take over. The garden center check outs seem to be never open. I cant stand Target but will be going there if things dont get better.
