Big selection of products at this store. Right across the street from the Livermore premium outlets. The people here are very friendly. I was looking for a surprise for my wife, and the ladies here helped me find the perfect gift. They were fast, nice and efficient. This store is clean, friendly and has a wide variety of products.

Ulta has all the beauty products. I bought the blue shampoo by Paul Mitchell. The staff were knowledgeable and professional.

Went for haircut and its not worth the money. $25 for kid but so simple cut and no wash. I had asked them at appointment if wash is included and they said yes then after going there she says no. I would get better cut outside for less price than this

Little bit disappointed with the customer service. I had to ask for help more than 3 times . She quickly got that Im not a make up pro so she thought that its ok to sell me things that dont go together, for example she tried to offer me lip liner Nude#0 for lipstick Nude#3, just because everything else was sold out. Meanwhile 3 employees had been helping 1 customer at the same time :( maybe she was special. Next time when I need to buy KKW product I will order directly from KKW Beauty.

I took a appointment for a hair cut + hair color.I told the person on the phone that I have really short hair so I wanted a short haircut.When I came in the hairdresser only have scissor, no clippers, no razor.. nothing.Unprofessional.Don’t recommend this location at all !!

I went on Wednesday night, the 20th of November. Both the ladies were magnificent! They were knowledgeable when recommending skin care products, looking for items I couldnt find and most of all patient. A friend who shopped for the first time said she had fun. Having a woman of color that can helped us make awesome decisions was priceless.

The employees are so helpful and friendly. Stores are always clean and well stocked. The hair salons do great work for customers at more reasonable prices than private salons.

This is a great location! Staff is great and returns are easy! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable!

Update :I believe the woman’s name is Lily and she is a manager there. I think Corporate needs to take a closer look at their values and have their store employees aligned to them! This was cruel and her lack of empathy and customer service was the worst I have ever seen!This is the literally the worst experience I have had dealing with a anyone in a store or in business! I honestly cannot fathom how they can treat customers like this!I booked a makeup appointment a week in advance with Mac for a huge event( my birthday with over 100 guests). The night before my event they call me and left a voicemail that they need to cancel because both their Mac artists were sick. I called back and at this point Im obviously panicking because I coordinated my entire day around their makeup appointment. Well, I cant give you the name of the woman who I spoke with because she refused to give it to me! I asked her why she didnt find a solution for me knowing that this appointment is super important since it is for an event! I mentioned she should or could have called another Ulta and this woman would not stop talking over me and being super rude and then she hangs up on me! I called back and nobody would give me her name! She answered again and refused to give me her name and threatened to call the cops! Who does that? She must have a lot of issues with low class people in her life when she jumps to calling the cops on a customer that she is being rude to! I called another Ulta and they were shocked! Also all Ultas are supposed to answer the phone and mention their name which this Ulta does not do- because they are rude to customers! When you are dealing with weddings and events you need to be helpful and understanding to your customers needs and bend over backwards to help them! Especially loyal customers like myself that spend a lot of money there! Im going to Sephora from now on and I urge anyone who reads this not to give this store or Ulta your money for your beauty needs! They have zero respect for the customer and there are plenty of other retailers that are professional and respectful to go to so dont ever trust Ulta! They ruined my big birthdayevent and I hope this does not happen to anyone else!

0 stars. Customer service horrible. Went in to touch up already blonde hair. Hair dresser suggest lowlights to make it look more natural. After 5 hours, left with brown hair. Both hair dresser and manager said it was my fault and I had to pay. I paid for full highlights and my hair is brown? How would that make sense. Don’t go there, they hate their customers.

I went to this ulta location because it was closer to me than the dublin ulta. The store was practically empty because of how new it was. I grabbed what I wanted to purchase and went to the check out. I was the only person waiting in line yet the employee working there was on her phone with her friend (NOT a costumer as i could somewhat hear the subject and tone of her call). She had me waiting for a while and eventually rolled her eyes as she hung up. It was extremely rude and i never went to that store again. Id rather drive a couple extra miles and be treated like a human than go to that store.

Scheduled hair appointment twice, and both times went there to find out the system didnt have me. First I thought it was me, but it happened twice.. and the place itself doesnt seem very organized even though it has been months now.
