This place was good for me today. The Person was quick and professional for my International package. I only printed a little dimmed labels without a pouch for shipping documents in, he could handle it nicely, not like FedEx in Walgreen Livermore just before.

I use this location several times per week for business. I have a lot of last-minute print jobs, and pack-and ship jobs. These folks step up every single time. I often need to use other Bay Area locations of FedEx for the same thing if I am out in the field, and they have been generally good. But this location is particularly well-managed and the staff here are universally excellent.

Every single time I have gone in there I receive excellent customer service..everyone is very helpful and today I got awesome customer service by Ariele. She was patient and super sweet to me..I highly recommend this place. Great job to the whole staff!

I went there today with my mother to copy some legal documents and old, crumbling family photos.I wish there was a way to rate staff and various other aspects separately. I’ll just have to mention them instead.Staff deserve 5 stars. Of the times I’ve been here and the staff have been kind, honest, and patient. On this particular day, it seemed especially so. Our legal documents were numerous and fragile. A man with curly hair (Marius, Mario, please forgive me, I’m hard of hearing, and didn’t hear him properly and was too embarrassed to ask again) helped instruct us on how to use the machines. I also noticed he said hello to everyone who walked in the room, and was even good about checking in with folks to make sure everyone felt taken care of.The facilities deserve maybe somewhere around 3.5 or 4 stars. While, yes the place was clean and organized (always appreciated features), I came for the machines. Some of the machines we glitching or out of service, but thankfully what would have made for a frustrating visit was smoothed over by this man’s wonderful honesty and work ethic.

When ever I have to use this store I always more than a great experience. The staff is friendly over the phone and very through in providing excellent service for me and my family when we ship and receive. I love the Fed ex Livermore store.

I was planning on returning a piece of greenhouse fabric to the supplier. I packed it in a cardboard box and very securely taped it. It looked like an almost-new box. The attendant refused to take it. It was VERY well packed, but she didnt like the way that I had torn the duct tape (seriously!!) and she didnt like the fact that I had made the box about 4 smaller by cutting the ends and refolding them (very carefully). It was completely absurd. There was nothing about my packing that wasnt near-professional. I had wrapped it securely in duct tape alone all sides. There was nothing that would prevent this box from being successfully shipped. She wanted to repack the box for $16.00 I left to go to FedEx.

Went there to mail a time sensitive important document to India. The lady in the counter created the shipping label with From and To address in their system and asked me to review it. I saw an important part of the To address is left out and told her. She said that is what the system shows but when they scan the bar code they can see everything Now she printed and affixed it on the cover and she asked me to take a photo of the label. While I was holding the cover in my hand and thinking what can I do about this missing part of the To address (since it is not showing in the label also there is was this weird set of 9s under country name), she grabbed the cover from my hand and told me, other customers are waiting and she is busy and dropped it with international pile.Now the said document never reached the destination and my tracking ID gave a message they could not deliver because of incorrect address. So delayed by a day, I called international fedex number and they are another big frauds never followed up with me for my problem. I waited few hours and called Indian FedEx number and the rep there was very helpful.The reason he said for cannot deliver is - Incorrect address, and top of it he asked me why your contact number is wrong, it shows all 9s. If we had correct phone number we could have delivered on time by calling the recipient and checking for proper addressSo this lady in Fedex Livermore not only messed up my To address, she never filled the recipient contact number and top of everything she was extremely rude. For this kind of service and to send a single paper document I paid $80.00

The manager Shawn was very rude. I was trying to ship a package and he said, This is actually not FedEx! I dont work for FedEx and this is not an actual FedEx company! Well you could have fooled me, because theres a great BIG-O sign outside the building with the words FEDEX.The rest of the staff is very nice and very professional. Its amazing though, that the ONE person who is supposed to set the tone for professional behavior is the rude one.

I would give this place a negative number of stars if I could. Brought a package in to ship. They refused to take the box that was tightly packaged and taped on all sides. No help offered, just told me they would not accept it. There is always a long wait and customer service is a joke. Stay away from here if you can. Manager is a miserable person. Very rude and unhelpful.

This location is a joke. The staff is great but like the others say, the managers are flat out jerks. They wont accept any package unless its in a fed ex box. They wont even accept new Amazon boxes claiming they are too weak and fail during shipping even though they are certified like every other box. They will gladly sell you an over priced fed ex and charge you to pack it, in which they do a terrible job as my customers have complained. Management is Extremely rude every time I go in. Its baffling that the two store managers are still there.

Helpful staff attended to my needs to ship a really oddly shaped package to Florida. Even helped me save a few dollars by recommending an alternative shipping method with the same delivery date.

I am experienced with all mailing and shipping companies--(archaic USPS, UPS, private knock-offs etc.)---long time experience has proven to me the FedEx group is the most consistently reliable, predictable cost reasonable and overall useful service provider of any available.

The new shipping process can be confusing.Make sure you demand to be helped at the counter and do not fill in paper slip with shipping information...If folks show up behind you without a slip (like you) very likely they will be jumping ahead of the line..Just happened to me ...3 folks got ahead of me.All depends on the clerk at the counter who decides who fills in paper and who doesnt

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The employees completely ignore their customers and are very rude. I will never come here again.

They don’t open at 7am, they actually open at 7:30am. Seems as if employees get there later, and when they do get here they leave the storeClosed.

Went here with an Express box and ground shipping already on it (my work sent it to me so I could send some work items back) lack of acknowledgement when I walked in (3 people standing there) when a gentleman came to take my package he said it could be shipped like this I would have to buy I different box for it, you cant have a ground package ship in an Express box... I didnt understand since I assume this would be ok and I asked him again so there is no way to ship it like this? He said no.. so next day I was in Pleasanton and saw I FedEx office there tried to mail out my package.... Not a single issue at all, after I got the receipt I asked the lady why I would be told there is an issue shipping out something like this (the original packaging to me was also sent ground in an Express box) she said she didnt know why I wouldnt have been allowed to ship it at a different office. Wont be going to this location again.

Its a fedex office. So they are good but a little slow in service due to getting all addresses correct etc...

Dont waste your money doing poster boards or canvas reproductions here-its very costly and the art is not very professional. Save your money and go to Costco or somewhere else.

Very rude staff, will never go again. The manager Irene or something is so unprofessional and rude, making her own rules for shipping, not even sure who made her manager. The customer service is almost zero.
