Frank at Bill Brown Ford went above and beyond. Not only did he shift his schedule for me but took me out to lunch while the finance department was finalizing the paperwork. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. No pressure, just up front and honest. Finance manager was spot on as well. They believe in the product they sell. Frank is a Ford guy to his core, 100% recommend.

Frank Sucurro was excellent in our most recent lease trade-in. Frank was ahead of the game and let us know we needed to order a new Explorer months in advance because of the chip shortage. Vehicle was well equipped and we got a great deal. Frank also helped us with the purchase and subsequent sale of our old Explorer to the dealer netting us over $1500. I highly recommend Frank for your next Ford purchase!

I obtained my first lease from Bill Brown Ford and had a good experience overall with John B. The vehicle was in great condition so I never had to contact the dealer for anything. Fast forward, my lease is due back and I’m in the market for a new car. I was absolutely shocked at the service I received second time around from the same dealer.We felt the hostility when we were questioning the numbers. We were being pressured to get the car on the spot. The dealer wanted to lease me the car without test driving it, when we insisted that we will not take a car without a test drive, we were allowed to drive it but for a small distance. I ended leaving the dealer. I will not be going back.Fortunately I went to Tom Holzer Ford in Farmington hills and had a completely different experience. The numbers were the same as the one from Bill Brown Ford, however, we felt so comfortable asking questions and we felt that we had the choice to take the car or not, instead of being pressured.I will not be shopping at Bill Brown Ford to say the least and neither will my family.

Water is pooling in my 2017 Explorer which I bought CPO from this dealership. Left my name and contact info with a young woman in the service department 10/29/21. No callback. Made more time out of my work day to call again today 11/3/21. Appointments pushed out back another week. Loyal customers should be treated as such- especially when water pooling in a vehicle should take priority over a tire rotation. Going to Bob Maxey for service instead.

I have taken my vehicles there recently, I was most impressed because they got my daughter in and out with her recall work! This is the most important thing that I look for in a dealership, taking care of my family! No problems whatsoever and no hassles. They have always gotten it right the first time! Their parts department was more than helpful when my sons and I have needed them. If they did not have a part they found it at another dealership, this is why I will continue using them and recommend them! At times parking is a premium, when you are that good I guess everybody will go there!Jon

I cant say how great it was working with Bill Brown ford. To make a long story short the dealership I was working with before ordered a car for me and never responded again. When I call Tony, he was able to make the exact car I wanted happen (thank goodness because I had already sold mine) he was wonderful. So nice, fast to respond, and easy to work with. I also have to say that working with the finance department, which is always the worst part of getting a new car was a breeze! Thank you Tony and John for really going above and beyond. You just got a customer for life.

Took my vehicle in late June 2021 to have rear brakes and rotors replaced because I could hear metal to metal grinding, work was done and noticed slight burning smell which is normal so I didnt think anything of it since I know that a coating has to burn off. Fast forward to September/October of 2021 and Im hearing the same metal grinding noise. Finally had time to get into the shop to have the truck looked at and the rear right side brake caliper is sticking, both brake pads are worn down after being replaced a few months prior. A complete waste of money and time. They knew something was wrong and decided not to say anything regarding the brake caliper. I will never go back to bill brown ford, and Ill make sure that anyone I know never goes to bill brown ford. Either incompetent or just flat-out negligent, doesnt matter just stay away.

I was pretty much satisfied with Quick Lane Service until the last time I had my 2011 Ford escape in. When I got the car back nothing was mentioned about the loud scraping when you press on the brakes. I attributed this to rust since we had had a lot of rain and I had not driven the car for about a week and my wifes car at the same experience. As the scraping got worse I took it to a local mechanic who had to replace the pads the rotors and the hoses. I am not sure I can trust Quick Lane to service my car in the future after such a colossal blonder on the part of the technicians and the repair shop. Jerry Tambeau

I have never purchased a car from a dealership so I was a little hesitant to do so this time around. I have zero complaints about my experience. Chris Soutar is who we worked with and I just sent two family members to see him as well. He was very patient and kind as I had several questions. He never pushed me towards something that wasn’t a good fit for what I needed. He actually showed me what he thought was a good option (less vehicle than I planned on) but he was right. Remarkable lack of professionalism in their service department. They called me to schedule recall work a week in advance. Told me I would need to leave the car for a day. When I arrive, they tell me they wont be able to work on the car for days, maybe a week, they dont know if they have the parts, and the only thing scheduling accomplished is that they would get to my car done in a week or so . What is the point of scheduling work?

⚠️POSITIVE POST⚠️I was notified of a recall pertaining to the drive shaft coupling on my Ford Transit from a local transmission shop.I called around to 4 local Ford dealerships. Bill Brown was actually the furthest from my location BUT their customer service and plan for service was THE BEST BY FAR!I was in contact with the amazing team members in the fleet department. They ordered the recalled parts based on the vin and notified me as soon as they arrived. The parts arrived on Friday, we dropped our van off on Sunday night and it was taken in first thing Monday morning, as promised. I was called just a few hours later letting me know my vehicle was ready to go!My husband and I were more than impressed! We would be glad to make a longer trip to receive such amazing service! I had issues with another dealership before calling Frank, the the level of customer service he provided was refreshing. Make sure you read your 8 page contract when leasing a vehicle. If you choose not to stay with Ford, they will charge you $400+ in fees.The dealers and sales agents do a great job of skimming over that part when you initially start signing everywhere (Confirmed with others.)It’s is our duty as a consumer to read everything. Nobody’s fault but my own.With that being said, read your contract instead of listing to the sales person talk your ear off.

After leasing 10 vehicles in our family the past 10 years from Bill Brown, my daughter recently turned in her 2017 Escape lease but did not re-up into a Ford vehicle. She leased through GM this time due to continual engine light warnings that the service department could never fix and seemed to never take the problem seriously. The salesman never asked her why she wasn’t leasing another Ford vehicle and phone calls and emails to the Sales Manager (Matt Garchow) to review the reasons why have gone unanswered. Pretty shabby attitude. I guess Matt is too busy making commercials and doesn’t care about losing our business. Trust me, Matt - I will tell as many people as I can about this.

I called with some questions about a new lease and if anything monetary was different due to the pandemic, and the sales guy I spoke with rudely asked if I was interviewing him for a magazine. I said No, I just wanted a couple of questions answered before I drive an hour to Livonia, because they have such a good selection of vehicles at that specific dealership. He rudely goes well come in and I’ll answer your questions. Safe to say I won’t be going to Bill Brown if that’s the experience I had just over the phone.

I bought my car here about 6 years ago and have always had a good experience- both in buying a car and in having it serviced. I brought in my car recently for a couple of issues- the air conditioner wasnt working properly and that awful whining noise Id been hearing was an indication that I needed a new transmission. Since I am not in a position to buy a new car right now, the dealership went above and beyond to help me keep my car on the road for a few more years. Every effort was made to get the repair covered under warranty, but when this was determined not to be an option, the dealership worked with me to reduce some of the cost of the transmission repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was kept in the loop the entire time. I was always treated with courtesy and respect, all of my questions were answered and I had a great overall experience. I picked up my car today- it was freshly washed and runs like a champ. I am once again highly satisfied!

Quick Lane was anything but...Made an appointment three days in advance in hopes to get my vehicle back on the road quickly and they promptly wrapped it up in 8 hours and 15 minutes. The staff was rude and they refused to look at all of my concerns. I was a customer for years and now Im considering something other than a Ford for my next purchase. What a shame.

My best sales experience to date...even with the shortage of computer chips and limited inventory, I was still able to get my truck for thousands less than MSRP and my salesman (Scott Daugherty) never once played the let me talk to the manger game or put any pressure on me to buy. In my case, its Tony Juncaj in the auto leasing department. I have worked with Tony now for 9 years. In fact, I just took delivery on a beautiful 2020 Ford Fusion. Quality of service is good; late day appointments though, tend to drag out. It seems that if you make an appointment, there’s little urgency to get you in and out, if you’re the last guy scheduled. We bought our veh from bill brown new and had bought a maintenance package also . And gave them all of the service on this veh . They have been a decent place to have work done besides a few issues but they have taken care of it . But my issue now is and this may be small but it should be addressed for other customers maybe also. The last 3 times they didnt wash the car and the last 2 times left my valve caps off the valve stems . This bugs me because we purchased this veh from bill brown and spent money with them on warranty also . Take care of customers and get employees to take pride in customer service . U had 4 porters on there cell phones when I walked in to pick up veh come on u would think u would at least get them to wash a veh then being on there phones .

Mike gentry was my sales guy and he was amazing! my insurance lady was in a bind with conference calls so i could not get insurance quotes but we did some rough numbers and gave me some awesome options. I had left work and even had my dog with me and i was welcomed right in so she did not have to sit in the car with the AC running. A+ service! FYI i went to feldman down the street in livonia and was treated like chopped liver on a plate... they were in such a rush to sell and the sales dude at feldman was like let me go ask finance.. hold on wait let me go ask? feldman was terrible do not go there!

This is the worst, most unprofessional car dealership I’ve ever come across. In short, sales person Darwin Marsh made a deal with my husband on a mustang that they negotiated on. Salesperson went as far as speaking with the bank to confirm that he had his loan, and sent him the purchase order for him to sign along with the copy of the title. He was supposed to drive up, trade in his current mustang, and pay the difference for the new one that the deal was made on. Once ALL of this was confirmed and ready to go.. Salesperson sold the mustang to ANOTHER BUYER the next day AFTER my husbands credit has already been pulled and check is IN HAND. Completely unprofessional and tasteless. This dealership does not care for their customers, only making a quick buck off of whoever has the money the fastest. Unreliable. And now he cannot get ahold of anyone. This dealership needs to make right immediately. Do not do business with this dealership.

Purchased a Ford Edge several weeks ago at Bill Brown Ford. Chris Miller, our sales guy was so helpful and patient. We test drove 3 different vehicles during our first visit. Then after making our decision, we came back to purchase. However, when we got there, we still werent certain and ended up going on 3 more drives. Chris was knowledgeable and made sure we understood differences between vehicles. We left with a Ford Edge which so far we completely love. We have been coming to Bill Brown for years, along with most of our family. I have been happy with the dealer and the experience has been great almost every time. Most recently bought our 2021 F-150 from Jeff Muntean. I ordered the truck in Mid-March, and it was delivered to the dealer in early May. Jeff had it tinted, cleaned up, and ready to go. We ran into an issue where FordPass wouldnt work, same with Wireless CarPlay. We found it before I left when I came in to sign paperwork. Jeff sent me off for lunch and got their sync tech to look at it right away. Unfortunately they couldnt resolve it, but it wasnt critical to the trucks operation, so I took it home while they called Ford Engineering, since all the tests were passing. Anyway, Jeff gave me a $50 Gift Card for the trouble.Fast forward about a month, and Ford got the issue figured out (delay wasnt the dealer, it turned out that F-150s built between late April/Early May had been programmed with a bad firmware for the modem, and it was causing all the issues for myself and others. Through this entire situation, Mariah (our service advisor) and Jeff stayed in contact and were very responsive. Mariah was especially outstanding, as Bill Brown has a text messaging option for keeping in contact with your advisor, and she was always friendly, professional, and responsive when I had questions.In the end, they fixed the modem with a 20 minute reflash, and everything is working perfect. It doesnt matter who builds the vehicle, stuff happens. But the follow through on service after you buy the vehicle is what really matters, and they went above and beyond both this trip, and with every vehicle we have bought before. I have never had them wave away concerns in service, and have always received vehicles back on schedule or quicker than expected.

Unlike many other people trying to sell cars, he doesnt try to pressure you into a lease. He gives you the space and time to think it over. I had my vehicle towed in for repairs. The service person who was assigned to me provided poor service. He gave me the run-around when I called to see if my vehicle had arrived (stating that I needed to call the tow company to make sure that they had dropped it off at the right place, as opposed to checking to see if it was there). Once it was confirmed that my vehicle was there, he said he would call me the following day with an update (which he did not). I left messages for a returned call. He didnt return the call, so I went up to the dealership to check the status of my car. His customer service was far less than average. I understand the fact that my vehicle is still being worked on, but I dont understand why its so difficult to give an update, informing me that the mechanic had not determined what the issue was with the vehicle. After all, he told me that he would call me the following day. I have asked to be assigned to a different service person. At this point, I have decided to patronize a different dealership in the future.UPDATE 12/24/20: I picked my vehicle up yesterday and drove it home. I attempted to drive it this morning and it wouldnt start. Its doing the exact same thing that it did before I sent it in. I sent it to the dealership assuming that they would be able to find the issue and solve it, but apparently not. Whatever they claimed to have done didnt fix my vehicle. I just paid $200 and my vehicle wont start again. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this entire process.

My wife and I have bought/leased 6 vehicles from Chris over the last 10 years and he has never disappointed. He is professional, respectful, has great attention to detail, and is always available to help, whether buying or leasing a new car, handing in an old lease, or helping to answer questions about a vehicle. He came in to finish the transaction on a Saturday when the dealership is normally closed. He also drove out to my house to pick up some items I had forgotten. I am really disappointed in the interaction I had with Bill Browns salespeople. The glowing reviews left me with fairly high expectations, but the reality proved to be quite different.I was very specific in what I was looking for when I submitted their customer intake form. I specified the exact configuration of vehicle I was looking for. I told them the exact terms I wanted. I even told them that I understood that some of what I was asking for was counter-intuitive (maxing out rebates while financing at an unfavorable rate).I was particularly clear in specifying that I was not looking for a lowest monthly payment. All I asked for was for them to send me their best out-the-door price, which, given Im an A-plan customer, under the specific constraints I provided, should have taken all of ten minutes. Instead, I got a bunch of information I didnt need and incorrect information about the rebates I was eligible for - because, unfortunately, none of my e-mails were actually read. Finally, when I pointed this lack of attention to detail out, I got a dismissive have a good day and best of luck.Im sure, given their location and access to inventory, Bill Brown will do just fine without me as a customer. But considering the economic environment we currently find ourselves in, is that really the message their sales team wants to send?

I went to see a sales man here for a new truck because I just moved to the area and they are close, well I got there and he was very pushy and in a hurry trying to get me in a truck and not give me time to decide for sure what I wanted, Its a lot of money to spend you want to make the right choice needless to say I didnt buy from him and went to a different dealer. With that said I was happy with the service department when I had my wifes car checked out they went above and beyond so I will probably use there service department again.

I have had to take my new 2020 Fusion in for service 2 times already this year- touch screen/computer freezing issues, transmission issues and this latest time a/c issues with my touch screen reading -40 degrees. Both of the service visits required me to get a loaner car from them, which is both convenient and appreciated. Both times were during this COVID-19 crisis and I am pregnant. But, both times the loaner cars were not cleaned inside, therefore not sanitized either. I know this to be fact because both times I found the persons paperwork in the car who used the car before me and I actually took pictures of the mess this last time around. Plus, nothing was found to be wrong with my car during either of the visits except them updating my sync... still having issues with my trans by the way AND the porter pulled my car up when exchanging cars back and did not sanitize my car either. I brought this up to the service rep I usually go to and my sales rep and was basically just brushed off saying they would bring it up to the right people (clearly didnt do much) and at least I have a/c in the loaner car. I pay a lot of money for my car, which I purchased from this dealership that is almost 45 minutes from where I actually live. I am disappointed in their service, the way they handled these issues and the fact that I bought a car that has issues and nothing wrong can be found.
