I was hesitant to use a chain auto repair shop, but this Midas location took very good care of my vehicle. The price was fair, work completed same day and the manager was very friendly. Whats more, I didnt feel taken advantage of. They replaced a bad wheel sensor.

I went there for new tires,they pulled off the right rear wheel and removed the balance weights. Then discovered that there tire machine would not work on my rims. So the put the wheel back on my truck without the balance weights. The next day I had to go to Cincinnati and my truck shook and and had a wheel hop all the way there and back to to Michigan. I finally bout a set of tires from Discount tire and now Im happy.

They got my car in and out on the same day for a starter replacement. .very fast and courteous service .. manager was very friendly and helpful plus . a small AAA discount.. a little bit pricey but they pretty much all are..

After calling and visiting several places, Mike was able to get my daughters car in for a wheel alignment. Its her first car and I wanted the job to be done right. Mikes attitude and personality was awesome. He made all the hectic disappear. Mike is willing to answer all your questions and make sure you are satisfied.Mike said to expect to be there for an hour and a half. So, I got comfortable and expected to wait. Within 40 minutes I was back on my way to finish my errands.The store is clean, organized and has plenty of seating for guests if needed. You really need to take your car to Here if you want honest, friendly, and fair service. Been taking my car there when I worked in Livonia. Even though I no longer work in the area, I still make the drive to Midas Livonia. Mike & Dave are great! Always can expect great service from both the front desk and the guys working on the cars.

Ive brought our cars here for a oil change / tire rotation for past couple years. I usually make an appointment ahead and they never disappoint - in the shop within 5 minutes of arriving, and out in 45 minutes or less. As far as I can see, this shops price (for both services) is always the best within a 5 mile radius from my office. I highly recommend using this facility.

I got my SUV back running smooth, and ready to go for the winter. Dave was so professional and patient to wait for me to pick up my car even after their closing time. I got $100 off my tires and came with oil change! That was a steal! I will be back for sure to have the other recommended repair needed if I decide to keep my car a little bit longer. The guys were nice, but advertised prices were not actual once quoted. So many added prices almost doubled the cost I was expecting. Once I got back in my car after my oil change all my emergency lights all the sudden came on... Walked back in and told the team, come to find out they had inadvertently unplugged my main head causing major errors. Thank goodness I didnt just drive off without checking. So, my advice is for the woman out there. Dont ever assume Something is meant to be there always ask the questions and be safe.

This is the best place to take your vehicle. The Midas Livonia and their staff are extremely friendly, helpful and above all else very honest. I’ve been taking my 2008 Mercury Sable here for alittle over a year now. They explained what needs to be done, so you can make sense of what repairs should come first. They also inspect your vehicle and write down what you should focus on next by priority for your vehicle, which is very helpful to the average person. I took my Ford Escape to Midas Livonia because I thought I was having transmission issues. Mike calls me and it’s actually an issue with the throttle and that there was a recall on it by Ford. They could have easily charged me $2500+ for a transmission repair and I would have not known the difference so I’m very thankful for Midas Livonia team and I highly recommend them they are honest people

I took my silverado to check for the A / C I warned them that it had a leak and they charged me 200 dollars to fill the system knowing that it had a leak and then when I returned they wanted to charge me more than 1000 dollars to change the ac condenser that costs 98 dollars.

Best tire deals

First off I was quoted one price over the phone for the work to be done, then received another on a call back on the phone with additional work added. Second I am not just some average Joe I am a mechanic myself, that being said I just changed the brakes they alleged were bad. Next they tell me my rear end is bad with out even taking a proper look at it. If thats not enough they had my car for a dull day before even calling me with this information. Im they guys are little better than backyard mechanics in a shop. Dont waste your money here, go someplace else where they know what they are doing. Literally and one can do brakes or oil. This place is a joke.
