I have to say I believe I have found an awesome place to bring my vehicles. I had an issue with my car and brought it in to get looked at and the wait wasnt like any other place. They are they to get quality work done and in a efficient matter. Sam was very friendly and an awesome person to work with and professional. At the end of the day I had to go get some welding done on my vehicle at a body shop and as I went to go pay he told me look dont worry about it I just hope we captured your business today and its probably going to cost you for the welding and he waived my fee. Its hard to find good mechnics and good people now a days. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants fast and nice service.

I needed some repairs on my Ford Fusion. Called them in the morning, dropped the car off and they had it ready to go that afternoon. Quick service and the issue has been corrected. This was a few weeks ago and the car is running great. They also completed additional maintenance tasks that I needed to get done. Ill definitely go back for future vehicle service needs.

Sam is a very knowledgeable mechanic, I came here on Memorial Day and he gave me excellent customer service, he let me know my options, and recommended various things about my car, he also went the extra step and gave me a free courtesy inspection, very friendly shop, highly recommended for quick and helpful service, I got my muffler replaced and I didn’t even realize my car was on, because it was so quiet, thanks again Sam! I dont write numerous reviews but I am compelled to write this. I have been using this store for many years. Sam the shop manager is an outstanding, understanding, top notch person, not just the manager. Larry, one of the mechanics has to be one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever dealt with. Both Sam and Larry have answered any questions Ive ever had (as silly as they may have been). And have been very upfront and transparent with every reply. I highly reccomend this establishment and will be going there for many many years to come.

I had a light bulb out in my car and had stopped at a Goodyear on my way home from work. They would not use the bulb I had purchased and wanted 36.00 plus tax to change it. When I came in here, the man at the counter was so helpful and friendly . The service was wonderful and was only 10.00! Nice to know there are people who really are there to help.

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle! I went to get my brakes checked because a very long trip I had to take the next day. Not only did they check my brakes, but they went above and beyond inspecting my whole vehicle so Id have safe travels! It ended up that I needed a new belt, and they did it the same day in just over the estimated time (because they had to wait for the part which isnt their fault). Fantastic people and fantastic service!

Weve been coming to this Speedy for seven years now and we always get quality service! Jim and his team are always going above and beyond to take care of us. I visited Speedy Auto Service in Livonia today to have a possible electrical issue checked, and to have a noise coming from my front end investigated. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely have my car serviced there again. The manager and his staff were friendly, honest, and thorough!

Kevin the manager helped me out and explained the situation with my car while still being super nice and professional. One thing Kevin at Speedy does that no other mechanic has done for me, is taken me into the garage to show me the issue so i can see what needs to be done rather then simply take him at his word. Obviously this is the mark of an honest person who wants to not only help you get your car fixed with confidence, but also empower you with knowledge about your vehicle.

The crew here makes the drive worth it! They are efficient, honest, and wont let you leave without offering the very best service. My car needed a part that wasnt available in the shop, and instead of having to come back next week, Jim called for the part and it was there within the hour, and my car was fixed the same day. They do excellent work and actually listen to your concerns; I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car!

I have been going to Speedy since I moved back to Michigan 3 years ago. I needed some work done on my car and not knowing anyone in the neighborhood, I decided to go to Speedy...and I have been going there ever since! The entire staff there are WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE. THE manager there is GREAT! He explains everything including what the work will cost BEFORE DOING IT. He often offers his customers a ride home if he knows their car will be in service for awhile and then, he picks up the customer and brings them back to the shop! I cannot say anything bad about them. The mechanics are on the ball and have your car in no time. I was told there was another place in town I could go to but, uh, uh, not me! Im sticking with Speedy. As far as Im concerned, theyre #1 in my book!

My dad and I have been going to this Speedy for years. Always had honest, good service. My dad passed last year but I continue to bring my cars to them for service. And Im very satisfied!

I took a car I was looking to buy there for an independent inspection. On the phone the guy said it would be $30. They didnt charge me, but they missed SEVERAL SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. I bought the car on their recommendation that it was in good condition and gave the seller his asking price. I have since had to put in $3000. The problems they missed were not difficult problems to miss -- lights out, tire had a leak, tire pressure sensor was broken, and a head gasket problem.It was a terrible experience I would never recommend anyone use their services.

Speedy is the place to go if you have a car problem, they are professional and will explains what needs to done and how much it will be PRIOR to having your work done, I go to the Livonia Plymouth rd location, I have a friend that I recommended and she just had her brakes done before her trip out of town recently..
