I cant work without my computer...I was feeling trapped. I took my computer over for an evaluation, they let me know the problem and even accepted me going over past closing hours to order the part on a Friday to try to speed up the process. My happy thoughts expectation was to get it by Thursday, given the wait for the part. What was my surprise to get a call saying it was ready before noon on Tuesday!I have nothing but to thank them for the help and fast service!Their price is fair, and their service falls no shorter than excellent! And if you need it fast... they can do it too!

My wife recently passed away and the only thing my son is excited about is building his own computer. Searched high and low for installation screws. Either places were closed or didnt sell them. The owner of this business was so nice and just gave me the screws I needed. And he refused to take my money. I will remember this place.

The guy who owns/runs the place is super accommodating and kind, and also does his best to save you money. The shop itself is also nice and has a good selection of electronics you can buy if needed, like headphones, screens, etc. Very knowledgable dude who got things done quickly. I purchased a used HP from Plymouth Computer. I had difficulty connecting to my WiFi. I called then returned with the computer to the store. I was extremely impressed with the skill of Maher. He established that the computer was not at fault. The apparent problem was the lack of strength of my WiFi signal. He supplied an amplifier, and back at home, I had WiFi.The patience he had with my 84 year old mind and body is commendable. Dropped my laptop and broke it Friday, was told by Best Buy that it would take 3 to 4 weeks and wanted me to purchase a whole new laptop for $800 until mine was fixed. Incredibly Impressive! My 2010 MacBook Pro died. I needed a new laptop and my files from the previous hard drive. Thankfully there was Nassar, the owner. I brought in my old MacBook, he was extremely welcoming. He explained everything perfectly. He gave me numerous options, sold me a newer, refurbished MacBook that was completely updated and more powerful, and got me a great deal! He transferred all of my files completely and gave me all of my old parts and I had a smile from ear to ear! Simply phenomenal! Hes my new computer guy! Beyond an excellent experience! I brought my gaming rig in due to an overheating cpu, my issue was resolved quickly and just happened to be some wiring in my pump that had somehow disconnected. I was updated often on the progress of my order and my diagnosis was entirely truthful. On top of my diagnostic my drivers were updated as well as other maintenance I had managed to overlook and I was shown my issues in detail in order to avoid them. I felt comfortable in a place that I could entrust my rig. Ill definitely return in the future.

I refuse to go anywhere else but here! I use to take my laptop to the Geek Squad and I refused to EVER go back there! Plymouth Computers & Phones analyzed my laptop and then were able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong with my laptop. Every time I went to the Geek Squad they had no answers and my laptop was always worse off.Lastly, I will say that not only are these people good at what they do, Nasser was extremely professional, he responded quickly, was able to explain everything (as mentioned above) and the price was great!

I needed a laptop screen replaced. They were quick, reasonable, and did an excellent job at a more than fair price.This is a father and son shop, and the best part of my experience there was the father telling me the work I required was too delicate for him. Only to beam with pride telling me his son could, hes the best there is.

Brung my gaming pc in to get checked out just to see if anything was wrong with it..the owner informed me that it needed some piece and wanted to buy it from me for 50$ so I thought something was really wrong with my gaming pc so i let it sit in my storage for months then decided to post it online for 350$ to whoever buys them or fix them sooo someone buys its for 350$...The guy i sell it to informed me nothing was wrong with my gaming pc so not only could i have sold it for more money i also lost alot of money because they lied and told me my gaming pc needed a part!!! I dont live in this area, came to visit family for a week but had to do school work while I was here and forgot my charger to my Dell laptop. Went to Best Buy and they had one that wasnt even the right one, it was for an HP, and it was loose, didnt even fit right for $60 and then they had one that was the same that somebody returned for $50. I was not impressed with Best Buy, so while we were at BB, my cousin googled and called Plymouth Computers & Phones. He said he had a cord for me that would fit. So, when I got there he had one that fit my laptop better than the one I DID NOT buy at BB. Plymouth Computer & Phones is great! I received great customer service, he was super nice and down to earth, very helpful in my mini dilemma, and they had great prices. He could tell that I needed to have a charger and the appropriate charger at that, to get my work done ..... I was very impressed! If need be, I will be coming back here, if I am in town. Thank you!

My little brother got mad I was beating him in fortnight and threw the iPad at me and cracked the screen, my dad had some work done before and said they be cheap and I can borrow money from him to fix it, they fixed it fast and my little brother is not allowed on iPad. I have a screen protector now which will help when he throws at me again for beating him again.

Had a keyboard issue. A competitor told me it would be a major ordeal. I brought it here. They fixed it in 5 minutes for a nominal fee. Very friendly and honest. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Nasser went above and beyond for me. The keyboard on my work computer broke and I was referred to Nasser. Nasser got me the keyboard in a few days. He immediately called me when it came in and I dropped off my computer. After about a hour, Nasser informed me they had sent the wrong piece. I was nervous because my work computer is essential and I had upcoming meetings. Nasser assured me he would make it work. I put my trust in him and it paid off. After about 6 hours (3 hours past the store closing), Nasser reached out to let me know he had finished it. I didnt expect him to work past closing hours but he did exactly that and it meant the world to me. I went to the store and my computer looked brand new. I couldnt believe it. Nasser is amazing. Most people would have given up but Nasser did not. He made sure my computer was fixed. I whole heartedly reccomend Nasser for any electronic problem.

I bought a used phone from them, and the first night I put it on my charger before bed it overheated and melted the charging port. I brought it in but they would not accept the return despite obviously selling me a defective phone.

Walked in with my gaming computer that I built with a friend because I couldn’t get windows 10 to boot up from the BIOS menu. Not only did he get it booted up but he double checked all of my work and installed my drives. I dropped it off one day and got it back the next day. The guy does good work I think he said he used to work for Microsoft. Anyways, I got a solid service from here for a good price. Can’t go wrong.

We had a great experience!!!! My young son tripped, fell, and busted our old, outdated laptop LCD screen. Nassar was immediately available and ready to help that evening. Other places I called a bit closer to our home were brusk and overpriced. Nassar was the opposite! He was kind, thorough, and less expensive than the others. He had it done within two hours. He is a great guy who loves what he does. I cannot recommend him enough!

I purchased a late 2012 iMac based on an ad on Letgo. The first issue is that the iMac has a wall mount stand attached. This wasnt mentioned in the description nor was it visible on the picture in the ad. I already own an iMac, so I figured i could just swap the stands out. I was wrong. Its only possible if you remove the glass panel which isnt easy to do. Its also not recommended by Apple that you attempt to do this. I want a refund. Ive been calling the store. Ive left a message. They have yet to respond.

I work nearly exclusively off of my phone, so when my screen shattered I needed it to be fixed immediately. I brought it in and these guys fixed it within 15 minutes! They were so accommodating and wanted to make sure I was all set before they closed up, it was a terrific experience!

They took care of my broken phone for a very reasonable price, they answered all of my questions and they gave me a good deal on a case and screen protector. Very friendly. I finally found a place that was able to repair my computer. Geek squad and two other computer repair shops were unable to fix it and urged me to buy a brand new one!!
