This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. They made it extremely easy for me to fill everything out online prior to being there since I am 2 hours away. Plus sending pics of my current trade from my phone. I was able to work while doing all this. We picked a day I could get there to sign the documents as well. All paperwork was done on time and as soon as I got there I was able to sign everything needed and was out of there within an hour. They were fast, and so easy going and extremely nice. Showed us everything we asked about the truck. Great place! Would go there again in a heartbeat!

Terrible for service. If you have a foreign car DO NOT TRY TO GO HERE. When I had an issue with my exaust they refused to to the work. I had to go elsewhere... I spent over two grand.... Would have spent that money here because theyre closer to home..... But they REFUSED to do the work. Now just recently I went to them for a standard service and all they did was an oil change because they said.... Listen we dont know what Nissan recommends for their service intervals. They pulled one spark plug and said they needed replaced but again REFUSED to do it. Told me I had to go to a Nissan dealership to have it done. When I got back into my car.... All of my manuals were pulled out of the glove box and were thrown all over my passenger side. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.
As usual, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had and kept me posted and up to date on everything while I waited. Service was very prompt excellent!

Purchasing a vehicle through Bill MacIntyre Chevrolet has become one decision in life that I regret. As a NY resident, I purchased a 2018 GMC from Bill MacIntyre on 08/06/2020. The salesman was great, delivered the vehicle to me, and drove my trade in back. Fantastic! That is where the good ended. Apparently Bill MacIntyre uses a 3rd party to handle out-of-state registrations. After my temporary tags expired 60 days after purchase, I still didnt have my NY registration. When I contacted the dealership they stated there was nothing they could do about it its at our 3rd party. Several emails and phone calls to Keith went unreturned. After another month with no response I contacted Reid. Reid would answer my calls and emails, however was not able to give me any idea of where my paperwork was or when I was going to receive it. Reid stated every time they contact their third party, REG USA, they are on hold for hours and we cant afford to tie someone up that long. In late December I spent over 4 hours on hold before finally talking with someone at REG USA. They explained to me that there was some errors in my paperwork that was provided to them from the dealership. When paperwork was sent to NYSDMV it was rejected due to these errors. REG USA sent paperwork back to the dealer for correction. Once received back, they resent paperwork and it was accepted by the NYS DMV on December 22nd. The dealer finally received my registration on January 14th. The dealer was suppose to overnight the plates, however they missed the cutoff for mail and sent it out the next day, which I received on January 19th. You would think that would be enough of a headache for me, but no! I received the title on February 2nd from NYS, when I opened the title there are two liens recorded! Funny, I only signed papers for one loan! I contact Reid to ask how this happened and how to get the second removed. I was informed that I needed to reach out to the bank as there is nothing the Dealer can do. So here I sit writing a review on a vehicle I purchased in August 2020 that has a second lien from a bank I never heard of and a dealer that cant help.Please take this into consideration when looking at Bill MacIntyre Chevrolet. I will update this review when the nightmare is behind me (might be in 2022 at this rate)!So, today 2/18/2021 I received my new duplicate title from NYSDMV with no help from the dealership. I had to contact the one lien holder listed along with my DMV. The lien holder was very helpful as the quickly responded by sending documents proving they did not have a loan on the vehicle. I had to send documents to NYS along with an additional fee to get a clean title for my vehicle. Maybe my nightmare is over?My biggest regret of this whole thing is picking up the phone and calling the dealership in the first place. Ive learned there are other vehicles out there and other dealers that are willing to work with you on matters.

Worst place to get service on my vehicle. Took it here 3 months ago and they said that i needed a long lead time item. After 1 mo th i didnt hear from them so i went to state college. In state college they completed the work in 5 days. I called tbis dealership to follow up and said the same that they were still waiting on that long lead item. Terrible experience dont waste your time here

I did a search on the Buick on-line web site and located a Buick Regal at MacIntyre Chevrolet that met my wish list specifications. Better yet it has a substantial mark down from the MSRP. I called the dealer and was introduced to Don Muthler. We agreed on the price and courtesy trade of my vehicle. Don offered to deliver the car to my home some 120 miles from the dealer. The whole transaction was completed without me ever going to the dealer. Very easy.

Bill MacIntyre body shop is a joke ! Took an almost new pick up truck in to get paint work done and it looked awful. They missed spots on the truck, they sanded the edge of the hoods clear coat off. They missed replacing a mirror. They never got the alignment done like was in the estimate. Then the truck was witnessed being driven by 2 people . we went to check and the truck was muddy. Their body shop manager Chuck weaver is a moron. He is very rude and then when hes called out on something he turns tail and hides.Ive purchased vehicles from MacIntyre in the past but with this mess that happened and the LACK of customer service Ill never spend another dollar at MacIntyresREMEMBER ! Your insurance company cant make you take it to any certain body shop. I wish my son in law knew that before we wasted so much time with this place.Chuck Weaver you get an F- for professional service to customers.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATEIf MacIntyre takes customer satisfaction so seriously why were we given the run a round when we wanted to speak to Bill ? Bought a brand new Chevrolet 15 months ago. Had the check engine light come on and took it to the body shop part of this location. Wanted to schedule a front end alignment as well. It was ridiculous it was going to cost upwards of 90 dollars for a barely used car to get a code read especially when the alignment I was going to schedule was cheaper, let me repeat THE ALIGNMENT WAS CHEAPER. The person laughed at me and told me to take it to the Chevrolet garage I bought it from. I moved almost 3 hours to this location and this is the brand loyalty they have to Chevrolet? Ridiculous. I took it to where I get my oil changed and they did it for free, took the person 5 minutes and they got my alignment business the next day. I am going to be contacting Chevrolet later today to inform them of this unprofessional behavior.

I have never been to MacIntyre Chevrolet, or even Pennsylvania (I did drive through PA once in 2009,) yet I get e-mails asking me to review them. I think their custimer service department needs some reworking. Good intentions, terrible execution, 2 stars.
They claim to take customer satisfaction very seriously but yet if you leave a bad review on their Facebook page they will block you. Ive never dealt with a more unprofessional business before. The sad thing is is that it was just one guy who completely ruined it. Theyll also print out your bad review and Chuck will use it against you to explain why nothing was done with your vehicle in two weeks. No phone calls to Anthony about it either. They just let his truck sit over there. There wasnt even an apology for all theyve put us through. Ive filed my complaint with the BBB. A new insurance adjuster will be getting ahold of Anthony, and we will go from there. Thank you for ruining a $43,000 truck out of spite.

There are very few car dealers that I would trust without reservation, but Billy (MacIntyre) is absolutely one of them. When my wife gave me the go-ahead this past week to trade our aging F-250, I took it straight to MacIntyre’s. I showed it to Billy, picked a Silverado 3500 HD off the lot, and told him to have the paperwork ready the next day. I never worried that I wouldn’t get the best possible price he could give me, and I was very happy with the bottom line. The trade-in value was nearly double what I had expected. He’s done the same thing for several friends, and I’d recommend them highly!
We have bought both our 2013 Chevy Silverado and 2016 Chevy Camaro from them the salesman Don is one of the greatest guys you will ever meet no pressure to buy helped me find my Camaro with in the price range we could afford which took 3/4 months. We will always buy our vehicles from here.
