The car I had was just falling apart faster then I could fix it. It finally left my Stranded and on my birthday no less. The head mechanic was so amazing and was trying all with all he could to help me figure out what happened to the car. Oh and I can’t forget about Kim! She was so kind and understanding about my situation and man I tell ya she is absolutely awesome! She helped me into a beautiful new car and I’m absolutely in love with it!!Big thanks to MURRAY Motors!!

Bought a used 2015 Hyundai sonata here and within the 1st month it broke down, turns out its a factory recall, I found that out after they fixed the car and I had to pay for it even though if I took it to a Hyundai dealership it would have been covered, since then it has broken down at least 5 more times with the same issues and when I got a loaner from them that car had a bad battery and died and I have left messages to the salesperson who sold me the car and they have ignore me. My sister in law also bought a car here and so did my wife and we are all unsatisfied.

There service,parts and maintenance departments need to improve dramatically. They brought my truck in on a recall took it apart then found out they didn’t have the parts. I had to snap my mom d guard back in place. I ordered a bed liner and they ordered the wrong one. I bought my truck there l. They should of went by the vin. The salesman was very nice in fact the hole sales department was great.

Salesman promised Kelly Blue book pricing on my very good condition trade and then lowered the price on me after driving 2 hours. The brand new vehicle I came to look at also also had damage to the front that I wasnt told about before driving that far. They wasted my time, so I went to another dealership to buy my 68k truck and that dealership actually followed through with the KBB trade-in pricing that these guys originally promised just to get me there.

I had a 9:00 a m. Appointment that was told would take an hr. Called before I went to check if parts had come in, was told yes. Arrived at appt and they couldnt find parts, said dont worry they are here someplace. Went back in an hour and a half later and the car was still sitting in the parking lot never touched. Went inside to be told we will get to that soon. I took keys and took car home. I was not sitting for hours to wait. They called back few days later to reschedule. I said are the parts in for sure, was told not sure but they should be soon. 🙄

Made a previous tire repair that had leaking valve stem on one of my recently replaced tires good again by replacing the old stem with a new one. Sounds minor, but constantly putting air in low tire was a pain.

I bought a new 2021 F150 from them. I shopped at about 10 different Ford dealers before coming here. They had the best price by far compared to all the other dealers I visited. They gave me a fair price the first time for my trade. They didnt play the back and forth game with the numbers. It was here is what we will give you for your vehicle, here is what we will sell ours to you for. An hour later I drove off the lot in my new truck! It was a very good buying experience.

My vehicle went into the service dept. for two recalls. (guessing they new of the second before I got the notice) I received a letter in the mail of the second recall that was to be completed. I called the department and ask if it was completed. They stated that it was not that they didnt have the parts. Mind you it took over a week to get the parts. They called to schedule my vehicle for the appointment. This was about 12 days after the parts come in. My vehicle needed new tires. I figured while it was there I would just get new tires and have an alignment done. They call me and the tires were $201 each. I told them I didnt need that expensive of a tire. They looked in the computer $136 each. I said I can live with that. She said your total would be $971. WHAT? Why so much? She gave me the price of the tires, the alignment and to mount and balance them. I said I can have them done at my local garage for cheaper than that. Finding out later that the second recall needed to have a partial alignment done anyways and they were going to charge me $89.00 for a full alignment when they had to do a partial alignment anyways.When I picked up my vehicle I started it. The check engine light was on. Funny it was on when I took it in. Seeing that when it was on the first time it was no concern because of the recall. The paperwork stated that all codes were cleared and a test drive was completed. I schedule an appointment for the second recall so the check it out. They tell me that it was the O2 sensor. The O2 sensor wasnt bad when it went into the garage the first time why did it come out of the garage with a bad sensor. They wanted to charge me $231 for a new sensor. I stated it didnt have a bad sensor going in why does it have one coming out. They said they would look into it. I got a call later in the day that there was a wiring issue. They needed to keep the vehicle over night. I use my vehicles for my business. I really cant afford to have one out of service but it is what it is. I hear nothing by 4pm the next day. I call them. They said it was the O2 sensor again and it was on order. My vehicle would be another day at the service dept. and should be completed by noon the next day.I received a call before noon that my vehicle was done. I pick it up and I have a charge of $19.85. The vehicle only went in for recall work. Why should I be charged anything for something that should be covered under recall?Im guessing the only reason you still have a service dept. is because of the warranty work or others dont know they can still have top notch service at another garage with cheaper prices.

Well after 53 days, I finally got my 2018 Ford truck with less than 8000 miles on it back from Murray Motors. They put a new engine in it. When I picked up my truck they handed me my keys and registration. I asked for some documentation of the work done and a new warranty on the engine. They had nothing prepared! I was told they would mail it. That is so unprofessional. Especially after all this time and inconvenience. Worst service ever. I would not recommend this dealership.

The service was good, when they finally got the correct vehicle. Waited an hour and ten minutes before my car even went in for service. Then it was another hour and 20 minutes until it was completed. They know he needs to go to work in the afternoon, thats why he schedules first thing in the morning.

Customer service was fantastic but what I requested with regard to battery was not completed. I asked them to clean off all of the corrosion on the battery and check it. One day later my car would not start and I had to call AAA to come out to replace the battery at a higher cost. When I popped the hood all the corrosion on the battery was still there. I also paid the $69 for the oil change service so I hope that was at least completed properly. Very disappointed..

Probably the worst service Iv ever had at a garage.Told them what I wanted done to my truck, an three times forgot to do the work. After three times my truck still wouldn’t run or even start. Apparently you just tow them to their garage just to tow them back to your house. Then when I picked it up to take it to a new garage they had my parts hanging freely in the engine compartment and never told me. I was just unprofessional costumer service and no communication between employees. If you want it done right the first time take it somewhere other then Murray’s motor.

I talked to Kim, our sales rep, last Saturday morning and explained that I needed to find a vehicle pretty urgently. By Saturday afternoon we left the dealership with a new 2018 Ford EcoSport. I went through the list of what I was looking for and my vehicle preferences and Kim found the perfect match for my price range. Ive been driving this suv around for the last week and I LOVE it! Their entire team made the process easy and efficient. The gas mileage that Im getting alone is above what I expected. Even the small things the dealership offers shows that they go above and beyond for their clients. They installed Simoniz Glasscoat on the vehicle yesterday and offered coffee while I waited and installed new paper floor mats for extra protection before I left. Which, while not a huge deal, makes all the difference!

I had scheduled my truck for maintenance and inspection, along with two recall repairs. However, the week before the appointment the truck started losing coolant while on the road. Chris Donovan was excellent. He managed to get me a loaner vehicle and looked into my extended warranty on his own to make sure everything was covered that could be, without me even asking. Some people might say it was him just doing his job, but in todays world it was refreshing to have everything handled without doing all the legwork ! Great job Chris and all the service team ! When it comes time for a new vehicle this experience will be in the front of my mind !!! Thank you !!!

$330 and my truck came back in worst shape than I left it. The service manager decided to call me ignorant for disagreeing with him and refused to release a phone number or email for his superior. At that time he hung up on me. I am reporting them to the BBB and to Ford customer care. Save your money and go to an independent mechanic.

The guys on the sales floor were great when I first leased my truck, and they have good prices.Each time I had basic service done, they always fit me in their schedule.... but all 4 times they would forget to call me prior to end of day so I could pay over the phone and pick-up after work—which is the instructions that were provided at the drop off.The only reason I drove from Williamsport to Lock Haven for service was because I leased through them, and after 3 oil changes the 4th was free. My 4th service was not free... they said because they never gave me a customer visit card to hole punch. They looked up that I did have 3 prior visits there, but said they will give me my 5th oil change free instead.When it came to purchasing my lease after the 2yrs, it was extremely difficult to get them to take my money... Multiple voicemails were left, yet never returned on both the generic voicemail and the specific person who handles the end of lease procedures. When I finally got a hold of the only person who does lease-end purchases, he gave me the WRONG instructions and directed me to FORD. An hour on hold and speaking with customer service directed me back to Murray Motors. Only after speaking to the manager did I receive the correct information for the next steps.I explained that I would be in that Saturday with the necessary documents and money—and was told no appointment was needed. After showing up first thing on that Saturday, I had to meet with the same guy who gave me incorrect info last time. He informed me I didn’t have an appointment and we probably wouldn’t be able to purchase the vehicle and terminate the lease. After a phone call with the manager, this again was resolved.Customer Service and Communication here is poor at best. I will not be going to Murray Motors of Lock Haven ever again... nor will I recommend any friends to go there.

But when I picked my explorer up I was upset with the inside of the vechile . there was mud on the passenger door . the towels I keep on my seates were haif on the floor. ther was grease smudged on the drivers door handle . iam very fussy with the inside of my explore. This place is very unprofessional. They had one offer for us that was way more than we would like to pay and also wanted a bigger down payment than we said we wanted. We were gonna settle because we did love the car but we decided to go to blaze Alexander Nissan near the lycoming mall! They found us the perfect car which we love and our payments were in our range. They are also flexible with down payments! They cared about us and our needs and wants! Do not go to this ford and expect to walk out with what yu want!
