I can buy anything at Walgreens thats always there to go to Price sometimes I go there to buy SD cards or maybe I need some migraine medicine or maybe I need something just not but its the right place to go it has lots of products and some clothing and many many things its a great place here in Lockhart in the work right to have it thank you.

Very rude lady giving me a hard time to print my own pictures never had any problems until today. Its ok to explain policy but not in a very rude way please work on your customer service.

The Pharmacists and other employees are always really helpful and nice

I recently got some items shipped to this location. I went to purchase a few things and see about the status of the shipment. I asked the cashier and she was hella rude, answering quick not wanting to help. Sent me to the lady who works at the photo center and she gave me the same attitude, acting like I’m bothering them. I pray they find a job they love. Cause clearly this ain’t it. But the next customer didn’t get that same treatment I got. Smile and all... hmmm racist much? I won’t say it’s because of the color of my skin....

Convince but pricey

I asked the cashier for Winston Light 100s but they were out of the 100s so I said ok just give me the shorts...I paid for them and literally walked right back in...the cashier had given some Winston Selects instead...I bought 3 packs...the manager would not exchange them even though it was her cashier that screwed up...I stayed calm and told the manager that I Would Never Shop Here Again!!! And walked out...I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT WHAT IT USED TO BE!!!

I left Walgreens for a reason once before I came back cause I wanted to continue using them but after what they did to me today myself and mines are no longer using it.So today I had surgery went to Walgreens to fill my meds waited for 1.5 hr got the prescription cause the pharmacist confirmed me it was the right one guess what IT WAS NOT😢 didn’t realize till I was home i trusted a professional .. am done with it no more. BTW major costumers service training is desperate needed 💁🏽‍♀️

I called and asked for assistance because My Mother became ill, after getting a flu shot. The staff was rude, flippant, despondent and almost confrontational.Please hire professionals so they can give, helpful, knowledgeable advice. This is a critical field where expertise is required. Customer Service is Kindness.

This is a terrible pharmacy, bald headed white male (wears glasses) pharmacist obviously hates his job! Even the techs seem they do ... minimal conversation with all customers not just myself ...while waiting I observed all interactions. .Had to have script filled due to emergency while traveling, I feel sorry for their regular customers. . Corporate needs to listen!! Take notice of all the similar complaints.Walgreens -Lockhart SUCKS!

Lady that worked at pharmacy was lazy and unhelpful. I was prescribed something for my new born and instead of telling me about the product and showing me where it was she made me feel dumb for asking for something over the counter and called for someone else to show me. The product I needed was pointing distance from her counter.

Always struggling with the Pharmacy staff at this location.

Ive used the photo department several tries. Unfortunately, they have been rude each time. They are very unhelpful and even hung up on me the last time I called.

Update to earlier post. Further sub par experiences from the pharmacy at this location. Unfriendly service and always behind... been unhappy too many times and switching to HEB pharmacy.

NOT SURE IF THE PHARMACY HAS NEW STAFF, BUT I FIND TO ALWAYS GET ANSWERED BACK IN A RUDE WAY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.
