I mean Walmart is Walmart sometimes great sometimes not so. Well this kinda made me chuckle at first but as Ive eaten more Im kinda annoyed as I want more powdered donuts. This said assorted I know, but ONE powdered donut? WHY you gotta do me like this baker or whoever made this package lol. Ive left it since its the only one and in a day or two once Ive had enough of donuts, Ill eat it. The rest will be compost. Kinda tired of plain and cinnamon.

Today was an odd day.. I picked up 2 of the autumn colored pumpkins... They were priced as $2.48 each. Ok, that seems low, but cool. The checker came to the basket to scan so I didnt get to ask how much it came up as.. Leaving the store I noticed I was charged $5.88 each for those pumpkins. Ok, Ill go back and let them know and get some of my money back, no big deal, right...? Lol. I go to costumer service and tell the lady my situation. She acts like Im asking her to some impossible question.. I said, well, who do we need to talk to? So, she got a nice man from that department and as soon as he saw it he said, yep, you get for that price. He tells the lady that is now left her area and following us and she seems mad that I am getting for the marked price! She says, well, if you do for her, you have to do it for everyone!!! I said, well, its kinda the law, you have to sell it to me for the price you have it marked as.. She wasnt happy and I do not know why. I was nice and polite the whole time, I dont understand her reaction to me getting some of my money back. Lol

WOW!! I cant believe how little ole Lockhart got one of the first only self checking out. I have to admit that it was an amazing experience. The customer service in charge of age verification was on point. And Thank you to whomever is in charge of ordering products. I am allergic to mustard and this location sells the only pre-made potato salad that I can eat. The loaded potato is the only variation out of 7 that Walmart has without mustard. Thank you Thank you Thank you so very much from the deepest of my heart ❤ you so much.

I give 3 *** only becouse, they dont deliver food to your home, especially during a Corona 19, when most needed, and the elderly.I have trouble getting out to shop, and order almost everything, and some things you cant get in the store, but on line you can. I depend on on line shopping. Every thing else is 5 star, customer service is good in store and on the phone. They should deliver to door home shoping food orders. I can get my medication and have no problems at the lockhart store, I had with other stores in calif. Had excuses and shouldnt have to wait a week for much need meds, and depend on stocked meds at the store, not be told it will take a week to arrive.

Dont waste your help time here. They heard you like Cattle into self check out lines. You have to go to automotive or lawn and garden to have a cashier. They are taking more peoples jobs. There are people who want and need cashiers. But not here.

I like walmart alot, but sometimes associates will be asked where something can be found, and their response is over there, but there are the few that will walk you to the item your looking for. GOOD JOB, to those associates....

The idea of all the self checkouts wasnt the best. At least the employees are always friendly and helpful, until corporate figures out a way to replace ALL of them.

Just stood in the “NO” Customer Service line for over a half an hour with at least 8 people still waiting behind me while they had one person on duty. Several of their “Gold Coat” people came behind the counter and fiddled around but never offered to help anyone. One of them went so far as to carry on a conversation with several other employees while people were continuing to stack up behind me. The level of customer service in this store is so bad it’s a wonder anyone still shops here. Don’t even get me started about how I feel about having to check out and bag my purchases.

Way different layout than any other locations. Still clean, no long lines at the register, well stocked.

Its ok have a few employees that are willing to do their jobs I will go above and beyond to help you and then you get the supervisor and managers that just make it out like they care but they dont but then you do get the supervisors supervisors and managers that actually do care and go over and beyond for you but its just those people that just dont care about their job which is sad I prefer going to HEB then Walmart or I go to a different Walmart thats not in Lockhart

This Walmart Supercenter had to be the best one yet! The checkout is self-checkout. The employees were helpful. The layout is amazing. They have a lot of Lunchables to choose from. I hope if your ever in Lockhart, Tx then go to Walmart Supercenter.

Great service at RX VACINE counter

The Lockhart store has recently removed all but two cashiers lines in favor of extensive self checkout corals. This shows a complete disregard and lack of care for the community, just for a billion dollar company to make a quick buck on payroll cuts. Rural families who make large grocery trips now have to go through basketful transactions at these self-checkout stalls; elderly folk are forced to learn the newer technology and do all the work themselves- no option for assistance. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Things would be better if walmart would have more employees working on Sunday instead of a skeleton crew so people wouldnt have to wait for employees to get off their break so they could conduct their business sooner & not have to wait for break to get over.

All the check outs are those self checkout stands now. Before they had 20 check out lanes and normally only two lanes open at anytime of day.Now they have 15 automated check outs and there were nine employees in yellow vest there overseeing them. Makes no sense at all.Why not just have nine Employees running cash registers all the time. I guarantee customers would not be waiting in long lines like we have since the new Walmart store opened. You spent a lot of money on automated machines and eliminated Checkers jobs. I guess the next thing would be total drive thru window Walmart

Returned a battery.Had it for 3.5 years Had 1.5 yrs left on the warra. nty. They would not warranty it because their charger was not working and they could not charge it to determine if it would hold a charge she said. Unbelievable ! Even though the purchase date was on the battery.

They had one cashier open so I got in the self check out line which was 6 waiting as apprised to 8 in the regular line so when its my turn I see no cash on any of the self check out ... so to the back of the regular line I go as I wait and wait I notice another cashier opened didnt turn on her light and took everybody at the end of the line as the rest of us continued to wait on the one cashier that had been open all along. Sorry only three stars this time. The cashier was very nice and was doing her best so she gets 5 stars

Walmart is changing all of their stores to self checkout. It used to be a place where you were treated like family. Now youre just a number. Sam Walton would have fired the whole lot for doing this to the company he built. Its a total shame.

After many years of accepting my husbands pre-written check every two weeks with no problems, they decided this morning, its now a problem. I left with none of the supplies I cannot get in my small HEB twelve miles away. I make the trek up to Walmart every other week, if not more often, to fulfill our shopping needs. Theyve created a problem, an inconvenience, for me, and I am at a loss. I go through the exact payment process with HEB, but weekly, with no issues. Fn Walmart.

Service with a team lift was slow had to get someone paged a couple of times. Store was recently renovated and looks nice.

This location is tidy but the registers can back up quickly during the busy hours but they do their best to keep the line moving. The lines back up and get held up due to customer errors in not paying attention to what the employees are asking or telling them but they keep trekking on. Thank you to the employees for having such patience and going strong even though you can tell how exhausted they are. We dont deserve yall.

This Walmart is always well stocked on food items. Thats not always true in small towns. The electronic aisle is not as lucky. Its way better then Gonzales store. Friendly staff. Very helpful without any attitude.

Very refreshing to go into a store where you can actually get service unlike the Norwood location Which is closest to my house. Id rather drive 30 miles to Lockhart. Small towns are always so friendly. The store is always clean and staffed with Associates they dont mind customer service. The very nice change of pace

The usual not enough registers open and 5 deep lines. Ill pay a little more for good service rather than put up with this

Huge selection and great prices. Had to use self checkout and it was very dirty. Attendees where working but not cleaning up after customers at stations.

Walked around the store while my wife got a haircut down the street.

I am unable to walk distances and I have tried three time to shop at this Walmart but cannot because their carts are not charged, out of service or all are being used. When I called I was told they constantly get complaints about this!They do not offer curbside pick even though signage is in place for it and their website lets you shop that way until you try to check out then it just says no time slot is available.It seems this store is discriminating against people with disabilities.I have witnessed others also having to leave empty handed because there are no carts available. In a small town without a lot of choices it’s a shame Walmart can’t do a better job helping their disabled patrons.

No cashiers wanted to self checkout only.

The store is currently making some changes to the checkout process, which is terrible. They no longer have people to ring up sales and have switched over to self check out entirely. They has moved these areas in such a way that shoppers have to wait their turn in the pathways of other customers. Also, they are moving shelves and staging groceries incorrectly such as bread products. These are split up in 2 different areas on opposite sides of the store. Very frustrating.

Hats off to Will in the Electronics department. He was very helpful with my recent purchase of a phone.He is an asset to Walmart. I recall that he helped me two years ago with the same sincerity and work ethic.

I would say overall a very comfortable safe and affordable place to shop. Not the biggest Walmart but has everything you need. It doesnt get really packed either,at the start of the pandemic they were a bit more full but Ive never had to stand in a huge line,they are usually short and the staff is really helpful. I also have found many more products here that I couldnt find in other Walmart.

Worst customer service experience ever. The CSR clearly didnt want to deal with any issue that was 1 cent above her pay, she was quick to push those issues onto someone else. My .com pick up took forever; however, this was the only Walmart that had my item in stock. Next time Ill order it and wait for delivery.

I did my shopping today, got to the line for registers. Abandoned my cart and left. Im handicapped. I simply cant stand that long. I avoid shopping walmart whenever possible.

I had bought some denim jeans that didnt fit so I had to return them. I tried to try on a couple pairs of jeans but the fitting rooms are closed. I am happy to say that the jeans 👖 I ended up buying fit very well 👍☺️.

I went to Walmart and a lady was touching her eyes and nose and touching people’s bags I fell like she needs to do a better job of taking COVID-19 serious.

No help from staff.Self checkout congestion.Staff all standing around flirting, talking, playing with each other while the customers are just left to fend for themselves, then self checkout crashes, the manager took off her vest and said my shift is over, walks off.

Just gets WORSE!!!Unfortunately Texas hospitality is not part of this locations culture. Basic customer service skills, policy knowledge and problem solving is above many of the staff members, at least a majority of the ones I have encountered, paygrade.They just say no to everything without actually knowing their store, ADA regulations, or even policies printed on the back of the receipt.A retraining of front of house staff would really help. However, customer service cant always be taught, some position reassignments may be in order. There are plenty of people who need work and are customer service friendly.

All the employees wore masks and were extremely helpful.

I had the worst experience ever at the Lockhart Walmart on Dec. 22 2020. On Dec. 18th, I purchased groceries. When I arrived home I didnt have a rotisserie chicken. I called the store and was told I could bring my receipt and and have it replaced. Im a care giver and wasnt able to returned to the store until 12/22 with my receipt.At customer service center the gentlemen checked the log and my missed item had not been logged. A manager named Chaka, not sure of the spelling of her name, was called. She took my receipt and said camera video had to be checked. I waited 30-40 min then another employee came out to tell me, the video showed me walking away with the chicken. I said I did not have it when I arrived home. I asked to see video that showed me walking out with it, and was told I couldnt. I became very upset. I was being accused of lying about a $5 chicken. I asked to speak to Chaka, and was told she wasnt available. The employee left again with my receipt, another 15 min to tell me, I could take the chicken, The manager was looking at the wrong time on the video!!This all happened with in front of other customer. I have never felt more harassed and humiliated in all my life!!
