Shopped with my sister for the first time. There is so much to choose from. Definitely something for everyone. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and pleading surroundings.

I love this place. Great selection of home goods. Beautiful pieces of furniture. Something different, stock changes. Wonderful greens and wreaths. Fall items coming out now. They have 2 locations with a 3rd to open sometime in the fall.

Cute shop, so much more potential. In the store on a busy Saturday... boxes everywhere. If items were displayed better your sales would be significantly higher. Show people what to do with all the items you have, rather than just pile on tables. Please dust!!! In both locations I went to pick up items that were coated in dust, so I didn’t purchase. When employees are standing around on their phones(which I saw at both locations) there’s time to dust, or “decorate” the store better.And how do you not have restrooms?

Well worth the drive from the south towns! Lots of beautiful fall home decor and home accents. Be sure to make the short drive up the street to check out the mercantile building as well! I cant wait to come back at Christmas time

Love this shop! Do many unique, pretty and seasonal items to admire. We got a cute gnome and a fabric pumpkin. Admired many, many more items. What you see on the outside is not at all reflective of the inside. Do not pass up the shop.

I stopped by to grab a few things for our new place and was amazed at the beauty and customer service received here at the shop!! The displays were so well thought out, and it’s OBVIOUS the decorators spend plentiful amounts of time making sure it looks excellent! MUST VISIT shop in Lockport!!

As an antiques store, it almost completely fails, and thats sad, because its advertised as an antique store. Anything antique is outside in piles around the building.However, if youre looking for decor items you could find in most seasonal store, or napkins that say Lifes a beach that you just KNOW your mother-in-law will find hilarious, this is your place.

When competing in a world run by commercialized competitors and online shopping the one thing that separates family owned and local businesses, is their customer service and the experience you have when you shop with them. This was unfortunately the one thing that Tattered Tulip fell short on when I visited them today. I attempted to exchange (not return) an item that they still sold on their floor however, I was advised that because it was over their 7 day return policy there was nothing they could do to help me. The exact same item sits on display in their store yet they refused to allow me to exchange the one purchased for another item, that is terrible customer service! As a family run business the policies arent handed down from a corporate office, they can choose to make exceptions but instead they turned away what was a customer. I will not be shopping there in the future and have been left with a bad taste which I will share moving forward anytime someone asks me what I think about the business.

I was looking forward to this day for two weeks. I lost an old dear friend a few weeks ago. She battled cancer for years. She was a best friend years ago but circumstances beyond our control kept us apart. We use to go antiquing all the time together. When I saw she “loved” Tattered Tulip, I felt I needed to go there. I was truly hoping to walk around quietly and think about all our times we spent in places like that. I wanted to buy something that would remind me of our times.I did not have a problem buying something, they have cute merchandise. However, the three ladies behind the counter were extremely rude. They were opening boxes and taking them into the back. I obviously was in their way when I was browsing through the store. The one women had boxes in her hand and I said “I am sorry let me move over for you” she just looked at me and plowed through. When I went up to the check out, I stood there for a few minutes (which felt like 10 minute) until the women cashing out picked up her head from writing on inventory sheets and looked at me and said “is that all you are getting?”Honestly, I would have normally walked out when I got shoved out of the way with the boxes or when my $30 purchase didn’t seem good enough to the cashier; however, it was not about me that day. I wanted to bring something home that will remind me of my time with my old dear friend.I was hoping to awake a memory we once shared. Instead, it was a horrible experience. I am not an emotional person, yet I had to do all I can to fight back the tears when I was cashing out. Once I got in the car it was bitter sweet because I cried and laughed. I cried because I missed my friend but I laughed because if she was here we would have been talking about how rude those three women were who worked at the Tattered Tulip.I will not go back there. Piece of advice.... everyone can afford a smile. The world would be better place if everyone can give one each day! RIP Carol, you will be missed.

From all the goodness you can find outside the shop to all the amazing items youll find inside - this is definitely a place to visit. Make sure you have time to look though because theres so much offered, from furniture, to the latest decor trends, to antiques, jewelry and paint etc...

One of my wifes favorite places! A little bit of everything for everyone. Great for seasonal decorations, or a specialized gift or you may see something you didnt know you needed...lol friendly. And a nice place to visit on the weekend.

2/3/18: I went to the store for the first time today on a recommendation of a friend.It looked a bit “flea-markety” on the outside, (which is not a bad thing...), but *fantastic* on the inside! Clean, organized, wonderful collection and arrangement of homey, unusual decor, (including {new, farmhouse-chic} pieces), antiques and some items that can be ordered custom-made. I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside, and very well stocked.The owners were on-premises, mingling, interacting, answering questions and receipting customers out. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate when other owners show their commitment and pride in their business, and WORK it instead of being too hands-off.I’ll be back, soon. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I have always liked Tattered Tulip, but today I was a little disappointed. Almost everything was Fall related, I like Fall decorations but that wasnt what I was looking for and really a whole store full....

Great place to pick up the most Unique Items,, you can always find the perfect thing there,, or just the perfect thing to re-purpose. Friendly, helpful people there. Am looking forward to go back as soon as Spring comes,, always a good find there.

What a fun experience, prices were very reasonable, which caused me to spend more than I thought I would, but there is a lot of great stuff I couldnt help myself. Tattered Tulips is by far one of my favorite shops. There are so many unique items and I never leave empty handed! I love to go and see what is new and to see the displays.

It is NOT an ANTIQUE store . The items out in the yard and in the grass are more interesting that the Chinese knockoff stuff inside . Most everything is labeled vintage, no its not just made to look like it is .If your looking for vintage look a like stuff or seasonal type stuff you may like it, but if your looking for true ANTIQUES stop to look out side but thats it as far as those go.

This place used to be awesome!!! Now it is basically a country atmosphered hobby lobby.They has some antiques but not many anymore.They are all outside getting ruined from the weather. (The antiques)The prices are a bit high but she does have things displayed inside nicely. This is a great place for ppl who dont mind overpaying for items they can get in other stores.The staff is friendly and courteous. If you do venture here be sure to head up the steep stairs ... there are usually a few discounted items up there.

Fun place! A mix of old and new, antiques and rustic decor items for your home. Fusion paint and tools available for the do-it-yourselfer. I find something I have to have every visit!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I use to frequent this shop pre-renovation and it was great. Now, it is a filled with antique knock offs and mass produced junk that is made in China. The other day, I was lucky enough to find an actual antique. I took it to the register and the lady said that the price tag was incorrect. She said, This isnt the price the vendor intended - it must be a mistake. Then she got on the phone to confirm the price with the vendor which was three time what the tag stated. I said keep it. The worst part is this is the second time this has happened. What a horrible way to run a business. If you are looking for unique items or true antiques, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for mass produced junk and shady sales practices, this is your spot! Shame.

Was in today to check it out. Service was awful. Didnt ask if I needed help. Stood there twiddling her thumbs.This place has a nice selection of overpriced chinese junk. They act like its vintage and antiques.. its not. Save money. Buy the same wreath on amazon for $10 instead of $30. Its ridiculous how high the prices are.It all still has manufacturers price tags on it.The outside looks like a garbage dump. Find a better way to display your chairs, windows and doors. It really looks terrible!Theres no sign that says the business name to know where the place is.Really disappointing!

My friend and I found this this hidden treasure yesterday and we just fell in love! Lisa is the nicest owner and very helpful to find just what your looking for. Cannot wait to come back for Fall and Christmas!

I have been coming to Tattered Tulip for years, however sadly I will not be returning. They have become so commercialized, its like walking into a mini version of pottery barn, sans the furniture. Where are the antiques?

The owner Lisa was wonderful. Emptying out my mothers house and asked Lisa if she would be interested in a few things. Lisa went above and beyond wading through rooms filled with furniture and glassware and books. She found someone to help take away things not wanted. We could not have done it without her. Hope she has continued sucess her store. I will be forever thankful. She also recommened a wonderful realtor.

This is one of mine and my daughters favorite stops and they are open Sunday when we want to escape the football game. We specifically like to pick through the odds and ends outside for great deals.

Very over priced for me. I drove an hour to come here after I saw it on Facebook. I walked out with nothing even though I liked the decor. I was very disappointed but they are charging higher end prices for things that would cost much less at other stores.

I live in Lockport. Been in NY for most of my life and never been here before. I stopped to see if I could find a chair made the right way and not junk thrown together. I was in awe when I stepped in the barn! Was a dream for me. Nic nacks, furniture, anything youd want in a country style home and some. I found a pair of vintage leather boots for $25! Just happen to be there and in my size. This may very well be my favorite place to shop for something other places just cant provide.
