Very good as I needed help finding something and asked a Home Depot service man and he took me right to it.Thanks for the help once again.

I first called the store to see if a particular item was in stock and spoke with Jacob in lawn and garden. He was very helpful and instructed me to place the order online and it would be assembled and ready within a day or so. I drove out to pick up the item a couple days later. Kay at customer service/order pickup was very patient and friendly, honestly everyone I interacted with at this location seemed happy and willing to help. They loaded the item onto my truck and helped me secure it. The entire process was organized and painless. This was probably one of the best experiences Ive had at any Home Depot!

This store is the definition of terrible. Went in and spent well over $1k in lumber and the employees basically stand around and do nothing. I asked for help reaching the higher stuff, and they threw a ladder at me and walked away, I look over and theres 4 of the asshats standing in a circle doing absolutely nothing laughing with one another. Not that I could find a manager to complain to, there seems to be none of them around doing anything either. Had I the extra time to drive elsewhere I wouldnt have spent a cent in here. Sadly, Im one of those people that actually has to work to make their money, unlike most of the people in this store who were in their 40s and the laziest people Ive ever seen. Disgusting store, no idea how theyre in business still.

Great knowledge of help with people that are new to electrical and plumbing non-commissioned so theyre honest with you if they cant help you or can and they dont rush you once its your turn I think lockports Home Depot is one of the better ones although not the best stocked and theyre the only ones that Carry polybutylene adapters

If you know where things are its not to bad. I prefer going to a business that helps their customers.

Spent $130 on plants and plant care, theyre the only reason why I go here to be honest. Hoping theyll have more variety and a better merchant for plants soon!

Just another Home Depot, lay out is different from the the in the Falls. Limited selection of caulk which is what I mainly went there for, could be due to covid and supply.

First we checked product availability online. They said there were 8 in stock at the store. We call next, and are told they actually have 15 in stock. So we drive 35 miles to the store, just to find out of (A few moments) of looking, which was actually almost 30 minutes, that they had 0 in stock..and an apology that oh they must have went to the wrong store. Funny that they had all of the more expensive products readily available on the floor. They offered us $50.00 off of another product like we had ANY CHOICE, AND then they denied me my veterans discount. This was the most despicable experience I have ever had with home depot. I wont be coming back for quite awhile.

Staff is knowledgeable and had plenty of stock, just wish I didnt have to hunt staff down for questions.

This is the closest location for me so it’s the one I frequent the most. I appreciate being able to verify something is in stock before driving 25 minutes to get there. They generally have what I need in stock and prices are better than the local hardware stores, but forget finding a decent piece of lumber.

Attentive staff returns no problem very helpful

Buffalo Market is a joke. Online orders go through the Buffalo store in our area. Called the online help 3x - all 3 times have to transfer you to the Buffalo store. Hung up on 3x. Pd $79 for the delivery. Damaged items, missing items. Simple call to just get a replacement. Even willing to pick up to missing items from local store. Simple customer fix that is now a huge problem. Promised call back from store manager - nope never happened. Online basically is a joke to deal with. Took it one step further even emailed company as a last hope to keep sanity with all this.Took days to hear back, but figured with everything going on it is normal.Respond back to email - no response none weeks later) Shipped damaged items, missing items, wood that would not even be found at a Mr Seconds. Any issues you may have. Good luck. Only reason this did not escalate any further is the fact the local Home Depot down the street was at least willing to return some of the items no problem and refunded on of the purchases that kept getting a run a round on a delivery date (whole different issue in itself). Waste of $79. Spent additional $ to fix items & lots of wasted time. Horrible lumber & no customer service.

Found a helpful guy at the customer service desk who really took care of me!

I was in the outside flower area and lots of helpful staff. Inside the store, almost impossible to find someone to help you. Not anything like their commercial.

Not a fan of the management at all, electrical specialist and plumbing specialist are really the only decent well mannered staff I’ll seek out.

Poor customer service, the staff knew I was waiting for assistance with a lawn tractor yet continued talking to each other. I went down the street and the exact same tractor was $400 less, and there was some actual customer service.

A little light on in-store personnel, but the ones there are helpful. Curbside pickup spotty as out of stock cancellation notices are slow. Great online - ship to home service. Good prices on what they have in stock.

I switched to Value along time ago but had to go here today! Nothing has changed first employee I asked for help told me item was in plumbing if not there she didnt know! Then asked a guy named Ron in plumbing didnt need history on product terrible attitude! I had 11 stores none of these employees would work for me! Back to Value, Hone depot should take a lesson from them on customer service!

Ordered an online order that said it would be ready in an hour just to have it canceled the next day. Spoke to two rude people at the store, then customer service over text, then their gift card number, then customer service again for my refund but no one knows what the hell is going on. This person on customer service has me on hold but says I have to contact the store AGAIN. I used a gift card and just want it refunded. When I ordered my item, it said there were 19 in stock so not only are their websites grossly inaccurate, I cant even get refunded because not one single department is connected and everyone keeps passing me off to another person.

I just called the Lockport store and spoke to Kara. We were in a bind and needed a chest freezer asap due to the purchase of a whole pig for our family. Kara could not have been kinder or friendlier. She went back to check to be sure they had the freezer we wanted herself, because the store had just literally opened. She made sure to have it pulled and my husband is on his way to get it. I had called the Amherst store first, and the woman who answered was so unfriendly and couldnt be bothered to listen. I asked if they had a floor model and she said I said we didnt have the freezer . Thank you Kara for your kindness. You, are what customer service is all about!!!

It so difficult to get service at home depot in Lockport, NY. 18yrs., ago we decided to build a 16 x 20 ft., deck, couldnt get anyone to help us order the lumber, after 45 minutes we left and went some where else, . 20 yrs ago bought big vinyl shed over $2000.., worth, they gave us wrong floor plan with it, so we had to go back, to get correct one, 5 yrs ago got new screen door, we installed it from Home Depot, for some reason in bad shape . last fall need some big pavers 2 x 2 Home depot Lockport, NY,, didnt even carry them, had to go to Amherst, NY, Home depot . So we going ahead an getting another back screen door from Home depot, in Lockport, NY, it, took over a hour to get someone help us, so we could order it. the person that did finally us out was very nice, but wasnt their dept. maybe this one will last, we crossing are fingers. they going to install this time . I really wish there was Lowes closer by.

I order a tv stand with fireplace to be delivered at home depot. I got a message said my order was ready. Only thing they had was only half of it. The fireplace incert. Not the tv unit itself. I gave it 2 stars cause the employee was great. She did everything possible to find it. Look in the hold place even went in the back to see if its was back there. Even made a call to home depot.com to figure out what was going on. Now hot to ✋ till the15th to see if the restaurants offer it will come in.

Well over 500 ppl on the store, isles all clogged up with black friday specials so that you cant get through the isles, and there is zero social distancing, everyone is doing whatever they want and employees are exactly the same as the customers. To be clear, my issue is that mom and pop shops have to follow strict guidelines, why shouldnt home depot? Its infuriating.

Im doing this review basically for Guy is his name he usually works customer service and is a manager. He goes the extra mile for people when he doesnt have to, even when hes swamped which is constant. He went out of his way to get me this wire today that was way on the top shelf, went and got the fork lift etc. Without hesitation. After me he moved onto the next person, he wasnt working electrical today either but did it anyway. They need to be paying him more hes the glue that holds that store together. Everytime i go in this store which is alot hes running things like a super hero. I really appreciate people like that. Thank God for people like him. Thanks Guy

So I just stopped by to get a shelf EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE i contacted for help just blantly ignored me, I call to ask for HR number they say they dont have it 🙃, then when I called to speak to the manager, the person said oh, so you are calling about Joel??? Like I did not just said that. But as I stand there EVERY EMPLOYEE I LOOKED AT WAS EATHER ON THERE PHONE OR CHATTING, why so many employees if NONE OF THEM WORK?

Not good. When ordering, all items were in stock. Two hours later, most of order was canceled without explanation.

Staff are exceptionally helpful. Need to know your products to avoid disappointment.

Absolutely terrible. Asked at least 6 people for help and they shrugged it off and said I dont know. And walked away. I honestly dont know how so many employees could be so unhelpful and rude. After walking around for an hour asking for help I decided to leave. Never returning.

Friendly workers willing to help you find what you need. They seem to be always stocked with everything, unlike Lowes, but there are never enough cash registers open for check out.

Normally, people are super helpful here. I was in the lumber dept. and there was no one around. I searched for a while and finally found what I needed for a project. It would have taken half the time if there were any Associate to help.

This pandemic is hard on everyone. I went into this location this morning, with a list of things I was unable to get myself. I was greeted and helped better than I have ever been helped before. Great job Home Depot team.
