The girls were very helpful. One recommended a travel hair dryer. Which they were out of stock. She went to another store to get for me and bring to the Lockport store where I shop. Wonderful customer service for all the girls!!

I love Sallys i always get great help when I go in!

Simple as they say..and alot faster than ordering on line. Took about 2 weeks for delivery, so I had to keep that in mind for next coloring or to stock up. Anyway, curbside was easy! I didnt know the rules, but as I drove up to Sallys, from about 12 ft away, the employee explained procedure ( its also posted on sign outside store). So, I pulled into parking lot, made the call ( it took a few calls to get through, as phone was busy, but not a big deal). I ordered my dye, paid over phone w debit card. So next step was pull up to pink sign in front of store. With your windows rolled up, an employee comes out, verifies your ID as you put it up to your side window, they give you thumbs up, go inside, grab your purchased items, put it on a chair outside the store. They ask for you to wait til the employee goes back in store, the door closes for you to get out and retrieve your goodies. Easy peasy.. a process that took about 10 minutes.. so much faster than delivery. Thank you.. happy hair day ;)

It was one of those OH *#! moments when I ran to this location. Weve all been there at least once. I was blessed to have a a female named Mary come to my aide. She was helpful and sweet. She walked me thru the process of coloring my hair back to normal.. I have been to other locations but this one in Lockport is by far the BEST! She treated me as if I were a family member. Cant thank her enough but Ill say it again, Thank-you so much Mary.
