Horrible ownership. Spend your money elsewhere! Worst carpet installation experience ever. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. 3 carpet installers arrived at my door, when I opened it they had opened the storm door and were just inches from my face. They were not wearing masks as per NYS Covid-19 business compliance executive orders. They continued into my home with no regard for the safety of my family and when asked about compliance, they informed me that they were not required by their employer, Carpet Collection, to health screen or wear any PPE. They began the installation by attempting to tie my living room drapes in knots, at which time I stopped them and took my drapes down. They used my bathroom multiple times, leaving a mess and URINE ON MY BATHROOM FLOOR! Once the carpet was in place they proceeded to walk in and out of my home with their shoes on, all over the brand new carpet. They did not clean up the mess after installation, leaving behind loose staples, various nails and cut carpet debris all over my home. They stated they were done and were leaving,  When I asked them to clean up their mess they told me no, Thats all you. While cleaning up after this horrible installation team, I found 4 nails, sticking up in the middle of my upstairs hallway in the new carpet. These nails were not driven into the floor, rather they were left at carpet height, sticking up roughly 1 inch. This was an incredibly dangerous thing to find and done purposely and maliciously to injure my family. The owners of the store, Gary Case and his son, Ben, refused to give me any information on the 3 men they sent to my home, as I would like to file criminal charges. They confirmed via email that they are not following Covid-19 compliance. They also stated that they were personally and professionally embarrassed by the way their crew left my home. However, they offered no compensation for any of these enormous problems. I have filed complaints with the New York State Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau.

The experience began as soon as we walked into the store. The sale people never greeted us and when one finally did, he treated us like we were unintelligent goofs. Additionally, he yelled to communicate so loud that it left me no choice, I had to say something to him.We did proceed as they had a flooring there I really loved. The man who came to measure the floors was borderline rude to my husband. As he was leaving, he stated the estimate would be done within the week. It took three weeks to get the estimate. Lastly, the estimate was outrageously priced. I would not recommend this flooring place to anyone!

Great experience at Carpet Collection in Lockport. Nick was super helpful, and made the experience fun and easy. We purchased 2 remnants and had 2 other carpets cut to size and the carpet quality was excellent much better than what we had found in the same price range else where. They even helped load the carpets up on our roof rack, excellent sale and service!

Always helpful. This is the 3rd remodel we are doing with them. Nancy is great helping with colors.

We bought carpet for our upstairs bedrooms, hallways, and two sets of stairs and all of our hardwood floor from here, we were referred here by one of our friends and we had some issues about 3 years after our install with the carpet pulling away but once we spoke with Ben he was very helpful he got one of the installers back out and restretch the carpet for us its nice to know that a company still out there willing to back up their work multiple years after it was installed I would recommend this place in the future! Thanks Ben, and everyone at carpet collections.

We went to carpet collection and was greeted by Lauren who was very friendly and attentive. We needed floors for our new kitchen and was interested in the Luxury Vinyl plank. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the differences in all the types of floors CC had to offer. We decided to purchase Mannington Acacia Dura Max in African Sunset. It is absolutely stunning!! We highly recommend CC!*** UPDATE weve had our floors in for about 5 months now and they are absolutely wonderful! We have four dogs and the floors have not one scratch on them! Great quality!!

We have made MANY purchases at Carpet Collection and highly recommend them!!! We have purchased floor tile and back splash tile, which we installed ourselves, and carpeting that they installed. The sales people in the store were very helpful in suggestions and ideas about our choices we are very happy with all our selections. We recently had our carpeting cleaned by them and they did an excellent job!! 5 stars for sure!

I went in to Carpet Collection in Lockport today based on positive google reviews. I was there for 5 - 10 minutes. There were three men that at the front desk. Not one of them said hello or asked if they could help me, nor were they helping anyone else. One did yell at another employee while I was there. I’ll find a friendlier place to carpet shop.

Highly recommend this place! All staff is super knowledgeable, with great products and great prices. Ive been a returning customer for 5+ years with multiple purchases and Im always impressed by their prices, quality, and customer service.

I was looking for an area rug/remnant and just happened to be in that area. Upon entering the store two ladies were sitting at their desks upfront. We were not greeted. Neither said hello or can I help you. We found what we were looking for but had questions. Each time we asked a question we had to go to the desk as no one came to assist us. We went to the desk to make the purchase and the lady was nice and very helpful. When we arrived back at the store to pick up the carpet NO ONE was in sight only the owner in the back office who was dialing on his cell phone. His office was directly in front of us and we were in clear view. He never said hello, Some one will be right with you Can I help you, etc. For the record, NO customer wants to be ignored. I will admit the selection was good and prices very fair. Customer service definitely lacking. The owner should know better than ignore a customer. After about 3-4 minutes of waiting and being ignored, we finally wandered around and into the back room where we found someone to wait on us. The owner needs to know a few things: 1) NEVER IGNORE THE CUSTOMER 2) WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES IN TO YOUR STORE GREET THEM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEM 3) THERE ARE WAY TO MANY PURCHASING OPTIONS OUT THERE, AND 4) YOU, AS THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW BETTER-------CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE SALE.I can not say the owner (and we know he was the owner as he was identified by an employee) was rude because he had NO CONTACT WITH HIM, but to have a customer wait in front of him with no employees around and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE the customer is unprofessional, disrespectful, poor business and to say the very least unappealing and uninviting to do business there again. WAKE UP and be an example to your employees as well as a proper business man.
