Only giving it one star because I have to to leave a review!Terrible service. Slower than slow. Never timely. They dont even answer their phone now.

This place is the worst!!!!! Switching pharmacy ASAP!!!! Script Was called in and went to get it at 6:00 pm the next day. Wasnt ready so we were told to come back in a couple hours. Went back the next day, wasnt ready! Told to come back in 2 hours. Went back 4 hrs later and..... Wasnt ready. After complaining, 10 minutes later we FINALLY have the script!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you call to speak with a pharmacist you are hung up on, multiple times. Call in your prescription to be picked up and head to pick it up per telephonic reported time: it wont be ready, then youre treated rude by staff after waiting in the pick up line for 20 minutes...they have the nerve to ask you if you REALLY need the prescription today?!?!? They got rid of all the amazing staff that kept us going there for years and being loyal to this pharmacy. After 30 years of we switched pharmacies. Sticking to a small town pharmacy. Things may cost a little more, but they know you by name, and you feel good about supporting them and their business.Rite Aid: Disgusting treatment of your patrons. If I could report you further I would. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

Disappointed. We have been going to this location for over 15 years. I called in my sons prescriptions 5 days ago and they are still not ready. I called them in om Sunday. I stopped by Monday afternoon and was told they were not ready but to comeback on Tuesday. I didnt have time so I went this morning (Friday) and they were still not done and to come back later On top of everything else the credit card machine would not take my bank card. It works everywhere else. I realize there are staffing shortages and am usually okay with coming back but this will make my 3rd trip. I am seriously thinking of changing pharmacies. Just a note, I called my moms prescriptions in a day later than my sons and they were ready so this really didnt make sense. I think the automated phone message should be changed since it always states it will be ready on the next business day (and it never is). I never have had any issues with the staff. They are usually helpful and friendly. I know it is difficult for them but I dont feel I should have to wait 5 days for a refill.

I’ve never had such terrible service in the pharmacy before. I had to get a replacement vaccination card and was “helped” by a shorter woman with long hair(whose name I did not catch). I could have let the snotty tone, the eye rolling, and the obvious disdain for assisting me roll off my back, but on my way out of the pharmacy this person decidedly it was appropriate to shout after me “don’t lose it again” in front of several other patrons. As someone who has worked and continues to work in a service capacity I almost never leave bad reviews, but this woman’s behavior was so outrageous it needs to be remarked on.

No one was working at the front register and when I asked the only employee I could find if they could cash me out they seemed annoyed.

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Called four hours ahead of time said script was ready and show up to pick it up and they said it would be another half hour. Waited at the window the second time for 15 minutes for someone else to even come help me. I cant wait for the new pharmacy to open up

I cant thank Justin enough for being so helpful. Helped my mother, and this Georgia girl is so grateful! Sarah was also kind:)

This Rite-Aid is normally awesome at filling meds really quick and everyone is usually very friendly. However, theres one lady that is rude and never nice. I just had to call them to see about a script my doctor called in for me. She just said we have nothing here then hung up on me. No goodbye No have a good day. Nothing, just hung up. This lady is so miserable and should NOT be working with customers!!!

I would NEVER use this pharmacy again! The rudest staff ever. Had my prescription order for a full week. Said they didnt fill it because they are short staffed, they would have called but because they are short staffed they couldnt. Jason was so incredibly rude. When I told him I had been waiting a week he laughed and said oh well I hadnt filled a prescription there before. Guess they dont want new business. This is the second time I have been here and both times were horrible. There wont be a third.

Dave the pharmacist is very kind, caring and will go out of his way to help you in anyway. The rest of the staff is also awesome.I have been with them for a long time and I would not go to any other pharmacy 😊

Went to do my shopping December 30th around 7:20pm. Girl on counter was super rude. No “hello”, “how are you doing” or “have a goodnight. Wasn’t able to explain to me the deal on some stuff I had picked. I understand we all have bad days but you can’t works on customer service with that attitude. May be she thought I didn’t speak English. I don’t know. She shouldn’t work there is she hates her job that much.
