I had short notice on a project and needed to print documents first thing in the morning. Not only did they have everything done before I arrived, they also assisted me with bindings, etc. I feel there is never enough praise when people go above and beyond. This really made my day!

Welcoming Staff and helpful staff. What really threw me off was having to pay $7 to use the computer for 1 minute to print a document, finessed Id like to say.

I rent a box from this location and ship packages and envelopes several times per month (as well as assorted copies, scanning, etc.). The staff always greet me with a warm welcome and grab my mail before I can even walk back. They really do go above and beyond. I couldnt be any happier that I chose to use this location. Great staff. Always helpful and pleasant. What more can I ask for?

Ive used this location a few times in the past couple of months. I ship things regularly for work and use multiple locations. The staff here goes above and beyond- truly delivering exceptional service. At my last visit they met me in the parking lot when I had 8 boxes to bring in. Inside I had to open each one, add something and then retape. The staff helped me do all of that, had things going on 2 computers and got me on my way in no time. All the extra help was offered without having to ask. I will only use this location going forward! Amazing service, thank you.

A few months ago it was my first time dropping off my rental books for school, I had no idea what to do. To make things worse the return sticker had ripped. When I got in there I had explained to the employee what had happened and he was so helpful. I also had a lot of questions and he answered every question I had. From then on I kept going over there. Im normally from Joliet and I know there are closer UPS stores near me, but Id rather do the drive all the way to this location for good costumer service. Everything is painless and is easy as 1,2,3. My package was delivered to the wrong address or the driver took it. Someone was at the house but there was no knock and now we have to go through claims bullcrap to get the item we paid for. The address is posted on the front of our house TWICE, so I cant imagine it being that hard to get the address right...

My package shows delivered, however I never received my package! Now I have to go through this investigation process. This is completely ridiculous!!
