This Safelite shop is immaculate and the employees are efficient, competent, professional, and friendly. They did a great job replacing the windshield on my truck today. I will request them for any future glass needs!

Went to them for a windshield replacement. They were cheaper than safelite and so went with them. Two weeks later I got a crack on the side and called them. They gave me a quote that was less than the original but was still not what I would expect considering I had just been there. Called around and got other quotes and was able to get a cheaper one even though I had not been a repeat customer. When I took it in they pointed out the poor quality of work that had been done. No sealer around the edges, poor quality glue, etc. When the new place finished my replacement I could tell immediately the difference in quality. I am so disappointed by the lackof care and quality that took place especially paying $325.00 for that work and $210.00 at a place I had never been to before. Never will use them and want other people to not make the same mistake it did.

On first contact they were polite and very nice.The scheduler gave me false information for an installation date which set back opening of a business the person who came to measure, Jerome was extrenely rude when I had mentioned the proposed date of installation, pra typically hung up on me when I had mentioned I would need if another company could get it done so we could open. Our business on time and he never went through with his word to send our final bid amount.Never doing business with them
