Had a low tire pressure warning and found this shop on Google. They were very accommodating and worked with my fleet management service to accept payment so it wouldnt be out of my pocket for the tire repair.Ill definitely use them again if needed while visiting Lodi CA.

Always friendly, always helpful, and they do things RIGHT. I fully understand that you get what you pay for. They being said, for their price charges, I feel they do everything they can to give you a fair deal. I bring all my cars here for their maintenance, and even my boat trailer for all new brakes and lines. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any friend to this shop. If you want a backyard mechanic, I’d go elsewhere.

BEWARE!!! Do not come to this shop!!!! They were only supposed to have my car for a couple of days, it turned to them having my car for 3 weeks! We agreed that my car was supposed to be 250$ then the price changed to 500$ then they said it would be 1850 they replaced many things without my consent. Now when i tried to get my car back they are charging me 3650$ i told them that was illegal because i have all the messages of what we agreed on. I contacted the BBB and told them i was taking them to court. They will not release my car. I am making a police report, i will see them in court.

Absolutely love this place!!! They were so sweet and kind from the moment I walked in. Can’t beat their prices. I went to so many places, however none were even comparable to this place. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

Fast service, friendly guy at the counter, good prices. My daughter and I walked in one morning and were greeted right away by a very friendly gentleman. He was able to get her car in and serviced same day. We went out and ran some errands and they took care of her alignment and tires. Will be back when mine are ready to be replaced.

Go to All Pros Repair on south sac street instead they are more honest, if Giant tells you you need a rack and pinion and all you really need is an allignment. Gandu Jhoota

I had a tire with two small holes from a roofing staple that many other places would not patch but Ali did it at a great price and it’s working great two months later. Very friendly and helpful.

They WAY over tightened my oil drain bolt..I made them fix it for free. A few months later, I attempted to change a friends oil for her and I couldnt get her drain bolt loose either without stripping it. I asked her where she had her oil changed last...and she said Giant Discount Tire. I definitely wouldnt recommend getting your oil changed there. Took them 2 hours to fix mine!

Terrible service. My son had his car here for 6 weeks and paid good money just for them to tell him they couldnt fix it. He had to rent cars to get around. They even sent it out. He had a brand new transmission put in in another state and whoever was working on it here messed it up. He finally took it across the street . They had it for 2 or 3 days and fixed it . Runs great. They kept in contact with him every step of the way. But this place kept him in the dark. He would go by the shop and his car hadnt even moved. It was sitting there . At one point they didnt even know it was there. A bunch of incompetent people working there. I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone there.

Pretty pissed off, came in 2 days ago, made an appointment for 10. at 9:45 and showed I didnt have an appointment. so they told me an hour and a half to 2 hours. I come back 2 hours and they havent even started my car yetSo I have edited this review because I was pretty angry at the time, but looking back the did do me a solid and gave me a free alignment, and oil change. Good group of guys, just a mishap on the computer

I only wish I could rate negative stars.... this shop will take advantage of anyone who looks like an easy target... single women and elderly customers beware... they will do damage to your car while its in their care, claim it came in that way, and give you a quote to repair what they broke. They got THOUSANDS out of my elderly parents for unnecessary repairs before I found out what was going on. (you can see more complaints from other former customers if you look them up on BBB web site)

This place is under a new owner, he seems to care nothing for his employees or his customers. The shop is an absolute mess. Possibly the worst shop in Lodi.
