Maria, in the office, was so pleasant and willing to help me determine what was wrong with my transmission and an estimate of future replacement of spark plugs. They quickly determined what I needed as well as changed the oil and filters. The cost was reasonable for 2 hours of labor and parts. I felt confident that my car was in good working order when I left their clean shop and office.

Excellent work at a good price. Staff are knowledgeable and well experienced. They are punctual and courteous. I moved to Stockton but I still visit their Service Center in Lodi

Totally not the same. I ask for certain things to get done and they charge way 2 much then dont do much if anything to fix my auto parts. Overcharging and no wonder why everyone gets upset at them.

Just be careful that John doesnt have you coming back for more repairs after he repairs your current problem. He did that to me and my family. Im a Christian and hes suppose to be. He advertises on the christian radio station, prays on his knees at church but caused a hardship for me and family, my sons car broke down right after he left the shop and he called John, then he charged him more money in which my son did not have. John and Maria had no empathy and compassion at all, the problem that went wrong was brand new??? I took my truck in for smogging, after I left, the heater and air didnt work anymore. Just be careful, dont get caught up in the revolving door of paying him .. by the way, wheres his wife? God dont him take advantage of your people. If you have a lot of money, they love you. It appears he creates more repairs for more ..

Very kind folks. We had a breakdown on the road just as we were 40 minutes into a road trip when we stopped for gas. Limped over to have them check on the horrible grinding noise. Problem was a transfer case which on our older uncommon vehicle was going to cost a fortune to get fixed for used parts and then labor (I verified online the used part was only at one place in California and expensive, or a week or so away from out of state). We decided not to have it fixed but towed back home until we could save to get the part and then save for the labor. They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee as they could see our day was pretty unexpectedly wrecked.
