We arrived a few minutes early to our appointment 10AM today and were not greeted with friendly service. We would not recommend anyone goes to this car care center. Details of the event below.My husband was told (despite being a few minutes early to a scheduled appointment) he would need to wait a bit because they were busy. My husband is an understanding man. He could see the shop was busy, so he asked how long is a bit . The employee went back to ask.One of the mechanics was working on changing a custom exhaust. When asked how long the customer (my husband) would need to wait, the mechanic loudly shouted, Im not putting this car back for a $10 oil change! He can wait! It was crystal clear and loud as could be to anyone within earshot.We were not getting a $10 oil change. My husband drives a large V8 engine truck that needed a full synthetic oil change.The employee can back and struggled to come up with an estimated wait time. He told my husband it would be maybe 30 to 40 minutes. After clearly overhearing the unhappy mechanic, my husband told the employee that it was clear there were disgruntled employees working that did not value his time, appointment, or vehicle, so he would be taking his business elsewhere.Please note that were scheduled an appointment for this oil change earlier this week. The shop should have known well in advance and planned accordingly. If they arent going to honor an appointment, why allow appointment scheduling?

I came around 12pm they were closing at 2pm i described the problem having to do with my anti freeze leaking they quickly found the issue was my radiator, told me the total cost and quickly ordered the part and got done with the whole radiator replacement by 130pm. Told me a future problem that may occur and exactly what they did so I can understand. Very professional and would recommend to anyone.

I brought my car to the Meineke in Lodi, NJ to repair the exhaust. The mechanic crashed my car into the wall trying to pull into the garage. The owner Matthew Mathai promised to repair, the damages they caused. However, I made several attempts to get my car repaired by calling leaving messages and he never returned my calls as well as going back there where his employees claimed to not know how to get in contact with him. When I finally was able to catch him at the shop, he told me that they must order a new bumper and to come back in 2 weeks. When I went back, he was not there again. I contacted the corporate office about the situation twice they finally called me back, but I miss their call, so I call them back two more times. I still haven’t heard back from them. Now I will be filing a lawsuit against them. Terrible customer services, dishonest liars! I will never go to another Meineke again. I will post an update if Meineke resolve the problem.

This place is a disaster. The owner Mathew is not a good person and he will try to screw you every chance he gets. He acts like a he is your friend but will pull a fast one on you the first chance he gets. Not very trustworthy and because of this its not worth it for me or my family to come to this place. Theres plenty better options out there.

Awesome service. The mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable. I think I finally found my one stop for automobile service. Will definitely come back if needed.

The manager Mattew is great... can negotiate with him exactly what services you need completed...without being sold unwanted parts and labor.the Wheels alignment lift looks awesome as well

My tire repair was faulty since my tire is still loosing air and I was told before I left it was a sensor issue. I was treated nicely until I refused a date to the guy who was going to charge me for the services. They snuck spark plugs in which I didnt know until the service was ended bc they quote werent going to make any money off me after what I came for (brakes) werent bad and didnt have to be replaced. So yea never going back didnt even want to go back to fill my tires because I dont want to have to face that creep again.

If I could give this place zero I would. Dishonest management with poor customer service... The mechanics look like very good people but you can tell they dont like their boss as he is not a good person

Instead of doing the standard oil change I Requested and had made the appointment for using my coupon for $17.95 they Did the old Bait and switch and charge me $60! They did this without discussing the increase in price before hand and then refused to give me my car until I paid this exorbitant price. It was an absolute horrible experience and the manager in particular was extremely unprofessional. I will never use their Services again nor would I recommend anyone to go to the Lodi New Jersey facility.

My past personal experiences with this meinekie on rt 46 in lodi was always positive .The guys here are very good at custom fitting, cutting and also bending exhaust pipe and the welds are -->👌of superb quality when compared to other shops Ive dealt with in that entire area in my honest opinion no mickey mouse work here . If you want a custom, modified exhaust or even a simple replacement catalytic converter and you want it done right the first time GO SEE THEM. I promise youll be satisfied .

Horrible experience, vehicle seemed to be tampered with.When they say you wont pay alot but youll get alot, I didnt know they meant headaches and bad quality service.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Damaged my vehicles engine and told me they would do me the favor of replacing the engine. It took a MONTH to get my car back with an engine that had 13,000 more miles. All I wanted was a tune up and a new AC compressor. Now, I no longer trust my car.Beware of their stories about other customers. This is how they manipulate you. Its a shame that they use the Meineke name to take advantage of the public.

Where to start... I explained that I heard squeaking from my driver side brakes. After dropping off, they called back and explained it was the passenger side. I said it 10 times that it was driver side. I was also told I needed back brakes. I said take care of everything and give me a quote. When I picked up my truck this afternoon, what do you know. Sound is still there when I come to a stop. If thats not bad enough, my back brakes were never done. When I called back to let them know, an employee named Johnny said he was going to call the boss and call me back. After an hour of no call back I called them and a mechanic answered and told me that Johnny is now busy and the owner was going to call me. I had a sketchy feeling about this place when I arrived to begin with between the size, location, and front office and I ended up paying for it in the end. Ve smart, there are much better places.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in for a simple welding job on my exhaust and they took 3 DAYS to finish but still managed to completely butcher it. Ruined the testpipe in my exhaust making it completely useless and UNREPAIRABLE yet they REFUSE to reimburse me for the price of replacing it. They did not offer to give me a refund or to replace the pipe. All they offered was to “fix” the problem when in reality they should just have replaced my part. They couldn’t not take responsibility for their action 0/5 stars. Will never come back and everyone I know will never step foot in this sad excuse of a shop.

Extremely Dishonest Management! My vehicle needed a exhaust flex pipe replaced so I decided to take my vehicle Mineke. I drove up and before anything was said or looked at the base price for the flex pipe was $250. I told them to drop the vehicle and back it out, the manager quickly walked up to me and said $200 and shook my hand to seal the deal. Once the vehicle was done, quite well, I should add, the “other manager of the Mineke took my Credit card, told me 213 with tax and then added $19 shop supplies to make up for the negotiation of $200. Total BS and will never do business with them again and neither should you. Trust me, it’s not about the $19 it’s the fact that they shook on a deal of $200 and charged me $233. Shame shame shame!

Great service, great prices, courteous and very knowledgeable staff. They know what they do and explain the process upfront. They do clean long lasting work - no mater the age of your car.It’s worthy my trip from Brooklyn to get their honest service.

I could give them a zero star review, I would. They take any job even if they dont know how to do the job. They will mess up your car and will not accommodate you by fixing it. And im not talking about an exhaust going bad after a while. Im talking about same day service that was not done right.

Over the phone, the nicest people ever. In person, nice until its time for you to pay. They quoted me a price for oil change over the phone which was correct when finished with service, but when I presented a coupon, they refused to take it. If you want to own a franchise, there are certain things you have to honor. It was a specific coupon specifically for this location. And not to mention I got cursed at and yelled at because I came with a coupon. If you dont want to be apart of a franchise, null your contract and get out of the business. Your making meineke look bad.

The staff was nice, direct and upfront. Showed me what the issues were. Id been traveling from NY on the way to VA and had some trouble along the way. The employee in the office let me know how long it would be and let me know where I could grab a bite to eat for me and my son in the meantime. Thank you all for helping so quickly. Hopefully it doesnt happen again but I know where to go if it does.

Excellent service great Staffs outstanding clean Facility

Went here today on a recommendation from my personal mechanic who works out of his house. My personal mechanic told me exactly what needed to be done to my car to fix my exhaust system and about what it SHOULD cost, but my mechanic did not have the part or a lift to do the work himself so he sent me here..... Meineke took my car inside the shop right away, analyzed what I needed and recommended exactly what my personal mechanic said had to be done. They could have embellished a bit to raise the price, but gave me honest, great, quick and reasonable service. Owner even lowered his original estimate when he said they could re-use the old bolts. This Meineke seems like a throwback to an old-time shop. Small and dirty with no fancy showroom or customer waiting area. But, I will trade that for trustworthy service any-day. I recommend giving them a shot at your next service.

I brought my car in and within fifteen minutes, I had a diagnosis and a repair plan with a promise to be finished the next day when I needed it. The people were all great - explained the problem, my options, costs and timeline. I will be sure to bring my car here the next time I need servicing. Thank you!

Ive passed this place for years on Rt. 46. I had to have exhaust work done so I cruised in. They took me in minutes and fixed everything in less than an hour. I was charged the most reasonable price I was quoted, even when buying parts myself. While I was there, 3 other customers were in various states of repair and they all said they had been coming here for many years and are always pleased.Include me from here on out.

I have been here 3 times for oil changes and tire rotation, they did not honor Meineke coupon number one for the tire rotation. Number two, the third time I went to get my oil change they seemed annoyed I was back again and I feel like my car performs poorer after they did my oil change. Mind you I brought my own oil and filter but now car engine is jerking more than before??? Also caught the dude using a wrench on the top of the engine bay, why are you using a wrench when all I asked for was a oil change? What did they do? You hand open the oil cap and pour oil, thats it!!! Oh I forgot, they dont test drive your car, smh.

Had a great experience with Meineke in Lodi. Had to have all my brakes done on my car, was given an extremely good price to get them all done (pads rotors etc) and they had the whole job done within a day. Would highly recommend going to Meineke in Lodi.

Made an appt. For 330 pm on saturday. Showed up at 3 to the mechanics running out saying they were closed already. Their website says open till 4, i booked an open appt online for 330. I wont return.

They had the car on the lift to do the muffler, so I brought the car In because I was smelling exhaust, they said It was the manifold gasket, WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME WHEN THE CAR WAS ON THE LIFT . They should be In investigated, they are shady . A coustermer.

These are good people working at this Meineke. The manager(I forget his name - Indian guy) cares about his customers. I received a p0402 check engine light on my car last week. I needed a new EGR valve/solenoid. They successfully diagnosed the problem but the part took longer then expected. They dropped me home and offered to pick me up Monday morning. These are good people working here. They might not have the technology to diagnose all problems but these are good people and will diagnose and fix most issues from emission to check engine at a fraction of what youll pay at a dealer. Just make sure you tell them you want the dealer part. No after-market parts or youll pay in the long run!

I brought my Mustang here to get what I wanted fixed at Midis & all Midis did was make matters worst. Finally someone who will listen to what I wanted done to the exhaust! They did a beautiful job & for a reasonable price. Now why couldnt Midis do this I have no idea Thanks GUYS!!!! You have me for a customer for life!!!!!!

Made an appointment online for 7:30am. And website said they would be open. Nobody showed. I waited for half an hour. The place looked sketchy with trash and junk everywhere. I decided to go to Mavis across the street. Maybe dont have computers confirm appointments if youre not going to follow through.Also you may want to clean your facility. First impressions are everyrhing.

DONT GO here! Made an appointment online, came in at the scheduled time. They haven’t even looked at the online scheduled service and started asking what I want to do with the car all over again. I have clearly stated what oil I want for the oil change and asked 3 times if they have it. They told me - yes they do. I had to wait more than 2 hours for my car to be serviced even though I had the scheduled appointment. When they finally took the car they realized that they don’t have the oil I want indeed!!!! Tried selling me something else, because it will take more wait time if they order it now. So I had to decline the oil service altogether and take my car elsewhere. Worst car service experience ever!!!! Oh and for the brake pads change, they accidentally put a wrong milage with extra 000s into their system so now the wrong milage shows up on my Carfax report!!!

I believe that it is a bit too pricey for a privately owned garage . Friendly people but in todays world I would price around first.

Very satisfied with recent service. They accurately diagnosed and repaired a problem that the dealer missed on my 2009 Kia. Performed other maintenance that I needed and thoroughly explained all. Very reasonable cost for all.

On call was told 100$ for both front sturts replaced. Parts were my own. And was charged $200. Phillp said he said 100 for 1. Totally lying. Also on call i told him car is 6 clynder when he asked, and when i got to shop he start telling me i told him 4 cynder on call. Total scam here. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had several problems with my1997 Nissan in 2013 even now something else has come up. I wish I had known about this shop earlier on, the manager takes time to explain in terms that you can understand. Each time I take my car always for a different problem I never leave feeling taken advantage of. They always work so hard to find the issue and never make repairs that are not needed. I appreciate their efforts in maintaining the performance and safety of my vehicle. I was shocked by the poor reviews I read and Im glad I didnt read them till now. I would have written a review sooner but the link doesnt seem to work. Anyway the management and mechanics have been wonderful towards me and they always bring new life to my 1997 Nissan.

Awful! I made an appointment online for an alignment and when I showed up a man at the desk told me that I would have to leave my car and they would get to it whenever because they don’t have time, even though I made an appointment which he didn’t even bother to check for. I told him I may need an oil change too and he said well I only have synthetic it’s $40. I had a coupon and he said he wouldn’t take it and $40 is all he can do. Also this place does not look like the place that is advertised, it looks like a run down garage on the side of the highway, with an old meineke sign on it. I did not leave my car here and went over to the mavis across the street.

Stay away from this location. Very unprofessional and rude staff, they would raise their voice and argue with you. This is the place where customer is always wrong. They have no idea what theyre doing there. Dirtiest Meineke Ive seen. It took them 2 hours to do the oil change which Im not sure if they even did.

Took my car back at least 8 times over a span of four months due to brakes making noise. Finally took my car to a different Meineke to have the problem (needed new hubs) correctly diagnosed.

Customers beware! They charged me for services not performed!! I had to bring my car to another auto center a week later for the problem to be fixed. The second auto center brought it to my attention that the services that I paid Meineke to do werent performed and that was why my brakes were failing.When I called the Meineke to complain, they stubbornly admitted no fault and told me to bring my car in so they can fix it. But my car was in such bad shape that the second auto center wouldnt allow me to drive it away. I asked if Meineke could pay for the tow so they can do the work that I had originally paid for. But they didnt even acknowledge my request and kept insisting that I bring in the car with no actual suggestion on how.I shared my complaint with Meineke Corporate but they can only act as mediators between the store and the customer. They said that the shop owner makes the final decisions and that he would call me to resolve the matter. But he never did. And nothing was done about the $300 I paid Meineke for essentially baby sitting my car for 5 hours.If you choose to bring your car here for service be cautious since not even their corporate offices can enforce their warranties. Its a horrible system that offers no protection to the customer and you should know that before you entrust your car with this company.

These guys relate, remember and do excellent work. I mean they are surrounded by car dealerships so why wouldnt they.

Quick lube job. no good parking

I have 2003 VW Passat with an exhaust system problem. I went to the VW dealer gave me a quote for $1500 went to Midas they would fix it for $650. This shop fixed my car in 2 hours without any appointment for $447. As long as the job is done I am fine! If you want a coffee or donut there is a gasstation next to the repair shop.

Worst car service shop I brought my husbands car for brake job the following day car stalled on d highway got it towed there, they said alternator and it took 2 days to do it then the following day car is jerking while idling i paid 700 for alternator not including brake job 400 .Dont take your car here theyre scammer they know what to break in your car so u will keep coming 😩

Service is terrible I took my car there last week to fix both my back lights and plus my low tire pressure light was on which was a sensor that was bad was charged $150 and none of the problems was not fixed had to take it to another shop to be diagnose and fixed.These Indians dont know what the hell they doing go back to school.
