Target is like one stop shopping I can get most of what I need at Target. It saves me lots of time.

Went in yesterday ( in Lodi ) to buy a phone. A young lady by the name of Brenda went above and beyond to help me. Her whole team. Very courteous. Needless to say I will be returning to shop with her again. Thank you, Brenda. Also went to the snack bar after and the lady behind the counter extremely pleasant. My best experience at a target store. Pleasantly surprised. Good people.

Service is so helpful, saves time, and so easy to use...groceries, makeup.. everything. The employees are so friendly too!

Do not recommend order for pick up! Rude customer service...and it doesn’t take up to 2 hours to be ready as stated, it takes over 2 hours for one item. Never at 2 hours or under. Never again will I use this service. I will stick with Amazon one day delivery.

Oh Target drive up how I love you! Drive up is so convenient and helpful. During the pandemic it is nice not having to go inside, but also being an essential worker who has kids in distant learning I am so busy that it helps this Mama out. Staff is great, quick, and very much appreciated.

Generally a good shopping experience, I ordered for Pick up in car service. One item ordered as cancelled for lack of stock. After receiving my delivery to my car, I went inside and found several of the item on the shelf. Bought what I needed. The shelves may have been restocked after they put my order together but a second look by store staff would have saved me a trip into the store which defeats the whole concept of bringing the order to the car program.

NENNA THE CHECKER WAS AMAZING AND WENT BEYOND HER ROLE OF CLERK FOR ME.

The store has a large selection of items. The check out was quick. The customer service was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is very clean.

The target on Pacific ave is the dirtiest place Ive ever been in. The second picture is a black dried out banana peel that was on the floor. The whole store was dirty, clothes on the floor garbage all over on the floor. I will never go there again.

Target in Lodi is NOT requiring masks in violation of CA orders. Spoke with a manager who said they don’t require employees to tell customers to wear a mask or wear them correctly when they’re on wrong. Also there were so many customers inside when I went it is impossible to safely social distance. Embarrassing and a danger to the community considering Lodi Memorial Hospital currently is full.

Nothing unpleasant occurred & the employees were not unpleasant or ushering us out. That’s rare on Christmas Eve during the final hours for people to shop.

A lot more sanitized than Walmart and has cvs inside store

The order process was convenient. Unfortunately, Target.com will automatically add the cost of TEN bags (.10 cents each = $1.00 extra fee charged) to each on-line order. When you bring your own bag to pick up - or dont need any bags upon pick up - you then have to watch the total payment charged to your account to ensure that your account is credited back for those unnecessary bags accordingly. That fraudulent automatic charging practice is one of the main reasons I usually shop at other on-line retailers before Target.com.

Target is a very well rounded store and carries good products. I would love to see more in the hardware and auto. The employees are accommodating and patient no matter how they are treated by other customers. I used to work in Minneapolis at Daytons dept store, the developer of Target and have always liked the store. I live in California now and still like Target Stores.I like the pick up at Cust service an all the new things Target has added, like Grocery. They have always been great in their Customer Service Dept

Very helpful cashier ! I asked her to scan certain items first because I only had this amount I don’t wanna pass the Amount I have and she was very helpful with that ! Plus she was with a smile 😃

Very inappropriate hiring process. First, you have a 10 minute phone interview. Second, you meet an employee that feeds you phrases to say to the interviewers. If that person doesn’t like your answers to their interview questions, they feed you phrases unrelated to your life to say. Third, you have a final interview with 1 or 2 managers - I had two. One female, one male. They will ask you questions that have nothing to do with the coached questions/answers which will confuse you. Again, if they don’t like your answers, they will tell you what they want to hear and wait for you to correct yourself. The female asked me if I had a fast-paced job before. I said yes, and elaborated that I worked at a very popular sports bar and also worked at another retail store. I expressed my opinion that working at a restaurant, having to run and fetch people’s drinks and food, help waiters with customers, help bus boys bus tables, help the kitchen find clean silverware, cutting off drunk people, dealing with BLM protesters, etc was more hard work than retail and the female manager’s head snapped. She was so uncool about my opinion she had the audacity to tell me I was wrong, and that working at Target would be the hardest job ever. I reassured her it would not be because I have experience in both fields. She scoffed at me, gave me a glare, and that’s when I knew the very unprofessional interview was over. I have never seen an interviewer get so mad after asking about someone’s own personal experiences. After I left the interview, I got a phone call back saying I would not get the job, but that I would have gotten it if I had name-dropped my cousin’s (a manager at Target) name, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Glad to know you guys have an extremely fair hiring process.

I had a very bad experience a cashier was very rude to me. Even though I love shopping at Target this horrible experience left a bad scar. I cried at the store and left the store crying. It was embarrassing having to explain to others why a 30 year old women was crying over someone being so rude to her. This should not be tolerated, if the women does not like her job she should just quit. I am not sure I will be able to shop there again.

I LOVE TARGET, but....this one can use a little sprucing up, especially since theres a brand new, ginormous Wal-Mart across the street. I actually prefer the Stockton Target to this store, but you can never really go wrong at Target!

I love the products you sell, the cleanliness of the store and the saving I get using the cartwheel app with my red card.

Store help in Electronics, ie Cell phone tech, was very knowledgeable, and courteous. But there was only ONE employee and he was it. He did state someone else was coming on shortly. Store was Clean, lots of clerks asking if I needed help finding an item.

Target is welcoming, clean, has a great inventory, and the staff is always friendly.
