The customer service was great but I wish they where stocked with other items and not tried to sell you the larger amounts. I also didn’t like how they had little knowledge on the hair color instead i buy an Arctic Fox dye that washed all the way threw when I washed my hair.. 16$ to get a faded blue color plus a 25$ bleach..

It is Saturday. It says they close at 8 PM, it is 6:30 PM and the door is locked. There is no sign indicating that they are closed. Google says they are open...so why is the door locked? I also see no workers in the store and no one answered the phone, but the lights are on...?
