10/23/2021I waited a couple of weeks before posting this review to check out the mattress. The customer service is excellent. The sales person asked about our sleeping habits and preferences. The mattress he recommended is excellent. The adjustable frame really makes a difference. The store is very clean.

Shopping for a mattress can be totally overwhelming and having two kids in tow could have totally been a nightmare, but the entire thing went pretty smooth thanks to Stephanie and Sharon being so kind and sweet to our kids while Christopher helped us find a great mattress for our needs. We love that we never feel pressured toward any certain mattress and truly feel like they are listening to what we want from a mattress. This is the third purchase weve made from Mattress Firm in Lodi over the last 8 years and we keep coming back. Thank you Chris, Stephanie and Sharon for making a big purchase like this much less painful! AND entertaining our kids- they had a great time too mattress shopping :-)!

My wife and I bought our mattress here several years ago and had great service and decided to stop in to get some new sheets and pillows for our bed. Sharron did a great job of helping my wife and I find a set of sheets a new mattress pad and some new pillows. She showed us a few different options and allowed us to try them all out to help us decide on what we wanted. We will definitely return for our sleeping needs.

Great Customer Service!!!!!Stephanie, went above and beyond.Had the pillow I ordered, brought to her home by an associate from another store. She made this arrangement, on her own. She surprised me. Christopher at the Lodi store could not have been more helpful. He had a customer he was working with but was able to multitask and help me as well without either is feeling like we weren’t getting 100% of his attention and service. He took extra steps to find me a better mattress that I could afford based on the needs I told him that I had. I am so grateful. It was such an easy experience. I was there yesterday and my mattress gets delivered tomorrow (no fee for delivery) and I can’t wait to finally get a good nights sleep!!

We had never gone into a mattress store before, having used hand-me-down or cheap mattresses for the past 20 years. The staff at Mattress Firm was so kind and made the process very educational and simple. We tried every type of bed and pillow and were able to have our delivery scheduled 2 days later!

I worked with Alexandria and she was excellent! Super helpful and felt no pressure to be upsold after telling her I had a tight budget. I wasn’t sure this store would be able to help me because of a tricky moving situation where I needed my mattress across the country at a specific date—and soon. It was totally doable and we were still in and out in of there in under 30 minutes!

Stephanie greeted us as soon as we stepped in. Were younger so sometimes people dont take us serious when we shop, but Stephanie asked the right questions and got right into showing us the various options available. We decided it was time to look for a new bed. Our last mattress was a bed in a box deal from Amazon. It had served us just okay and we knew this time around we wanted quality and comfort over just price point. Sleep is too important to gamble on Amazon reviews. We had bought beds in the past from Sleep Train before it changed to Mattress Firm and had always been pleased. We were greeted by Stephanie who explained the process and was so patient and knowledgeable. After trying out 2/3 of the beds, we found the perfect one. If you have not priced mattresses lately, you may have sticker shock at some of the numbers you see. Dont let that deter you, they have a mattress for every price point! Highly recommend!

Despite the research I had done on my own, they had everything down to a science to help me choose the right bed, with the least amount of hassle. The people who work here were friendly, but Im super disappointed with the product I received. A box mattress from Walmart would have been a much better investment, at 1/4 the cost of the mattress I got here. I didnt end up returning it because of the $80 fee it would cost to send this mattress back and try a better one. (bought a new bed after a move and didnt have time or money to do this) I wouldnt have been upset if I had known in advance how much it would cost to swap mattresses in that 90 day window.I asked the salesperson to recommend a mattress that wont sink in the middle, to which she replied you just have to rotate it which, I do. The mattress isnt sagging underneath me or my partner, it sags in the middle. We weigh a combined 250, so this seems like a structural flaw.The financing was also frustrating, I was told that my autopay would get charged to the card I paid with. Instead after 2 months I got slapped with a missing payment on my credit report, and had to hunt down the creditor, and sit on hold for hours to rectify that and then make an account to pay this mattress loan with.I only tried shopping at a brick and mortar mattress store to enjoy some of the benefits you miss online but now I know Ill just buy online from now on.

Yesterday, I was tasked with finding a bed for my uncle. I had no idea where to start and luckily happened upon a mattress firm store across from where I had been shopping all morning. I decided to stop in just to ask some questions about the free adjustable base promotion I’d seen online. Eric introduced himself after my sister and I entered the store. Although he was the only one working, and had another group to work with, he did a great job balancing and assisting us all. I let him know what we were looking for and the budget for my uncle’s bed. He asked the right questions and we were able to narrow things down to two choices. My uncle has a hard time with mobility and Eric was able to encourage him over the phone to come try the beds out so that we could make the best decision for his purchase. Eric’s calm and respectful demeanor made this possible. As it turns out, my uncle loved one of the top choices we’d made with Eric’s help. Eric was upfront about prices, respectful of the budget, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He knew things about bedding and sleep positions that I’d never know. The entire process was very positive, much more so than other experiences I’ve had in other furniture stores. I never felt pressured and I felt as though Eric truly had my uncles best interest in mind. Aside from all of this, Eric had supreme customer service skills. I teach customer service classes at work and review survey scores so customer service is of the utmost importance to me when making purchases. Eric covered it all. He was empathetic, understanding, a clear communicator, and set all expectations clearly. My sister was so impressed that she now is considering a new bed. I recommend Mattress form to anyone looking for a new bed. It’s not an easy feat; however, Eric made it doable. Thanks Mattress firm !

Who knew there was so much to buying a mattress. I learned a lot, its kinda over whelming. But Shannon walked me through it all. She is very knowledgeable. Just realize that it will take time to find the right mattress that fits the way you sleep.

I had looked online prior to us coming in and since were getting a mattress for our RV we could go with a regular size full or a short queen. We were hoping we like the queen short since its all foam we were unsure it would pass the test but it did we got the 10 sleepy dozer. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and Stephanie made sure we tried several different styles to find what felt most comfortable to us.

I visited the local Lodi facility and Porter Reynolds is a young man with a great personality and very knowledgeable of the product and options that they offer. He was not quick to try to sell me something but make sure that my specific needs were accommodated and then showed me things within my price range. I really felt like he was trying to help rather than just make another sale. I appreciate somebody who is genuine and knowledgeable of their product.

We got there late but the guy was friendly and patient with us. Changed the mattress several times. Of course we bought one that was higher priced than we went in for but we are happy with the purchase and process. Free delivery. If he would’ve told us there was a fee to haul the old one away, I would’ve said no as we have a junk hauling business. But oh well live and learn.

Shannon is a great sales person? She gave us such a great deal on the mattress set that I couldn’t say no. I was in out out of there in less than a half hour! When we were originally shopping for a mattress we went Across the street to Sleep First... the salesmen were sitting in massage chairs watching tv on their phones.. they literally said go ahead and look around. Finally one got out of his chair, by then we were on our way out the door to Mattress Firm.

(She was awesome) then we were given over to Christopher, who helped us the rest of the time. He was amazing, so personable and this guy knows his mattresses!!!! He was so knowledgeable and explained every mattress and what was different about each one, then when we found the winner, he worked so hard on finding us the best deal! What a great experience I had today. Let me just start by saying that I never knew mattress shopping could be so stressful. I went to so many mattress stores. When I got to mattress firm, I was greeted at the door by a wonderful gentleman named Vince. He was so knowledgeable about what I needed. He took his time to explain the difference between all of the different models they carry and applied no pressure for us to buy or commit to anything. We ended up spending a lot more than we had planned but we still feel like we made the right decision after learning so much about the different beds.

We came in and looked around. There was only 1 sales rep, and people waiting, so we decided to leave.

Mattress Firm is such a blessing. I have been sleeping so horrible these last few weeks during this pandemic and my mattress has not been releasing any of the building stress. So I came into the store with an appointment and I was so lucky to have Chris to help me find the best deal and a mattress that I laid in for half a minute and a lot of my stress immediately faded away. I did some searching online and when I entered the store, the worker knew where the model was and i was set on it. Only for the store to be out since it is a great matress at a great deal. He did some searching and found the perfect place to have it deliver from the warehouse. George from the Lodi store is amazing at what he does, and made sure i was taken care of.

Today i recieved my matress and i like it thanks to eric V horn for his great help . But i am disappointed with the matress delivery guys they was in rush and he kicking my matress hard with his leg to pull it down of the truck and they broken the seal from the side and the back and they tape the side after they place it inside and drop stuffs from the adjuatable base they ruin my day .
