My company has sent our Ridgid camera inspection equipment to Dynamic twice now. We had excellent experiences both times, but the most recent of the two boasted some of the best customer service I’ve had with any business I’ve ever dealt with. Marc answered the phone as soon as I called. Gave me his cell number to send photos of the damage. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me an accurate price quote almost instantly. That would have been good enough for me, but Marc went above and beyond. He met one of my guys on a Saturday (they’re closed) so we could drop the camera off to him. Not expecting him to work on the camera until the following week, he called me to tell me it would be finished the same afternoon, and we could pick it up on Sunday AND he would meet us at basically any hour to do so. Drain inspections are a big part of our business and having a piece of equipment out of service is a big deal. The fact that Marc and Dynamic went to this extent to help us speaks volumes about how much they care about their business and their customers. If I could leave ten stars, I would. Thank you many times over. I will recommend you to everyone.

They take the time to check the equipment to see if theres any other underlying issues or issues you may have going forward and provide you with pricing before any work starts.
