Good sporting goods store. They have a little of everything you might need. I go here for kids baseball gear, basketball gear, shoes, disc golf stuff, a jock strap, ammo, and fishing gear.

We shop at big 5 a lot for my honeys work boots and fishing stuff

Ive been looking for a certain gun for a while now and Big 5 always shows them as in stock when Ive looked. But when I get to a store its never in stock. And I couldnt even buy it on special order to guarantee I got the next one that came in. Im glad I found the other sporting goods store to fill in what this company isnt doing. Keeping items in stock.

The inside had plenty of items but nothing of what I wanted all I wanted was a pair of size 12 rollerblades you had one pair for men’s in stock, but they were so far up the wall there’s no way I could’ve reached them and I didn’t want a blue pair I wanted a red pair... I think the worst part was though I was looking for over seven or eight minutes and nobody came and asked me for help. That is the most important thing for me to go into a store is that I really really expect and need the help so when I don’t get it I don’t make a purchase but I also couldn’t find what I needed and it might’ve been there but I don’t know because I didn’t get any help so it is what it is

Greeted when entered. Took maybe 5 minutes to get helped at the hunting counter but was able to look at everything until then. Promptly helped in the shoe department and looked for what I had asked about. Check out was smooth and friendly.

Just not what I would consider a large selection of certain sporting goods. On certain items, they have a wide selection, on others not so much. So, it depends what youre looking for.

I went yesterday to buy boots and the young man helped me because Im disabled. He even tied my shoes for me. They didnt have boots in my size but thats ok because my daughter bought me a pair from your store for Christmas. The young man found slippers for me that fit. He went out of his way to help me. Great customer service!

Great deal on shoes...if your a HVAC contractor, plumbing or electrical contractor, great boots and socks for work.Wal-mart has a majority of steel toe boots that tear up your feet after a 12 hour day, big 5 has a good supply of comfort fitting boots and shoes at a fair priceThe staff are very helpful, but I would stay away from the cheapest boots, there is a reason why they are so cheap !

The help was fine but ! I bought five bats, the cost was 300.00 dollars the manager said he would try to do something . He did still charged me full price an even charged me for the balls . Merry Christmas?
