Cheap equipment, bunch of con artists that just seem nice, arent giving you any real deals. Stick to brands you know dont buy their cheap flea market jc power sub they had to replace mine 2 weeks later, but still charged an extra 100 for an upgrade that also broke 5 months later. Go to a different place

Bought my new kicker 15 in. Speaker and 4,000 wt. Amp and had them installed. Im going to go back for my mids and highs soon. Thank you for a job well done!

I personally would not recommend this place. They have done work upon 2 of my cars and did damage to both. I had them install speakers, amp, and a whole stereo system in one car which the wiring was done very poorly and shorted out. That was years ago. I knew someone who started working there and claimed that the service had gotten better so suggested that I give them another try. I had them in stall automatic locks, stereo system, and car alarm. The locks have stopped working several times, the doors would not unlock when I pressed the unlock button. I went back 2x for them to fix them and every time they broke something else. It got so bad to the point where I actually got the doors fixed at a collision repair shop that stopped that the Sound Quest overcharge me for very cheap parts that were not installed properly. The alarm system was installed incorrectly & made my car lock me out completely. When they came to my house to fix it (after me threatening to contact a lawyer) they were able to get the car open & unlock but died my battery out. When they installed the stereo system they broke the area around it & didnt even attempt to fix it. It was cracked & looked like it was forced in. I had to go back several times for issues it got to the point where I got tired of going back & forth & went to another place to redo everything. They are nice to you but based off what I was told by a friend who no longer works there they hire alot of people off the street that can do work cheaply.

This was horrible very the guy at the counter was nice bit very bad business I took my 2020 Ford F150 to get an amp kit and install my digital pioneer radio I was there 3 1/2 hours and they couldnt do it the installer didnt know what they were doing the truck is the same exact as a 2018 or 2019 when it comes to install they couldnt put my stereo face kit I said its all over youtube how to do this. Wow never again I got refunded. Be careful if you go here.

I agreed to a quote to buy a full system for my boat. I showed up mid installation to find out they were installing lower cost equipment. Not what I was told I was buying. I am very disappointed in their business practices and will not return.

I want to say how appreciative I am of the help and quick service I received last week. I called to get pricing and they told me that I could just stop by and they would give me a quote for my husband’s truck (I was surprising him ). My husband had purchased a stereo and rear camera system a few years ago and just never got around to installing. Had a whole system installed, sub, touch screen radio, amp and they messed up the first time by not having the radio I purchased, and there was a big dent in my brand new subwoofer from them, and my car wouldnt start every now and then due to whatever they did, I took it back they replaced the sub and got me the right touch screen radio, told me the starting issue was a loose wire.... still having that problem to this day.... also just noticed my dash is cracked in a few places from them removing it. For 1000 bucks I would go somewhere else.

I FOUND A PAPER FROM 2013 N SO I CALLED THE NUMBER TO SEE IF THEY WERE STILL N BUSINESS ! GUESS WHAT ?, THEY ARE ! SO MY BROTHER N ME WENT TO LODI . WE FOUND SOUND QUEST AUDIO ON CHEROKEE LANE . WE HAD THEM INSTALL A VIPER ALARM SYSTEM COST $145.00 TOOK 2HOURS. BUT WORTH IT !!, I AM NOW SATISFIED . THE CAR IS NOW ALARMED . I DONT HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE N FIND A DOOR OPEN. THANK YOU SOUND QUEST . I WILL BE BACK .

As soon as I stepped in the door the guy tried to sell me a system, he didn’t care what kind of setup I had already bought, all I wanted was an install on my subwoofers and amp, that’s it, he just tried to con me out of my money. Never stepping foot in this place again.
