Large and clean enough. Certainly the supercenters are superior to Target and has enough to get all the staples in one trip. 4 stars as far as Walmart goes.

While this Walmart is generally well stocked and nicer then Stockton. Always double check pickup grocery orders because if they forget items like they did on my last order, Nobody will answer any of the phones on any extension if you call back. The next day I Finally got a hold of someone “Ruthanne” and she put me on hold 3 times asking me what do I want HER to do about it it’s not her department and if nobody is answering in pick up department just call back later.

I just wanted to make an auto appointment to have tires I ordered installed.Called the store, to all departments over 45 times in a few days.Finally called the 1800 number, the manager returned my call. He was very nice.While here to get the tires installed I decided to call and see if the phone even rings on their end. It surely does, they just ignore it.( I have a video )I understand that they want you to come in but I live pretty far and needed the appointment just to know when I should bring my car.At the end of it I arrived at 545 for my 6pm appointment and am still here at 745, for two tires.Definitely do not recommend this location for automotive services.They also mischarged me while here for things but Im too exhausted to fight it. Im happy just to have the tires I paid for three weeks ago that couldnt get scheduled.Disappointed and discouraged.

I was here earlier today. My plan was to pay some bills. Run in and Run out. You can pay all sorts of bills at the Money Center located inside Walmart. There was one associate working and she was taking care of business. The wait time wasnt long and my bills got paid.While I was there, I told myself. We need some supplies. Mainly trash bags, I was totally out. Ive been to this Walmart only once before and that was a year ago.That visit I needed a car charger and some car supplies. I checked out the Auto center as well. I was checking out their prices for an oil change. My Civic uses O-20 synthetic oil. Everywhere else was $60-70 bucks. I ended up paying $39 down the road. At the Stockton Walmart on Hammer Ln with their Rollback sale.With everything going on, I was happy to see so much food everywhere. So we just decided to stock up and gets things that are needed.Its really big inside and lots space too move freely without bumping into people. Thats a good thing.Well peace out.

No shopping bag, carts and cant pay with cash long line. So we had to go to Smart & Final to do my food shopping where they had bags and cart. So if u want good service avoid walmart

Lines are slow. Everything is locked up and its hard to get anyone to open the cases. Plus the self checkout only takes cards. All and all the store is OK. Prices are similar to other big box stores so doesnt really intrigue a bargain shopper

I’ve been calling Walmart for 15minutes now and no department has answered the phone. Not even the customer service. Every time when I go to this Walmart, the employees are always rude.

Alot of the staff isnt helpful. You have to wait for a very long time to get anything that is locked behind a glass. The store is usually clean but they run out of bags alot and the return line takes a long time. They usually only have 3-5 people working at the registers..

This was my first time going to this particular Walmart. The store is CLEAN...the staff is hospitable...and the crowd was surprisingly minimal for the afternoon. Although its about a 20 minute drive from me, I think Ive found my new Walmart store!

Had to wait for a cart a few minutes but i didnt mind....i took my vehicle to get an oil change at the auto center....which was 40% cheaper than any other oil change spot....if you need an air filter they only charge you the cost of the filter...plus by the time i was done shopping my vehicle was ready to go.

I love to low prices and the variety of stuff. But when you get to the checkout stand you just want to leave. Have left with my basket full because it was just too long to check out

Shoutout to my man Alex the yellow vest. We waited 30+ minutes trying to get someone to cut fabric. Couldn’t wait any longer so decided to ask Alex at the checkout if he could help. Asked us if we could wait 10 more minutes until he was relieved from his shift. So Alex helped us even when he didn’t have to and could’ve just clocked out and went home right-away, give this man a pay raise.

Was pretty disappointed when I did a online order and they never contacted me about alternative items and when I got the pick up they said the items werent in stock so I went inside and found both items with 5minutes

This was THE ONLY Walmart that actually had the item I needed available in the store. I checked on-line and went to every Walmart in Stockton and the item wasnt available or the employee had no idea what I was talking about. (After showing them the item on my phone while using the Walmart app)*The CSR who was restocking the shelves in the soup isle was the absolute Best! She had wonderful customer service and was very helpful and was able to direct me to which area I needed to go to. It is people like her who offer their best customer service and are willing to help, makes customers want to keep coming back*

I live in Stockton going and i take a drive to Lodi because the people that work there are much more friendlier than both Walmarts in Stockton its cleaner and theyre constantly stocking up on their merchandise so I dont mind the small commute.

Today was a good day at Wal-Mart. There were plenty of carts which was awesome! Cashier was friendly and it wasnt crowded!!

Arrived at 6:10 p.m. my objective was to get an Oil and Lube Change on my vehicle. However the service clerks informed me that it was too late for me to receive an oil change. My question to the supervisor of Walmart is why are we saying on the auto center that we are open till 7 p.m. if they cannot facilitate Im getting cars in appropriately for an oil change. Im very disappointed I would like answers on your policy and procedures.

Its Walmart, sometimes its clean and stocked, sometimes it isnt. Not really a lot to say, honestly. If you havent been to a Walmart, or several, then nothing will quite prepare you.

They kicked me out with my handicapped wife. All I wanted was a shopping cart. Dave their health Coordinator threatened a customer and got security due to their lack of carts. Their store manager needs to learn customer service and teach it to their employees.Update: heard back from corporate with they forward this to store. Maybe the store manager will act on the comments. 4/5/214/13/21 no word from the store manager. Not surprised by their lack of caring for the handicap with the way they treat people.

Wal Mart was great. They do need someone to water their plants. They were really dry. Could use more cashiers so you dont have to wait in line so long. The employees are really nice

Used to really love this Walmart but last few times they ran out of bags and im left standing at the checkout with a full cart to decide to say f this and leave or obviously have to take everything one by one smh.... so no signs posted no greeters at the door its just nada letting people know so we can choose to stay and get whats on our lists or choose another place with bags.

Even nicer than the trinity parkway location! I lived a mile away from hammer and i used to go all the way to trinity store. It might be worth it to even go to lodi everytime. The floor is clean enough to eat off of. Not crowded. They actually have things i need in stock. Great store?

I enjoyed myself at Walmart. Well I got my groceries my paper goods cleaning stuff. I went in at 9:30 a.m. and I came out at 11 a.m. . I was looking at everything seeing what I wanted Im glad they had the carts. That store was gigantic to me and it had everything else I would have never made it. It wasnt even crowded I was surprised. Its best to do your shopping in the morning. The checkout stands were secure with the plastic Shields. That wont be my last trip there. The employees on the floor they were very helpful and nice. I like the way they will show you exactly where your item is that you asked about I like that! I always love to go to Wally World (Walmart)🤩

I think I could live in this place. Huge, only problem when when need help from the staff they would rather finish there personal conversations instead of helping you. I guess that paycheck doesnt mean you have work just means you have to be present at this place. Amazing store though

This is a pretty decent Walmart, but it’s really annoying that Walmart doesnt staff cashiers anymore. Took me 30 minutes to check out! I hate using self check out when I have a lot of groceries.

Today was a good shopping day. I went in person which I rarely do.I was placing an online order when I needed groceries but recently they were not doing a very good job. When I picked up My last online order over half of my order wasnt filled. Hopefully they are working to make it better.

Wal mart does what it takes thats for sure. They get you the things you need at prices better then the competition guaranteed. Wish they were still open 24/7

This Lodi location is my favorite store. I live in Stockton and I dont like the 8 Mile Road store and forget about that Hammer Lane dump! Lodi is clean and usually not very packed. Plenty of checkers to match the flow of customers when it is busy, AND they have a large self-checkout station.

Well, again, I am done with Walmart.For me, any savings realized, are far out weighed by the extra long lines and out of stock items. No urgency to open more registers . I will be shopping local chain stores from now on...

First time in this monster. Wow. Last time I was in wal mart it was on the other side of the road. What a difference. The parking and single entrance seems like I must be missing something. On a square that big, 1 way in is really hard to see the reason why 1 door sounded like enough.... Other than having no idea where anything was, it was as nice as you expect a wal mart to be, people who I asked which direction all spoke English and point towards the section I asked for. Other than giving customers an electric car cart, I have no suggestions.

To long of a wait, 35 minutes to check out. Only 4 cash regesters open. People backed up into the clothing department. Im finding a different shopping center.GOOD BY WAL MART.

The low score is for the bathrooms. My son said the Restrooms are always dirty.The lines are outrageous at times and not enough employees at the checkout.Maybe its all the online orders.This store is way better than the Stockton store, but not better than the Galt Superwalmart offTwin Cities Rd.

Its Walmart. I have had a bad experience here with an (assumingly disgruntled) employee at the door while checking my receipt. She gave me an attitude for using my newly-purchased laundry basket to carry my other newly-purchased items to my car. Aforementioned employee dug through it aggressively; effectively ruining all organization I had established during checkout. Then dropped, with no regard, a 64oz bottle of laundry detergent into my basket; crushing some chips I had bought.It is not the cleanest or most well organized Walmart but as previously mentioned, it is Walmart and they have all the amenities and products you would expect from any Walmart Supercenter.

Only the staff at the money counter and the pickup people are great. The cashiers make me never want to come back.

All I have to say is that if you are going to start locking up every single item on every aisle than you might consider hiring more employees and have at least one employee with a key in each aisle. I had to wait 30 minutes till someone showed up to open the dam door just to get a freaking body wash! Are you serious! Cause they only have 1 person in The Whole dam store with the keys! It’s ridiculous!

This place is the nicest Walmart in the surrounding area. Its not a 24 hour Walmart, which probably plays a large role in that. Perhaps it is due to the pandemic, but some items are out of stock at times.

This previously was a 24° store before Covid-19 began. It would be nice to return to those hours again. The store is clean and well lit. Store employees were certious and helpful. Good selection of products as well as pricing seems to be the same or similar to before the pandemic, as where many other store are taking advantage of the situation by drastically raising prices. Loyalty from this shopper will be with the retailers who dont gouge the consumer who themselves are hurting by these hard times were all facing today and for a long time to. come
