One of the friendliest customer service experiences I have ever had. Regardless of who picks up the phone they are always kind and patient. I had the pleasure of talking to Kevin and Val who both were excellent in understanding what I needed and helping me consistently throughout the week to get our shirts perfect. Havent received the shirts yet (which im sure will be fantastic) but wanted to write this before I forgot. I literally have never written a google review before but custom shirts really blew me out of the water.

I had the pleasure of working with Val who came up with some fantastic designs regarding a project I had. He was so diligent, understanding, and truly brought my idea to life. He turned around this project in such a short time...exceeding my expectations. Im very pleased with the finished products. Kevin was extremely helpful from the beginning. We brought in our shirts on Tuesday and they were done by Friday. We needed them done for Saturday. From the beginning he said our design might not be the same we showed him because the image wasn’t in the format that he could use but did let us know that they would look similar to that design. Great customer service! They were able to get my order done in time and were always consistent to give me prices and what my options were. I ordered around 30 shirts with puff ink and screen printing and the shirts came out great. I looked into other services around Brooklyn but My Custom Shirts was the best customer service. Order was not completed by deadline. After contacting them order was sent 2 days later. Then after order arrived was not the same as the draft & letttering was wrong. No refunded offered or even coupons. Bad service!!!!

I called early in the morning to ask if they were able to print a single word on a shirt for me, the guy on the phone said yes. That the guy who does so would be in within 20 minutes. I go an hour later and he was not there, he was just “stopping in” so they try to have someone else help me. I proceed to tell him what I need done and they cut me off tell me that they can’t help me that I need to order it ahead of time. That would have been good to tell me over the phone. Such a wasted trip

Challenge: To capture a birthday celebration in Plastisol CMYK, inspired by our daughters painting of a January sunset. The sunset was rendered in a compex array of color in plastic ink on a black t-shirt and looked exactly like the painting. Kevin replicated that sunset 16 times in a range of sizes and shirt styles, from my grandsons medium youth tee, to my nieces womans X small, and my husbands X large mens Tshirt. Kevin was with us every step of the way, from the initial example, to the mock up, through a few size changes, to the receipt of the final 16 shirts.  Amazing experience from start to finish.
