I used Chuck Skinner to help with some of my early shipments and it has been a nightmare. Go use Flexport, do not allow this guy to give you quotes that he will not honor and a list of fees that will multiply every step. On my last transaction I fought his pricing scheme and he then moved my shipment to his warehouse and threatened me with storage fees and additional fines from the government. Call Flexport or demand your broker give you up front pricing that will be honored.

STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY! I called requiring a service, was transfer for what i believe is the owner Bill Skinner, this folk super rude, not professional, wouldnt let me talk. I sent him an e-mail he replied without even answer what I asked. Hang up the phone on me. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO!!!! Terrible company.
