Excellent customer service.

Great Experience for a first timer !!!. Rolled the dice and dealt with the guys for the first time in the parts with a $7500.00 order THEY came through BIG TIME !!! Everything was ordered correctly and quickly even had the Service Foreman come over and give me some pointers on the rebuild. SECOND time around was on the service side, they took the truck in and ran the overhead made all the necessary adjustments and replaced the exhaust gasket. They were in contact with me every step of the way even on the test drive. This location is 45 min away from us but is definitely worth the trip.

Always friendly and quality work, the service dept got me up and running quickly. Our bus has had no problems since the repair. Thanks ADDA!

Was quoted over $5000.00 more than other shops in the area for the same job! I have done research and seems like many 5 star reviews are from employees that work there. I talked to unhappy customers who went there for only cam housing oil leaks and told they needed 6 new injectors....because the fuel system was not primed correctly and seized up all the injectors and the customer has to pay big $$$ to fix!!! This is just 1 of many horror stories about this place. Look at the other locations reviews and you will see the same thing. I highly do not recommend.

Waaaaay overpriced and dishonest! Quality is not there, horrible customer service. Much better and less expensive shops in the area like North Jersey truck. I would not recommend this place.

I had one of their drivers help me get in heavy NY traffic with a very heavy loaded down truck of flowers.. the fella stopped and waved me over. I was pinned on a service road trying to head to the George Wash bridge.. thanks for the help brother.
