Door plus has done an amazing job on 3 projects/doors I have ordered this past year. In summer 2020 I had a screen door installed then in October 2020 I had new doors put on my laundry room. Recently I had an Anderson slider installed. Greg did the install all 3 times and did excellent work, he was on time, professional and friendly. I will definitely be returning to Door Plus with my next project. I highly recommend them!!!

I was looking for a 10 track for a closet sliding doors all over the entire internet had no luck at all. I call them as I told them what I need and they said they would look into it and call me back with a response tomorrow. The next day I got a call back with a answer. They had it in stock, I was super happy with there service.

This company is very unprofessional will never use them again. They took months 3+ months for 3 doors then and when asked about it wanted to argue and lie about tryin to set something up with tenant and blamed other people when told we where going somewhere else. Take you’re money elsewhere

Purchased a single door from these guys. (Not a whole house job). During the staining/finishing process, a knot from the core timber wouldnt take the stain. Even though the defect was on the manufacturers end, Doors Plus replaced the door at no charge. Noah V. was great to work with!

We had such a great experience at Doors Plus! I knew I wanted a beautiful front door but I was worried about finding a door that was both great quality and a great price. First we looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot and at first they seemed less expensive but the quality of the doors was dissapointing and there were so many “added fees.” I wish I had gone straight to Doors Plus and saved myself the headache! Right away it was a different experience, the costumer service was friendly and knowledgeable and they helped us pick my dream door and hardware. This company has quality doors but they lack basic customer service skills. My husband went into the store and had a very Luke warm experience. I had the same experience on the phone a couple months later. Felt as though they just didn’t need our business. We were looking for a front door and barn doors.

These guys are very unprofessional and rude. The first person we dealt with (early-mid 40s, glasses) seemed to clearly be on coke (sniffing a lot, talking fast, cutting us off, generally rude), but since we needed some custom windows, we didnt really have a choice. After already paying for the windows, we went back to hopefully order a door. The person behind the counter was so rude and snarky that we walked out. We used them about 5 or 6 years ago and they lost all our paperwork. They also lost the window quote, a quote they wrote about a week before going back to order them. Give Lowes or Home Depot your business, theyll treat you a world better
