We were having issues with our loading dock scissor lift, it was leaking hydraulic fluid. Loading Dock, Inc. sent one of their technicians the day after the call, and he was able to fix it 100%. Thank you again!

They really deserve ZERO stars. The management is a joke and the office staff has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Everyone has an attitude like they are better than the customer. Cursing and hanging up on them. How they are still in business is amazing. No communication. And a total rip off when it comes to billing.
