Being new to the area I took in three scrub tops to have my name and title embroidered. A typical job, I have had done many times at other places over the years without difficulty. They told me three weeks so I was really surprised they when I received a text in two weeks time from them saying that they were completing them. However, when I picked up the scrubs, the embroidered text was so small, that no one will ever be able to read my name, especially patients with poor eyesight. Its less than 1/2 inch tall!! The woman at the counter tells me this is their standard text. Sorry, but NO. There is standard height of text on hospital scrubs and medical uniforms, this is NOT it. When I asked her to correct the job and offered to pay for the correction, she said that they cannot remove the embroidery. Looking online, this really doesnt seem to be true. So they have ruined $150 worth of scrub tops because they didnt know what they are doing. I suggest staying clear of this place. They dont seem very competent or customer service oriented.

They are always consistent with high quality and flawless embroidery. I must have sent them over 100 shirts to embroider and each one was made perfectly. Staff are super nice and always helpful!
