Love local stores like this!!! Called for a Kirby replacement cord and they had it in stock. Being able to drive over and pick it up is so much better than going online and waiting 1-2 days to finish your repair. Keep it local!!!

I took my Dyson vacuum in for repair. 2 1/2 weeks I called and was told it might need a new motor and if so I should throw it away. I asked about warranty information and asked some questions that he could not or did not want to answer. Was told all I wanted to do was argue and to pick up the machine.

Took my Dyson for repair, told it would take 2 weeks if they had to order parts. 2 weeks later, they called and said they had to order parts and it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks and 2 days later I called to see if it was repaired as they have had it over a month. They had not even ordered the parts! I picked up my vacuum and said I would take it to Sacramento. He informed me that they owned stores in Stockton and Sacramento. They are the only ones who repair Dyson vacuums. When I found that out, I went to another store and bought a new vacuum!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Carried supplies for my Kirby Sentria Vac I bought years ago. Also made great suggestions on how to cut down on allergens in my home. Highly recommend them. If they dont have it in stock, chances are they can order it for you.
