They were very helpful with fitting boots. The sales girl was great in that she said I dont know and went and got the answer instead of blowing me off. Their prices are very fair. Ill definitely go back.

USED to go there. For about 30 some years. We spend probably $9,000. a year there, most likely MORE. Bought chicken feed, clothing, boots, jewelry and whatever else we needed. Husband went in A couple of weeks ago to get our feed as usual. We had been given a discount and when my husband asked for the discount, he was treated VERY RUDELY by Garrett. Garrett stated they have a slim profit line and was not able to give it to him. Husband asked why he was able to receive it previously and not now. Garrett said he can no longer give him the discount. My husband said I guess you don’t want my business. Garrett stated no sir, and as my husband walked out the door Garrett said sarcastically, “have a nice day SIR”. Then smirked. Needless to say that did not bode well with my husband. We have over 200 chickens we feed and we will be bringing our business elsewhere.

Theres an excellent selection of items, feed, supplies, and more for animals (plus people) here. In search of some specific livestock items, I had been to two other farm & feed stores, plus searched online, and had no luck. I came to Robinsons in hopes of finally finding them, and I did! I could have easily spent a half hour or more browsing around, but managed to restrain myself this particular visit. The customer service here is also good and this has been the same experience every time.

MY PARENTS AND I HAVE DONE QUITE A BIT OF BUSINESS WITH ROBINSONS FEED STORE IN LOCKFORD, GALT, LODI AND WE ALSO GOT FEED FROM THEIR FEED MILL WHEN THEY HAD IT OPERATING. I USED TO BUY BOOTS, PANTS AND SHIRTS FROM PAT WHEN SHE GOT AROUND GOOD! BLESS HER HEART. PAT WAS THE PERSON WHO YOU WANTED TO TALK TO WHEN YOU WENT INTO ROBINSONS FEED BECAUSE SHE KNEW WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR PRETTY MUCH. AND ROBINSONS FEED IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! AND THOSE ARE THE BUSINESSES THAT ARE THE PLACES TO SUPPORT! NOT THESE PLACES THAT PEOPLE BUY FROM ON THEIR COMPUTERS LIKE AMAZON THAT I WOULDNT GIVE THEM A PENNY OF MY MONEY! TAKE CARE OF THE LOCAL STORES AND FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES!

I bought a bottle of pesticide. Very high price. Took it to the truck my handicapped employer was sitting in. He was in full view of the cashier. Discovered that it was the wrong product. Brought it in to exchange it for the correct product. Asked if I could show it to my companion to ensure that it was the bug spray he wanted. Now dont forget he was parked RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SHOWROOM WINDOW IN A HANDICAP PARKING SPOT. After clicking her tongue in an annoyed way, she refused to let me confer with the actual final consumer. Regardless of the fact she had his credit card. THEN to add salt in this ingury, she then took the one already purchased and then ignored me for @ 15 minutes while she searched for a pair of work boots for a guy that came in quite a bit later. Felt like i was a big inconvenience to her. I will no longer shop for ANYTHING there and urge all readers of this review to follow suit!

Great selection of feed and clothing, fabulous boots, great customer service. I bought a pair of boots that didnt fit me when I got them home, and it took me *forever* to get the chance to take them back to return them. (Partly because I got stressed out that it had taken me so long.) But I didnt need to worry; they were super gracious and exchanged them for another pair, without any problems at all. Just be sure to keep all your paperwork :).

The staff goes out of there way to make sure your questions are answered, they are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They also support animal rescue programs like Golden Gate German Shepherd Rescue. They also have an absolutely huge assortment of food, feed, toys, beds, cat trees...you name it, they have it!

This is the best feed store in the lodi and Lockeford area. Providing bulk feed, animal accessories Western clothing including boots and workwear. All at very reasonable prices. The staff here is very helpful.

I called and asked if they had a certain product in the store. The lady went back and checked on it and was able to tell me how large it was and its price. I asked about another product the lady was able to tell me about it and another product i could use instead. This other product was cheaper!When i went to the store the lady was able to show me right where the stuff i wanted was!

My children and I went in to Robinsons about 2 weeks ago to purchase some baby chicks. The staff was so helpful! I had never had chickens before, and was asking a ton of questions on how to take care of them, and what exactly I needed for them. I apologized to the young man helping me for all of my questions, and his response was, no problem, thats why Im here. He showed me all of the different kinds of chickens, and even walked around the store with me, showing me the things I might need to help care for them (and did not try to sell me things I didnt need). During this, another gentleman grabbed me a big bag of wood chips, and helped me to my car with it. The customer service was great, and my chickens are doing awesome! I will definitely be back for all of our chicken needs! :-)

First time we visited, but had passed this place many times over the years. They have a great selection of supplies and prices better than I expected. Friendly staff too.

I used to shop here a lot but after watching the big black dog teddy attack two dogs who were minding their own business I will never be back again. Even worse the owner keeps bringing the dog back to the store off leash and telling people that the dog is friendly and has never done anything like that before. If Ive seen it twice God only knows how often it happens. For my safety and my chihuahuas safety I will be shopping elsewhere.

The store has changed considerably and I can no longer recommend Robinsons Feed. They used to be so good that I would wait until I was in the area to buy anything because the service was great and they carried all of the stuff I needed. I can No longer recommend Robinsons.

Went last Sunday after church. Found out that there IS such a thing as a free lunch!! I had pulled pork sandwich with salad and homemade cookies! Free coffee. Sodas $0.75 from indoor vending machine. I was given 10 free tickets to put into several door prize Mason jars. I did some Christmas shopping as well. Family run store. Very welcoming and a vast array inventory of clothing..feed..anything animal related...even kittens!! After a few days I got a call that I won one of the door prizes a basket filled with Robinson store items!! Yay! Of course I went to pick up my prize the following Sunday after church! 10 more tickets..and chili and cornbread free lunch! My husband bought 2 pr Wrangler Jeans. Free lunches are every Sunday between Thanksgiving and Christmas for past 10 years!!! I highly RECOMMEND this well established honest family run business...

I usually buy my bird feed bi weekly here and though they do have a lot of pet needs I like and decent pricing I had a very unfortunate experience there. While getting some feed together I noticed that one of the 5 or so cats they have from P.A.L.S. for adoption was going back and forth from the litter box while growling each time. My vet tech instincts jumped in and decided it would be best to notify one of the Robinsons employees! WRONG! She instead got offended and brushed it off. She informed me the cats were not their responsibility even though they are housed there. I chose to drive to pals to notify them myself but I have lost all respect for the unethical folks at Robinsons lodi!!! My money can go elsewhere!!! Pals should not use these feed stores for adoption centers or anyone who doesnt hold themselves part responsible for the animals well being when the animals have no choice where they are housed. I was just trying to advocate for the kitty...someone has got to!!!
