Theyre horrible, they dont stick to your warranty if youre not local. You have to come in every 120 days if not it voids out, no exceptions.

Is this store even open still, I had gone there numerous of times on the days they say they are open and no one is ever there. My boyfriend went in one time to get approved on credit, and we have been trying to go back to look at some rings. The second time we went back two girls were working but they made us leave because they were taking their lunch In ten minutes. Mind you they open at 11 and they were taking their lunch at 2 and wouldn’t be back for an hour. How is that!!!!!! Does this owner know that the employees are doing this and now they are never there. The door has the hours and so does the web site. Is this place wanting to make money or not

Got a couple items from here they were great. Good customer service but they be taxing. I got a chain here that is normally 400 dollars and another jewelry store up the block sells it for that price but was charged 1800. The necklace at the time I couldn’t see all the little holes and Damages it had on it. When I went home the same day I called and told them, they basically made it seem like it was my fault. There nice people but there prices are so crazy ! They sell 10k gold as if it were 14k. If you go make sure you look careful at what you get.

I spoke to Troy Webber on the phone and he has absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I called trying to pay & he was just rude as hell. He wouldn’t let me finish speaking and was constantly speaking over me. He does not do good customer service at all.

Piero Tapia provided me with such great customer service. Right when I walked in the door he greeted and assisted me. He helped me look for just what I wanted and gave me options. I will definitely be back soon. This is the best jewelers I have been to. Helpful, kind and knows his jewelry.
