I went to the store and was talked into buying a Harris torch package. The torch failed and leaked the very first time I used it. I went back to using my Victor to finish the job. I called the store and told them of my dilemma. They told me to bring it in for an exchange. I drove two hours round-trip to only be told that that was Harris’s call. I told them what kind a policy of return is this! It was used one time and now I have to wait. A week later I called and my new torch is there. Can they mail it to me so I don’t have to drive two hours?. No you have to sign a paper. Why don’t you text me a picture of it I will sign it take a picture and send it back to you so that you can mail it to me. Neal. the manager says no they can’t do that sorry for the inconvenience. This is why we buy things on Amazon . I really questioned them about the quality of Harris and against my better judgment I purchased it. With this type of return policy and customer service, I won’t be using them again .
