For a local adult store it has a decent selection. The only problem is they charge at least 50% more for markup. If a product is selling for 20 dollars online you can bet your going to buy it here for 40-50. Please be advised of this before assuming your going to buy something. Staff was nice a courteous, there was a 20% off sale going on but the prices were so high I still didn’t buy anything.

This place is normally great but they charged me for something i didnt get. I know that things in the store with yellow tags get discounts and my receipt had $12 higher than it should have (without even saying there was a discount at all and calculated using .07 as tax, so its possible more was taken from me, i dont know how or why)

I really wanted to write this review for Elena, the sales associate. I walked with my girlfriend for the very first time on Christmas Eve as we were shopping for a cute little outfit. Elena made me feel so at ease with being in this store (I’m super conservative and had negative views of this type of place) and helped us out tremendously. We ended purchasing a lot more than what we came for. The selection and variety of toys, outfits, specialty items and movies was exceptional and plentiful. Thank you so much Elena for your knowledge, guidance, patience and wonderful attitude. I will return to this store again when my girl wants another outfit.

This store has such a large selection of toys, shoes, lube, clothes, jewelery! AMAZING! Their staff is very knowledgeable too, especially Kelly -- shes AWESOME and very helpful. I highly recommend visiting, its likely youll find what youre looking for. 👍

The moment my husband and I walked in everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Kelly was an amazing help! She is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice. She made us feel comfortable and be able to seek more information regarding toys we wanted and some issues that we needed help with. Kelly will go above and beyond to listen to your issues and concerns and will provide you with the proper toys to help you continue your happiness in the “bedroom” or anywhere you desire! Extremely wonderful, helpful and non-intrusive staff—you never have to worry about feeling judged here, and the product selection is truly top notch. Anything you’re looking for in this department, you should have no problem finding. And the staff is always super helpful, willing to help and answer any questions you have about anything. This was by far the best shopping experience Ive ever had at an adult store. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I was making the best decisions based on what I was looking for. I never felt pressured from a sales standpoint to buy things I didnt already want either. I was surprised at the quality and variety of products available as well.

Last summer 2019 I would come in frequently to buy outfits for my girlfriends bartending job and Kelly was always so nice and helpful. Today on July 6, 2020 an employee named Ben was here and it was a terrible experience. He was extremely rude and unfriendly as soon as we walked in. I understand that there are protocols to follow because of Covid and because it is an Adult Store but his approach was horrible. He made us feel unwelcome and as if we were up to no good when that’s not the case. We’ve spent a ton of money in here. Please educate Ben on how to treat people with respect.

GUYS BEWARE!!!Good selection of products but not really male friendly. The bleached blond sandal wearing self mutilation sales rep was very sarcastic and verbally unpleasant. I did not feel welcomed in there as I was shopping for my girlfriend. The other attendant was very warm and pleasant.

The visit here was simply fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and made things very comfortable. Other stores feel very awkward and difficult to browse. This was the complete opposite of that. My wife and I were able to find exactly what we were looking for and then some. We are absolutely coming back again and again! Well deserving of a 5 star review!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received tonight. The staff was welcoming and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I was shown and thoroughly informed on any product I had interest in. I was assisted by an awesome girl named Vicky. She made my experience shopping for my first sex toy exciting, rather then overwhelming. The employees even stayed open a little after closing time to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. From when I first entered the store all the way to the end the employees kept that same upbeat energy. Place was also super clean & had a wide variety. This place is great; the staff is very knowledgeable of the product and science behind the products. I walked into the place to purchase a few items and walked out with my items and a better understanding. The entire staff at this location was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but they also made me feel very comfortable. Specifically, Kelly helped me find certain items that would best fit the needs of my girlfriend and me. Changed my purchase from a name brand product to a store brand product per the suggestion of an employee. The store brand silicone lubricant is greasy (and frankly gross). I shouldve figured as much since they dont even have a sample out for it. Pretty garbage thing to persuade me to make a lesser purchase. Its no wonder people take to buying more from online retailers.

I went to buy waterbase lub, they showed me a new one and recommended it as a new product which according to them it was better than any other product sold before. I bought it instead of the brand which I regularly use, and since my home is far away from this store, I bought two of that in order to saveing time and commuting. After using, I found that the product was the worst which I had ever used, it left a foamy dirty white residuel on skin and made the skin dry!!Two days later I went to store to change or return it but someone who was there didnt ask or pay attention to my complain and reasons and just kept on repeating “we can not change or return!”I left the lubs in the store and got out of there. Please be very careful in buying chemicals from this store, because they don’t care what you are looking for or which product will not affect your health in negative way, they only are looking to which product they want to sell you and make more money.

Ive been here a few times because its not a creepy store. My first experience was alright.. there was a lady with bright orange hair who was kind of pushy and I ended up with a toy for my wife that neither of us liked. When I came back recently i complained to a redhead who helped me pick something better. she gave me a discount since i wasnt satisfied the first time. thats customer service guys. I get wanting to make sales but not for the sake of making sales.
