I went to 5 dealerships before finding this place. I emailed about a used cx-5 and I got a reply right away from Dre. I called him the next day, he said this will be the last place youll have to see. Went in today with family for a trade on their lease and I had to review because the customer service by Galen and their financial advisor, John was very accommodating and honest. Beyond Slow. It takes them 2.5 hours to do an oil change, even with a scheduled appointment made weeks in advance. The lady at the front desk, Rosin will sweet talk you to make up for the collective incompetence and lack of awareness. Bless their hearts. Ill never waste another dime or minute in that poor excuse for a business.

Looking for a car and visiting a car dealership is usually a stressful experience. I want to share with you a different experience I had at Mazda of Lodi.After visiting two other Mazda dealers where I couldnt reach a deal, I looked for dealers farther from my area and was very impressed by the Mazda of Lodi website so decided to visit this dealership. I made an appointment and was greeted by a salesman named Kevin. Kevin was knowledgeable, very patient, and not pushy. He found the right car for us and delivered our offer to his manager Fabian, who completed the negotiation to our satisfaction.We came the next day to close the deal, which was a smooth and easy transaction. Even after we paid for and received the car, Kevin still took the time to sit with us in the car and explain all of its features, and gave us his email & phone number for if we still had further questions. Impeccable service. I highly recommend Mazda of Lodi, and it has one of the nicest and most comfortable showrooms as well.

This mazda center has all the best amenities. The employees are very professional and friendly. No issues coming here today.Location: the mazda dealerships is located in Lodi, NJ. They have a new renovated showroom and waiting room. Very clean and they offer free coffee and water.Checkin: You have to drop off your car inside, then check in with the employee in the front. They will document whatever the problem is and will assist you to the showroom and waiting room.Employee: I was assigned to Nikita, she was nice and explained well what happened to my car.Definitely will do all my future mazda services here! They are fast and very professional.
I came in to lease a CX-30 but ended up getting a CX-5!! The car is real nice and Michael Noble was the sales rep that I worked with! Very pleasant to work with and gave me a great deal on the car. Ask for him when you walk in!!
Ill start by saying this was the easiest and most pleasant dealership experience Ive ever had. My wife and I came in with a capital one Pre-Approval ( which makes any dealership experience easier) We also had a trade-in with Negative Equity. 14.9k to be exact. I showed them the pre approval numbers and told them, if they can keep us around this payment wed make the deal. And they delivered! Traded in my 15 Nissan Rogue and drove away in an 18 CPO Cx-9 same day. I showed up, test drove the car, went home, came back to sign papers and that was the end of it. To top it off, a few days later I noticed the front tires on the vehicle were very worn. They were around 4/32nds their CPO policy is 5/32nds minimum during the sale. I contacted them and off the bat I expected to have to fight to get 2 front tires. This truly shocked me. They did not only replace the front tires but the rear tires as well! All new tires! They also replaced all of my windshield wipers, Gave me an oil change, alignment and looked over the vehicle free of charge! Talk about customer service! Big shout out to Dre(sales) John(General Sales Manager) and Fabian(Finance Director) for the simplest most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a dealership, I told them My situation, what I wanted and they made it happen. Ive told my parents, brother in law and my sister about them. Highly recommend them. Remember, always come with a pre approval from your bank of choice.
I have not purchased a car there but will post about how poorly I was treated twice by the sales staff. I have a car on which the lease will end soon. I am very very interested in the Mazda 3 Turbo. I stopped in twice to sit in one at the least. Both times the sales people couldn’t bother to tell me anything about the car. The first time I was told “we don’t have any cars” and the second time the salesman took me to the lot to sit in a non Turbo and walked away to help someone in the lot looking in the window of a CX-5. I gave him my contact info to call me when a Turbo came in.That was a month ago and I haven’t heard from the dealer. Meanwhile, 2 other dealers are all over me trying to get the sale. And both have stock.I guess Lodi is only interested in selling SUVs.
Strange place. All showroom vehicles are locked but outside lot vehicles are unlocked!? Cant test drive until you make deal!? I looked at CX5s in lot for 30 minutes and salesperson helping another customer asked me if I could take a step from the open driver door so he could take photo but didnt send anyone else to say hello. As I was driving out of the back lot in my 2016 Mazda 3, two other salesmen going for a smoke didnt try to approach me. Service Dept has always been excellent. 5 stars for service...2 stars for sales.
I bought my son a pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Not only was the price super reasonable, but I feel comfortable knowing hes driving this reliable vehicle. The staff that worked with me was great, and my son loves the vehicle!

I cannot imagine a better experience than getting my car serviced at Mazda of Lodi. The people were friendly (specifically Rosie, Theresa, and Carima), and my car was serviced quickly. The waiting room was clean and I enjoyed a great cup of cappuccino from their free coffee machine! I did not buy my 2020 Miata from Mazda of Lodi because there was no stock at the time of purchase, but rest assured my next car will certainly be purchased there! Why cant all dealer experiences be this good?

Rosie helped me during my visit! She is responsive and upbeat - she had an answer ready for all of my questions, and was very open and receptive. Loved the positive attitude, and it really made my experience great.
Very helpful, super nice and friendly and got me the deal I needed. John Bruno truly gave me the deal I needed and prayed for going in. I needed a lower car payment and he did it for me. Kevin my sales associate was also extremely helpful and walked me through everything about the car and through the mobile app for the car. This was truly a pleasant experience.
Avoid if you can. Went to test drive and guy name Juan gave me horrible, the worst treatment ever at dealership. We all know the market is very difficult for everybody. We all know they have to sell the car with limited stocks but not every dealer will have attitude. He just told me to test drive alone without escort or explanation. When I came back from test drive,he gave me the price ( MSRP + $5000) His attitude was like, here is the price and if you want the car I will speak to you. If not, bye bye because there is someone will take this offer anyways.The worst

There are 2 parts to this review-Service: I came to Mazda of Lodi since I am new to the area and needed a new location to have my services done. They had a promotion for a free oil change for new customers. Unfortunately, nothing is ever free. All of a sudden had a filter that needed to be replaced and was told my brakes also need to be replaced. I understand that cars need maintenance and its very possible that I needed these but I definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of, which is never a good feel to have.Sales: I am also interested in trading in and Lodi actually had the car on the lot that I was interested in. I was very interested and motivated to buy. When pricing it out, they low balled my trade in value 4k under KBB and was being charged over the list price because the math did NOT add up. They refused to give a break down of the pricing (list price, loyalty discount, trade in, taxes, etc). I received a price for THE SAME CAR (same model, same trim package, same features) at another location for 8k less.Needless to say, I will be taking my sales AND service business elsewhere.

Awesome dealership. I went to many dealerships (mostly Kias) and they always offered me a car at a much higher price than the price listed on their websites (their excuse was that it was the only car that they had) but at Mazda of Lodi it was so easy to purchase a car, they didn’t even ask me for bank statements or pay stubs unlike the other places I went to. Dre is fantastic!

I had an amazing experience at Mazda of Lodi.From when got into the dealership, to get back home driving my new car, It took me 3 hours only.During that time I could chose the car I wanted (A CX30), have my old car evaluated, negotiate, close the deal, sign all the papers, do the insurance and have the new car delivered, clean with all the instructions e configurations.All process was very transparent. Kevin Martinez, the sales person was very kind and calm, answered all my questions and took me took me to check all the cars I wanted before I make my decision.I could also negotiate both the value for my old card as the payment for the new one with a very nice guy called John Bruno (Hes tough - so dont forget to negotiate! They are willing to). I Left the dealership with a good business and a very good car.I strongly recommend these guys.

Not happy : went in to buy a car : no one welcome, one salesman was texting on his cell, i had to ask someone ( a manager ? ) on his way to go and sit at in his desk if there was anyone available and - again without welcoming- he asked the salesman to take care of me . I leased a car and Dre would not provide me with the answers to my legit question about the residual . I regret having leased my car there . Finance guy was just rushing to get my signatures…as if I had not noticed another ‘surprise charge’ of 350 $ not discussed or disclosed by the salesperson who now doesn’t even say hi when I go back to the dealership. No assistance, not answering the calls, the only reliable and really very helpful and caring person is Rose at the Service. this is not enough for a brand that wants to position near Audi or Mercedes…. asked to be contacted when plates arrive and not to mail them… of course they did not do it .. and it took me 5 phone calls yesterday to just get someone to pick up the phone !I could go on and on …just avoid themIf you want your life easy !

I needed a car for my daughter junior in college but I cannot afford paying $400-$500 monthly lease. I met Carlos Estevez, the salesman at Mazda Lodi NJ. He worked with us with no sales pressure, in a friendly manner and easy to go personality. He listened patiently to my limitation of a low lease amount and no hefty down payment. He made several visits to his managers office to discuss and accommodate my budget limitations.I walked into the showroom by 4 PM above 90F temperature, hottest summer days of 2021 and walked out by 8PM with a Mazda CX-30 with my limited budget. Other car dealers were not able to even consider my budget. Carlos worked and made the deal possible for us. I am very happy and more than thankful for his efforts and help. I will give 5 stars to Carlos and the dealership.

Walked into Mazda lodi and was seen by Galen. I came in with my family and we were greeted by reception. My one year old had a hoot running around and as its very stressing having a toddler run around.. the other sales guys said hello and didnt make us feel bad about it. Very friendly all around. Most importantly they were able to help us get into a new car that my husband has been eyeing for some time now. Im very pleased with the help and hospitality they showed! Had a great experience with multiple people in this Mazda dealership.In December 2020 I was shopping for used Mazda3.Sales person Kevin was very good! This place is like any other dealership is a place of negotiation, you must negotiate and you’ll get your fair price. Kevin started negotiation over the phone, which is why I pivoted to Mazda of Lodi from Mazda of Wayne.When I arrived I was able to talk to Kevin and his manager and get the price which was sutable for both parties. Great guys and the office itself is new and very pleasant to be.Also finance manager Fabian sold us additional warranty for wheels and windshield. I was skeptical about this purchase since sometimes such guaranties are hoax.However in a month I hit a pothole and bent the rim. While service tried to charge me saying that since the tire holds the seal, Fabian was able to figure out this situation and the wheel was completely replaced under the warranty.So, you definitely have to know you price doing business with every dealer, I’d recommend Mazda of Lodi, since I had good experience buying here
I purchased my first Mazda (ever) in 2019, a 2019 CX-9 Touring. The truck supported 7 passenger seating, drove beautifully, was extremely well creature-comfort outfitted and was (by far) the most fuel-efficient vehicle I have ever owned. I mean ever and not that I have owned an extensive list of vehicles, but of the 8 vehicles Ive owned none of them were remotely comparable from a gas mileage standpoint. More amazing was the Torque this potent 4 cylinder put out. This was a vehicle nearly 200 long, yet I never felt once timid to jump on the gas to merge onto a highway, pass drivers or simply drive with confidence, etc.My experience then with sales specialist Henney (?) and business manager Fabian was fantastic. I was offered a very fair price and was stoked to bring my first SUV home. The truck provided safe, reliable and ridiculously fuel efficient driving days for me.Fast forward, Hurricane Ida hits and my CX-9 takes on water. Knowing my car was going to be totaled and knowing the Labor Day weekend was going to be a car purchasing frenzy, I decided to visit the dealership and see if they had any stock.Turns out they had (2) Mazda Grand Tourings in stock, one in white and the other in Machine Gun Gray. My previous CX-9 was Jet Black and I was pretty confident I was not going to get another Jet Black car. The car had many additional options the 2019 didnt have, but my concern - (of course) was the price. Knowing this is a dealers market, I was anticipating the worst. Well after meeting Carlos and speaking with the sales manager John and going through the process, the initial pricing offered was palpable, but not entirely where I would be comfortable to pull the trigger. John came over and asked what my concerns were. I said, I respect cars will not sell at 2019 prices, but the payment was a little over my internally determined pricing threshold. John came back a few mins later with an aggressive monthly payment which was generally within the range I was comfortable with.With reasonable pricing in-hand, I decided I would think about it and make a decision to move forward or not. So the next day, I thought about it a little more and respecting current market conditions and the lease pricing presented, it was worth the trip back. Mind you, Fabian, the Finance Director did come over to speak with us the day before and was aware of where I wanted to be in terms of a monthly lease payment and some of the additional vehicle services I had when I purchased my 2019 CX-9. that I would likely want again. Well, I seized the moment and decided to speak with Fabian directly who was now the Finance Director for the entire dealership. He had me come into his office and we looked up the deal I had in 2019 and he saw I had a tire-and-rim package which included the optional cosmetic package as well for less money. Again, the current financial climate was different, but the numbers then were the numbers.Fabian asked if I could give him a few mins to discuss some things with John and when he came back he presented a deal that was simply to good to turn away. At the end of the day, I needed some sort of vehicle, but this was so fair that looking at a used car didnt make sense at this point. I now had a deal on the table that was very comparable to what I had in 2019. Whats more JP Morgan Chase offered GAP Insurance with my 2019, but now that Mazda leasing was through Toyota Lease Trust Company, GAP was now no longer included (by the way for Toyota and Lexus as well). So on top of everything, they worked the GAP insurance into the deal and my overall lease payment for the 2021 isnt much more than the 2019 and the total money out of pocket, not money down and/or cap cost was not much more than what I put down in 2019 as well.The planets aligned, the deal made sense and I moved forward with it. Mazda of Lodi is simply a relaxing, positive and enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured, never felt I was going to experience a bait and switch situation, nor did I feel I had to make any decision on the spot.

Had an amazing experience working with Juan to get a new car. Entire process was efficient and easy. I felt listened to and made it in and out with a new car in one visit. Trade in was easy, test drive went smoothly, and final paperwork was also simple. Juan went through all of the car’s features and amenities with us. Highly recommended.
They treat you ‘nicely’ until you get the service done. I had remote start installation with this location last week for my 2018 CX-5 GT. Needed to pair the feature to my phone because they did not tell me that feature is exist. I called Rose to get help with this matter but they did not even tend to help me. She treated me so nicely until I had the service and their attitude were changed when I called them for the problem. She even told me to call them if I have any questions or problems, yet this is what I experienced. I don’t recommend this location because they don’t help you after you get your service done.

On Monday, I caught a nail with one of rear tires. Called Mazda of Wayne where I used to go in 2019/20. They kept bouncing me between Service and Parts. No one seemed to be able to schedule an appointment, let alone say what the light with the exclamation mark on the dashboard could mean. While transferring me back and forth, they hung up on me twice. Finally, I called Mazda of Lodi. They answered all my questions professionally and quickly, scheduled an appointment and fixed everything today. Great service. I hope I won’t jinx them. Huge thanks to Rosie and Nikita. You ladies are the best. True professionals!
