Service was great! While the truck was being worked on, we had time to go for breakfast at Angies (2 blocks away), and then did some grocery shopping. When we came back, all the work was done. Ron took time to explain the process (my truck had to be calibrated). He was very nice and professional.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to contact them by phone. When you call the number listed here it goes to an automated system that is completely useless. If you have the system transfer you to a representative it just says thank you for calling Safelite, offers a coupon code, and immediately hangs up.The system tells you to use their website to do things faster. I tried their website, and its pretty decent, but it certainly wasnt faster than calling Novus Glass and getting a real person immediately.

I didnt know if they could deal a large bulls eye. The technician was very friendly and he told me he tried. He did, and it worked! Great job.

A few calls to satellite in one month and with their less than personal automated runaround phone service we went else where all three times. I went here last year for a windshield and they did a nice job but I wonder why glass replacement outfits are so less educated about keeping glass shards etc contained and not left for customers to deal with

I had never heard of this place before until my wife saw it driving by. We had just got two nasty chips on our windshield & were new to the area. We set an appointment online with them. When we went at the designated time, they were friendly and prompt. They got going on our repair almost right away and were pretty quick. The repair looked great and has been good since (about a week or so now).One of the things that impressed me was how they helped me with our insurance. Because of our recent move, the insurance company had not gotten everything in their records straightened out & it was interfering with our approval. The safelite employee (Don?) got the company on the line right there, so I could easily resolve the issue. With his help we were able to quickly resolve the issue & got the insurance approval, making the overall trip a great success! I would recommend them anytime.

We tried to schedule an appointment several times and had some questions but we’re unable to do anything except through the computer system on the phone. I guess we’ll go somewhere else. If it’s this hard now it will be harder later.

Good shop fixes things right the staff is kind

Safelite installed the wrong window in my drivers side door and it keeps breaking the regulator because the window rocks back and forth. The window that should have been installed uses a clip on the side and the window they put in does not have a clip or the hole for one. The company is impossible to actually talk to real person and when I did, all they said was it wasnt their problem. Horrible company!!Update: In response to your reply; Ive gone to that website and tried to schedule an appointment and all it says is someone will call me yet they never do.

I needed a windshield replaced and scheduled an appointment online two weeks in advance. I received multiple confirmation/reminder emails and even a text telling me ‘my glass was on the way’ and saying they’d see me at the date and time I had scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment at their shop they had no appointment scheduled for me and after about ten minutes told me that my glass had not yet been ordered. He wasn’t neither friendly nor apologetic and seemed to be annoyed by my frustration.I have decided to use another provider to replace my glass and won’t use Safelite in the future. Too much frustration and no offer to help remedy the problem.

Walk-in for windshield repair on my motorhome. Jack was very helpful and professional. The quality of the repair was better than other glass shops as they used compressor air to force repair resin into the crack. The result was excellent.Will definitely come here again as needs require. Thank you!

The corporate office sucked. Miss information and no idea whats going on. I went to safelite in logan and got the info I needed. Corporate office said they had a window, and they did not.

Horrible customer service. Waited on the phone for 40 min. Quoted me $387 for windshield that local competitors had in stock for $160. Would not honor warranty I was originally told they would honor. Stay local!

Ive unfortunately had to visit this repair shop several times now. Every time I have visited its been a good experience. The workers are fast and kind. The interior is clean and well kept. Would recommend for auto glass repair.

When I found that my windshield cracked due to temperature changes this morning, Safelite got me in for a same-day appointment and had a new windshield installed in under an hour. Ron even vacuumed, detailed and cleaned the front section of my car. Also it smelled really nice in there afterwards. And my mirrors were cleaned as well! That was all icing on the cake that is a very nice new windshield, perfectly installed. Thank you Safelite, and thank you Ron!

What a joke I called on 10/19 to ask a question and you cant even talk to anyone. The phone bot says you must use our website. I understand times are challenging, but this is lazy.

I always shop around for pricing and have found these guys always the cheapest, or close to the cheapest. Their quality of work and attention to detail has been excellent. They are now the first ones I check. I have used Logan Glass also, but unlike some of these reviews, I have had the opposite experience. Safelite has been a lot more friendly and easy to work with recently than Logan glass. Will definitely come back next time I need glass repair.

I always go to Safelite for glass problems on my vehicles. Since the first time I walked in, Keenan has taken good care of me and made it his own concern to fix whatever wasnt right. I think the price is good, and the service is soundly above standards. I recommend this shop to anyone passing by Logan, who needs glass repair.

Do not use them to repair your windshield. They charge three times what others charge because they just want to replace it.

A little pricier than I would have expected, but EXCELLENT service. They work fast, got to it right away, and took care of a big chip I had. They seem like a very competent and professional team that knows how to do high quality work.

That was probably some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. The employees were enjoyable, friendly, and professional. The facilities were immaculate, and the finished result far exceeded my expectations. I went in with no real preference when it comes to rock chip repair, but now I feel that this place really is the best.

We brought in our vehicle today with a tiny chip (The size of a chili pepper seed) in the windshield to have chip repair done. The person working on it cracked our entire windshield and refused to replace it!! What kind of company damages your property and refuses to have it fixed??? Now I’ll need to go somewhere else to pay $300 to have it replaced because I got tired of arguing about them needing to replace it!! I will never set foot in this place again!

Excellent experience! Well worth the price. Under $40 to fix some chips in my windshield. They even washed all my windows, windshield, and mirrors inside and outside of my car. I didnt know I could see so clearly!Would recommend to anyone. Easy to work with and very satisfied with their work and customer service

They worked so quickly and did such a great job! They clean your windows for you while they are working (inside and outside!), detail your car as much as they can, provide snacks and entertainment for you while you wait, and give you a bottle of glass cleaner for use on your own in the future. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This is the second time Ive used Safelite and I am still impressed! They have excellent customer service and they really go above and beyond. Emmett did the glass install and he was so nice to work with! Also, its really the best idea to have them come to you. I was able to be at work while he fixed my windshield. I didnt have to drive out of my way and I didnt feel like it was intrusive on my work day at all.

Awesome experience! I had 3 rock chips that needed fixed and they went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck. Marshal, the guy that worked on my truck, used the downtime of the repair to clean the glue off of my window from the old tint. Store manager Keenan and his team know how to serve their customers. 👊🏻

I scheduled an appointment online this week to get a rock chip repaired, everything was completely done and taken care of within 2 hours. Technician was super friendly, fast, and efficient. He came to my work went above and beyond. He even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my front seats. Extremely easy process and very pleased.

Took my car in for a rock chip repair. They got me right in. I was impressed how nice the customer service was. They also vacuumed my front floor of my car and washed all the exterior windows of my car for free. I wasnt expecting such top-notch customer service. I definitely recommend these guys!

Amazing service and amazing people! I needed my windshield replaced and they were able to do it fast. Everyone there was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed while waiting. They even had free coffee and snacks inside. Also, they went above and beyond by washing all of my windows and vacuuming out the inside of my car!

Amazing location! I work graves so its hard to get things done when Im awake. They were willing to schedule me first thing in the morning. I know its not easy getting busy first thing when you get in, but they did it for me and made me a fresh pot of coffee. 10 out of 10 service. Highly recommend them.

I just got the front windshield done last Nov 8, 2016. It turned out nice and when winter came with the negative degrees there was a huge crack in it all of a sudden and it spread fast. Since it happened December I think I took it in today when I had time. There was no warranty I would have had to pay another 150.00! Almost as much as I did the first time. They should have replaced it for free so I am upset and I will not go there again. Their quality sucks! I thought I got a good deal the first time and great customer service. I dont feel the same now.

I took my car to Safelite after my drivers window shattered. Not only did they fix my window very fast, but they also put a new window regulator in for no additional cost (it has been quoted at 400 dollars by another automechanic shop). The manager Keenan is extremely helpful and kept me informed with everything. He even cleaned my car and gave me a can of window cleaner. Definitely 5 stars. Never going anywhere else.

Excellent service, they vacuumed my vehicle, washed all the windows, and even gave me a complimentary can of window cleaner. It took less than 24 hours from the time I called to set up the appointment, to the time they called me to say it was finished. And I felt like the pricing was very reasonable.

I called for a quote but the only way to get one was to stop by the shop. Oh and I have to provide my own parts. No thanks.

We recently brought our vehicle in to get work on the windshield. The technician got the job done but at the cost of getting black grease all over our headliner. There is black marks everywhere from the technicians dirty and greasy hands. Putting on some of the blue gloves they use in EVERY single commercial would have been nice. There is a lot more, but you get the picture.

In the past, companies I have used - including Safelite, have been willing to work with me on my deductible (depending on the model/make of vehicle). I asked the guy who answered the phone at the Logan location this morning about this (didnt get his name, 8/22 @ 10:30 a); he said they do sometimes. I asked him if he could check, but he just told me no and didnt take it into consideration or check with anyone - terrible telephone/customer service. Frankly I felt like he didnt care whether or not I cancelled - which I did. I have used this company/location in the past and have been extremely satisfied. Shame on him and unfortunate for the owner he has uncaring employees. Scheduled with Logan Glass - excellent customer service! *I gave this a 2 star because of past experience, otherwise would have been a 1 star.

We went to safelite for a rock chip repair 5/25/19 and immediately walked out. We asked if they had time for a rock chip repair. The guy behind the counter snapped and sneered back, 50 bucks, and we walked out. We went over to Logan glass and told them about what happened. They did our windshield for free and got a 5 star review from us. They said a lot of glass places hate rock chip repairs because they want you to buy a whole windshield. Sorry safelite, youve lost my business and all of our friends and families business for all of our windshield needs for all of time.

WORST service around!!Safelite in SLC replaced my windshield for ~$300 on 3/15/19 and on 3/16/19 around noon I got a rock chip on the freeway (luck I know). Checked in with safelite in Logan to get it repaired in order to avoid it spreading over night once it freezes. I was told no they wouldn’t repair it and when asked about nearby places I could go was told to “I don’t know drive down the road and look”. Great customer service right?I ended up going to Logan Glass and they repaired the chip in less than 5 minutes and it is barely visible. Go there, they deserve your business!

No one answers the phone

These guys work well with our insurance company and are sure to install the right windshield. I didnt even know my BMW had rain sensors since it didnt work, but after getting a new windshield installed here they had it working just how it should.

Not only did a mobile agent replace our windshield they ordered parts at no charge to install. ♥️

The tech Emmitt replaced the windshield while my vehicle was parked at my work, cleaned the interior, and I love that I didnt have to deal with the insurance or paperwork. Could not have been less of a hassle! And no ugly silver tape afterwards! ;-) Great service, friendly and clean!!!

The technician was clean and professional but the customer service rep was awful! The customer service rep was an older lady with hearing problems, cant spell my name right for five minutes, then threw sass at me when I asked her if she was able to spell my email address. Later found out that she misspelled my name and had to cancel the appointment. Rescheduled it online and had a much better experience overall.

I have a hard time asking for what I want. I am afraid that I will be ignored, or told, No. So, I take it upon myself to answer my own question. When I noticed the coffee pot was empty in the Safelite waiting room, I decided I would make a fresh pot myself. I opened the cupboard and found the coffee and filters. Feeling ever so pleased with myself, I was about to sail into the bathroom and fill the carafe at the sink when in came Justin, the very kind and pleasant gentleman who had greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. He gently took the carafe from me and went to the Culligan water dispenser. Justin went on to explain that the coffee is always made with Culligan water. I felt very ashamed of myself. In five minutes, Justin taught me a very important lesson: respect other peoples turf. I had crossed a boundary. I was a guest in his establishment and my actions were wrong. Meanwhile, in the garage, my windshield was being replaced, and it was time to go home. Justin went over all the paperwork, and gave me a free container of glass cleaner. I sheepishly apologized for messing around with the coffee pot. He graciously accepted my apology. Thank you, Justin. I am grateful to you for fixing my windshield and giving great customer service by example.

I was worried I was going to have to completely replace my windshield but they fixed it for only $30! The customer service was amazing and I would definitely recommend them.

They did replace my windshields on two vehicles. One was left very dirty, the other was not put back together properly, and the seals have been humming loudly ever since the glass was replaced. I called just now to get a rock chip repaired under their warranty that was the reason I initially chose Safelite. After waiting through 5 minutes of phone call option selection and hold phases, I was informed that the rock chip repair was not actually covered, as I was allowed to believe upon purchase of the glass. Clearly I didnt read the fine print when I signed.So now I can repair the glass out of pocket or through insurance, which I will likely do, but I would recommend to go to another auto glass company for anyone who needs new windshields.Good luck!

I priced every shop in town and Safelite was the least expensive, I figured Id be sacrificing something in return for the low price but the installation was quick and clean and the employees were friendly.

They even ground down the rust and reprinted around the window so it would get a good seal.
