Wrong order.In my book, a wrong order deserves 1 star. I had asked for a pumpernickel bagel and received an ancient grain. Now I can see the mistake happening since the bangles are right next to each other on the shelf. But, we were the only ones being served at 8am. So no need to rush.Customer service, was fair. The employees clearly did not want to be there.My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and loved it. His egg whites were cooked well and the flavors added value. Which is why this review has a 2 star rating.The cinnamon fable has a huge disappointment. Like most sweet bagels the bater is mixed with the sweet ingredient. This bagel was only topes with cinnamon sugar.In total we purchased 5 different bagels. 4 out of the 5 did not add much value when compared to a Thomas bagel.

We stopped here for a few minutes to get a snack. The service was great, bathrooms clean and food was good. Their food is on the pricey side but quality couldnt be better. I would definitely go to Einstein bros Bagels again. Great for a quick breakfast.

I have so many great things to say about this Einstein bagels location. My husband and I walk here with our dogs and sit at their outside dining area all summer long and the manager has always treated us with such kindness and knows us now by our first names. We love going to a place where we feel so welcomed.Also cant deny that the food is absolutely amazing and I can confidently say the spinach bagel with veggie smear got me through my pregnancy haha.

True experience was great except that they didnt offer to slice the bagels in my Bakers Dozen.

It was my first time having one if their sandwiches an i loved it! Friendly workers, didnt wait long. Itll be nice to be able to eat in the lobby again

So yummy! Freshly made bagels every morning. They toast it right there for you and can put yummy spreads on top. I got the Asiago bagel with onion/chive shmear. Sooooo delicious!!

The eggles are gross. I bought 3 and regret it. They are supposed to basically be egg and meat baked into bagel form.. aside from the 2 tiny flecks of bacon in this thing all you get is the burn of garlic and onion. The texture would be doable if the flavor wasnt so off and just plain not good. They are a good price but not worth it at all. And over $5 for 3 little cups of cream cheese? Not worth it. Over all I think I wasted time and money.2 stars for the effort of the ladies to help me out.

Because my son wasnt wearing a mask and kindly left when they asked him to, his wife placed and picked up their order by herself.(mask on)The manager and/or employees had filled their sandwiches with salt to the point they were unedible. Dirty, unfriendly, unorganized. The food at this location is not the same that you would get at any other Einstein bagels. Everything seems to be dried up and servings are extremely chintzy.

Look, I like your food. But I swear... I have the same order every time. Lox on a toasted green chile bagel, no red onions. 9/10 times, onions still find a way onto my sandwich. What gives guys? Everything else is right, but the onions seem to be super difficult to leave off. Like theyre magnetic to salmon.

Theyre terrible slow. Poor costumer service. Almost 1 hour waiting for a simple beagle.

Phone # doesnt connect. Driver down to Einstein, and still had to download app to order. The app required us to sign up for the rewards program before we could even place an order. Not optimal.Cant order inside, even though you can pick up orders inside, and people just hang out inside waiting for orders anyway.. So not sure why people cant order physically at the location and take it to-go (like Jamba Juice next door), with social distancing practice in place.I know were all trying to do our best, but Einsteins process is a little bit of hassle in comparison to other businesses.

Horrible experience. Ordered 4 bagels on the app and chose the curbside pickup option. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching multiple people get there order who arrived after us, we had to flag a worker down. She told us they didn’t have a single one of our bagels. Then when asked how we could get our money back, she gave us a number that told us we have to email in the details to get a refund. Very disappointed and we will not be ordering from Einstein again.

Amazing bagels! I cant eat grocery store bagels any more. Their fresh chewy bagels are the best.

Einstein Bagels is my most favorite bagel. Im sure New York purists would argue with me, but I like the softer, chewier bagel Einstein offers. They have a great selection and the prices are affordable for the quality.

I love bagels and lox and theirs is so yummy! Generous amounts of lox, thick slice of tomato, its better than when I make it at home. I also enjoyed my chai latte immensely. The chocolate croissant I shared was also tasty, although really too big for a pan chocolat.The staff is friendly, the facility is clean (including the ladies room), and the furniture is reasonably comfortable. I tend to prefer booths, but the open dining space allowed us to notice that friends had come in.

Bagels are great! Staff is better!! Especially this cute kid named Ken with. 😁😁😁 hehehbeebe. Love that they hire (and keep) kids with special needs!! Kudos to an awesome company!

What a trash show! Went to order bagels this morning before 9 am and they were out of so many bagels. Then got home with what we could order and was not given the smear ordered. Went back to get the smear to discover that we were given the completely WRONG order!!!!!

Favorite Bagel Shop! Asiago Cheese Bagel with Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese - pure deliciousness! Also like the Honey Whole Wheat and Chocolate Chip Bagels. Fresh juices are a great healthy option.

Pretty good food, okay coffee. The kind staff is definitely a highlight, but I find it hard to come pay full meal price to get sandwiches that fit on a little bagel.

Bagels are good, but their soda machine hasnt been cleaned in years. Even the water tastes bad. Very slow at getting checked out with having to change between 3 different cash registers for every guest. Overall score for cleanliness is a C-

3 employees, one says so and so will be right with you. That employee, who was behind the counter in plain sight, never bothered to even look at me. I only needed a coffee refill. Stood there for 8 minutes unassisted while he tinkered with a machine. Finally just left and now Ill be late for class. Thanks dude. I will be going to Ibis only from now on.

Bald man that works here is kind of shady. I came in to use a hooked discount that let’s you get a buy one get one. He applied the coupon but right before he swiped my card he removed the coupon and said nothing about it until I confronted him about it. He refunded me afterwards. I’m a regular customer here and ashamed in his business ethics. Won’t be coming back.

For the coffee ... 5 stars.It is so much better than Starbucks. I have loved going to Einstein Bagels a couple times a week. I have a breakfast sandwich and coffee, then I sit for a couple of hours and work on my laptop.For INTERNET speed ... 1 star.Unfortunately, the INTERNET connection has become unbearably slow lately (0.5 Mbits/s). I may have to go to Starbucks for the 20Mbits/s, but I hate Starbucks coffee.Better options for INTERNET & coffee in Logan. Westside (expensive), Starbucks (burnt coffee beans), and Ibis (they just reintroduced the INTERNET).Sad, but I cannot continue at Einstein Brothers.

Einstein Bagels in Logan Utah has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I dont know how many times I have gone in there and have had to wait for the lazy apathetic employees to realize that someone is standing at the counter waiting to be served. They are rude and are usually standing around talking amongst themselves. The place is poorly managed and they rarely get the order right.

Big fan of Einstiens bagels. Just wish they would stay fresh longer.
