WOW. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealership, and I’ll admit I was nervous being a young woman purchasing a car for the first time. It’s always a fear to be taken advantage of and pressured into an overpriced vehicle by the typical car salesman stereotype. Tyler M. shattered that stereotype for me right away. He was patient and worked with me for a couple weeks. Always willing to show me new cars and even steering me away from vehicles I would’ve blindly taken but didn’t actually fit my needs. He stayed after hours on occasion and was beyond transparent and knowledgeable from the financing aspect to the actual vehicle knowledge. I felt like he really wanted to find the perfect car for me and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and my worries were absolved. Plus he had a stellar sense of humor so that helped ease the pressure. I’m so happy with my purchase and beyond satisfied with the care this dealership takes with all of it’s customers. Will definitely recommend to EVERYONE. 11/10.

We love our new CR-V!!! It has so many cool features. We’re still exploring all of them. (We’ve driven Honda’s for decades and have an Accord at home with over 300,000 miles and it still runs great!). The whole sales team was terrific. Alex, the salesman who helped us, especially was the best! He got us top dollar for our trade in (a 2014 Odyssey van which we loved but “grew out” of). He was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable and felt in control of the whole process of buying a new car. We also want to give a shout out to Young Honda in Logan, Utah. I went to Young Honda with the desire to buy a car but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Alex was our sales guy and right from the moment we met him, he was absolutely amazing to us. He was patient with me while I changed my mind many times throughout the process while trying to decide what cars I even wanted to test out. We originally were looking at a CR-V which was over 10K less than what we ended up buying, and even when we were trying to make a decision, he made good points for the cheaper car as well. He was never pushy, never tried to oversell us on something, he listened to all of my concerns and was very understanding to our situation. Alex was incredibly personable and exceptionally patient. He was a huge part of why we walked away buying a car and being perfectly happy with the entire process. I HATE the process of buying a car, usually feeling like the sales people are like vultures, but that was completely the opposite of our experience with Young Honda and Alex. I truly would recommend every person I know that is looking for a car to not only this company, but this human! He was incredible! Can’t say that enough. We are in love with our new Honda Pilot and walked away perfectly happy with the experience start to finish.

I really liked my experience here. Patrick Stark was wonderful. I never once felt pressured by him, he was willing to work with me even though I was taking my dear sweet time to decide if I was actually going to buy a vehicle. It took me couple weeks before I decided to go through with buying a van, which I absolutely love, yet he was so kind and friendly each time I talked to him. I would highly recommend buying a car from here and I would recommend even more having Patrick help you.

I walked into the dealership off the street and was greeted very pleasantly by the ladies at the front. They helped direct me to where I needed to go quickly and efficiently. I then spent a good portion of my afternoon talking with Patrick about options for used and new vehicles. He was extremely pleasant to work with. We went for a couple test drives after being shown around the lot. I was pretty specific in what I wanted and he helped me find something affordable and worked with my price range. Justin also did a great job financing and finding a better rate not even a week after purchasing. The service department is kind, quick and precise with their work. The entire building and service area is extremely clean. I got my plates within the first month. Proud owner of a 2021 Honda Civic :)A couple of things to note:Certain services are only available on certain days. It may be beneficial to ask and plan ahead for these.There is no courtesy car available, and the shuttle only stays in town. Another thing to plan for, if you are buying from another city.I did not do a trade-in so I have no idea how that option works.

First buy at Young Honda I have owned 6 previous Honda’s that I bought all from a dealership in SLC. I was very hesitant at first but Alex was the man I am a very demanding person on what I want with the deal (floor mats cross bars etc) and Alex was able to put up with me for over three hours back and fourth on what I wanted seriously I put this poor guy through the ringer. HE DELIVERED on everything!!!!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda the rest of the staff was awesome they kept my right hand occupied with a cold Diet Coke at all times. Our sales experience was good. The issue we had was about a month after purchasing the vehicle. We began to have issues with the transmission which turned out to be a bad pressure sensor. Upon having the service department check into it they confirmed that because the sensor was not a lubricated part of the transmission the 3 month/3,000 mi powertrain warranty would not cover the repair. The devil is in the details in the contract. Alex was good to work with and we felt like he was honest, we are just disappointed to find out that the issue with the transmission which is part of the powertrain was not covered because of the caveat in the small text. Hopefully you will have a better experience than we did but take the time to read the small print. Also be very careful with all the accessories. They will add an extra 2000 to the final cost.

Young Honda is fantastic. I was put through the ringer by my warranty company on my HRV and they took profit out of their pocket to help me out.Jake, the service manager was fantastic. I came to him for help even though it was not necessariily his problem and he went above and beyond in assisting me.Kelton, the rep I worked with was fantastic as well and communicative beyond what was expected. I would never hesitate to buy a car from these guys because of how honest and transparent they are.

I was very happy with the service and the experience I had. I live fairly far away and they have been very accommodating. Zach is fantastic; he responds quickly to text and keeps things organized and easy to understand. When Young Honda called to let me know my new plates were in, I asked for them to be mailed and they arrived the next day. Fantastic service, great people, I would recommend.

Very nice. Ive had a few issues with my brand new truck, but theyve responded to the issues. Jeremiah has been very helpful at the service center. Still need to resolve the issues with my truck but big 5 stars so far and Im confident the issues will be resolved.

Update 9-1-2021Young Honda has provided us with the gift card from the advertised promotion and has refunded us an agreed upon amount from the sale. I have updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars. The extra time and energy it took to make this right is unfortunate. I would suggest that any buyer read every detail of the contract before signing any purchase agreement instead of taking the word of the finance manager. We found out too late that our questions were not answered honestly, both from the finance manager and sales manager. When you arrive they treat you with respect and are kind. I like that Zack Kodja showed me the cars they have to offer. He explained the prices, features, gears and helped me look for a good car. He took car rides with me to explain what different cars had to offer. I like that Zack talks Spanish and is able to communicate clearly and can answer your questions or concerns. We’ve purchased 2 cars in the past from here and it’s been an okay experience each time. We are currently in the market for another car and thought we’d keep our purchase local to support our valley. Started paperwork on a car we were quoted MSRP on. After telling them our down payment amount, they let us know they now are asking $7,500 over MSRP value if we want it. Okay… what? Yes, I get the car is in high demand but ya no. We’ve called and placed a deposit on the same car with a dealer in SLC that they are getting in stock even faster than the two weeks Young told us and are only paying MSRP. When we told them about our experience with young they couldn’t believe it. They had heard of dealers asking $1,000 over asking but never that much. Larry H. Miller in SLC would much rather their customers have an awesome experience and return in the future than screw over their customers who will be upside down on their vehicles and not able to get a new one in a couple to few years. Drive the hour and a half to Larry H. Miller instead.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Everything from sales to service! We worked with Alex to find a new truck for us and he was very helpful the whole time! He was very knowledgeable and was even able to bring in other trucks for us to see! Most definitely a must when looking for a new vehicle!

Alex (aka Alejandro) was great. Highly recommend you ask for him. Logan the manager was also very good to work with. They brought a vehicle up from Young Chevrolet for me to drive and we ended up buying it, which was very convenient. Paperwork process is LONG and Slow. I think thats just how it goes with paperwork.

We just found out that we were charged over 4000 dollars in hidden fees. We are absolutely frustrated with this. We had an agreed upon price and then they charged us for accessories that came with the car already. So if you have a budget, they will not stay in it.This was our first time buying a car so we were pretty nervous. Zach ( at Young Honda in Logan) really took us in and helped us through the whole process. He made it fun and exciting even though the wait for paperwork was long. HIGHLY recommend going here to buy a car- especially from Zach!

I bought a new car from here, they told me it was $28,500. as I signed the papers they were rushing through them so I couldnt read them ( my mistake) but I was there for hours ready to get out of there. I was putting $3,000 down payment and traded a car in for it. I didnt have the title or the deposit at the time so they told me they had to keep it til the next day when I can pay them. When I got home I was looking through the paper work, they charged me $29,449 for the car $3,000 for under coating, $798 for tinting, tax fees and some other things that they never even mentioned any of it. The new coat was now $38,000. The Undercoat they mentioned it would be done before pick up the next day but I assumed it came with the car where he didnt mention it costs for it. I looked up laws on after signing papers but didnt drive it off the lot can I back out, everything told me yes I could. So when I went back I told them I didnt want it anymore, they said I didnt have a choice, I mentioned the fact the papers said $29,449 instead of $28,500 like we agreed, they said they would refund me $499 of it and it was their mistake. If you do the math you can see thats wrong. I was tired of dealing with them and said whatever gave them the $3,000 and took it they didnt even fill the gas tank like they said they would. 5 days later they call me and tell me I need to take my car in on a certain day and leave it over night so they can tint the windows and spray the undercoat which they already said it wouldve been done before I picked up. I live in a different city and work during the time they want and I dont have any other ride. Im very dissatisfied with young honda and would not recommend them, especially to new buyers

I service my Civic at this dealership, which is an hour from where I live. I could go to a closer Honda dealership, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service at the closer location. I tried going to Young Honda instead and found it to be a much friendlier and service-oriented business. Just bought a vehicle at Honda and they were excellent to work with. I will continue to make the drive to Young Honda for future service or vehicle purchases.

Last Friday we were visiting family in Providence when our Honda Pilot would not go into park?? We had our vehicle towed to Young Honda on North Main in Logan late on Friday night. With no appointment set for Saturday. Early Saturday morning Max called me and asked a ton of questions to figure out the problem. he assured me the car would be looked at, but was a few cars down the list. I had no idea they would be able to look at the car on Saturday. Long story short, they got our car in on Saturday, spent a fair amount on time on it and got the car back to me on Saturday evening. Thank you Max and team at Young Honda in Logan. I may drive to Logan for service moving forward. Great experience.

We looked all over the area to find the right car. We did a ton of research and had each dealership give their best price on the car we finally arrived at, the Honda Pilot. Every dealership had their good points and we asked all of them the same questions and had them give us a bottom line out the door price. We talked to Young Honda in Logan several times and came in about five times. They were the last ones to give us their bottom line price and it was hundreds lower than the next competitor. We worked with a few people like Logan and Kylee but on the last and most critical day it was Erin who pulled us over the finish line. She is not only friendly, capable and knowledgeable about every aspect of the business, but she got us the very best price. She inspired us to have confidence in her, and was particularly efficient and gave us bottom line, very uncomplicated information —everything you could possibly want in a car salesperson. You’ll get no high pressure here. The deal was artfully done and we feel GREAT about everything. The manager, Ben, is someone we spoke to several times during this process and he couldn’t have been better to work with. This was a particularly good experience in an otherwise difficult 2020. We’ll be coming back here for any other car purchases in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great deal and a very pleasant buying experience!
