We love it!! The whole process of testing out, purchasing, delivery and setup of the hot tub was great. Our questions were answered quickly by their friendly staff. I appreciated how well they explained how to take care of the tub (and the poster that comes with all the chemicals is a great reference, especially for my teenagers).We are very happy with Bullfrog and our hot tub and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub!

Our experience purchasing a spa from Bullfrog Spas was great. From our initial visit to the showroom in Logan, installation, and a quick follow-up visit to address a small issue, it all went incredibly well. Toms knowledge and willingness to share his expertise was very helpful in making our decision to purchase the hot tub. Followed by great communication about pre-delivery, delivery, and follow-up to make sure all was well, made the whole experience stress free. The install crew were professional and worked efficiently to get the spa set up and running quickly. The tech who came to correct a minor glitch was skilled and had the problem solved in less than an hour. All of the employees were customer friendly and helpful! It was great to be able to buy local, and even better to be able to recommend Bullfrog Spas!

We bought a pretty expensive swim spa from Bullfrog, and it was delivered with quite a few broken pieces, and a touch screen that didnt work. After scheduling service twice, weve been ghosted twice. Not even a call from them saying they wouldnt be showing up until the next day. Ive now tried to contact them again, and again Im being ghosted. Theyre good to take your money, but I wouldnt get excited about their service or customer support, because at this point, its non existent. We bought our spa last May, and its now Jan.

From what I have read these spas are the way to go. The Logan store is great. The service was great. Very helpful and honest in answering my questions.

Love the new store in Logan. Rod Smith was our salesman. He did an excellent job, very informative and no pressure. Was trying to choose between a Jacuzzi and a Bullfrog spa. I am trusting Rod, he knew what he was talking about when it comes to spas. Jake the installation tech was great. This is our third spa and installation went so much smoother than the other ones did. Truthfully havent used it yet, just had it installed today. Looking forward to getting in it. Looks like it will be a great spa.

The delivery guys showed up a few minutes early, went straight to work and got our hot tub up and running quite quickly. They went through operating the hot tub and taught me how to do the chemicals, as well as, left me with easy to follow instructions and even clearly marked my chemical bottles for the exact quantities we should use. Looking forward to 24 hours from now when our tub gets to temperature and we can enjoy!

We met with Tom and had a great time. Tom is a fantastic guy and really cares for his customers. We did not buy, yet, but well be back as soon as we are ready to make the purchase.Tom gave fantastic hot tub advice regarding maintenance, hot tub features, and pricing. Great customer service.

Ive been over here twice hunting bullfrogs. I have the spa. And I figure that I could raise bullfrogs for suppers in it. They taste like chicken and dont squeal that bad when you squeeze them. But this name makes no sense. If Im feeding 3 people. Me, my son Toby Jr., and my wife Susan Jean, thats 852 lbs of humans needs fed. And thats about 3 bullfrogs a piece in winter months. So the capacity is what matters. Man cant live on slices and hairy lemon custard alone. So these guys need to get there shop set up for froggin. RTM Out.

We have loved our spa! Rod was a great salesman, that helped us with the purchase, and Tom has been a great support helping us with all the details since the installation. I dont know how I survived so long without it. Thank you for all your help.

Geez top notch company. I had a leak in my spa. I would lose 4 inches daily and trying to top it off daily was a no go. I contacted my local bullfrog dealer here in Logan. They sent someone. Did some work and said if it didnt stop leaking let them know.. Well it didnt stop. They thought it was maybe internal at that point. They hauled my tub away to the factory. About a month later they brought me a brand new tub!! They hauled it through the snow (2ft) to my backyard and filled it up. You guys rock! Thank you for fixing my issue. I appreciate it :)

Excellent service with both the sales end and the delivery and set up. Delivered when promised and given an excellent presentation by the setup person. Cant wait to jump in and start using our beautiful new spa!

Aaaahh. This is exactly what we were hoping it would be. The leg massage, the shoulders, the lower lumbar. It all feels wonderful.We bought ours at Logan, and Tom there was very patient in explaining all of the features and helped us pick the perfect tub for our family. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and the crane was fun to watch.
