You will not be able to find a more kind and helpful person. She took 30-45 minutes to help me find the perfect running shoe. She analyzed my gait and gave great shoe suggestions for my specific gait. I tried on a ton of shoes, ran on the treadmill with them and was able to make an informed decision. I left with an amazing shoe. I’m excited to go running!

I was down a rabbit hole scavenging the internet for a pair of specific shorts that ASICS discontinued in 2017 (what a hunt...) These guys had em (and one place in France that wouldnt ship to the US)... Placed an online order and ran into a hiccup with the payment system. Gave the shop a call and they were super helpful and shipped my shorts right away. Good place to do business with even if youre in Los Angeles ;)

Wow. There is a reason I go to small, local, specialty stores, rather than the big box stores. These guys were awesome. Heather helped me find just the right shoes for my body, my running style, and my foot. Super helpful. Very professional. I couldnt be happier with my experience here. I am currently getting ready for the Ragnar, and knew I needed a good pair of shoes. Runners north is the only running store in Cache Valley. I had never been to a running shoe store but my experience was fantastic! I had previously gone to Als Sporting goods to get some shoes (I like Als) however my experience here was so much better.I worked with Heather and the customer service was phenomenal! She had me try on several pairs of shoes to see which one I liked the most. She also had me run to see how my foot struck the ground. All of the assessments she gave me were free, and I learned so much from her.We found a shoe that was great for me at a reasonable price, however it wasnt my style when it came to looks. Fortunately Heather ordered the same pair for me just in a color that I preferred for FREE!My experience was fantastic and I would recommend Runners North to anybody.

I have lived in Cache Valley for 5 years and have purchased shoes from Runners North five times. Its always been a great shopping experience and I plan to continue shopping there. I dont always buy running shoes either. I have found a couple pair of Sanuk, and Cross Fit shoes, in addition to the running shoes we have found. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy.

The owners and employees can help you find the shoe thats just right for your foot, which is super nice. They have a lot of training and experience helping people identify the shoe they need based on gait.The one downside is that its a little pricey. Plan on spending a minimum of $100 on a pair, even if theyre on sale.They have a wide variety of equipment, race foods (like GU and other chews), clothes and socks, as well.

I have only come to this store a couple times but every time I have they are great. My wife rented a wet suit for the weekend and forgot to return it, about 4 days later we got a friendly phone call reminding us about the wet suit. They didnt even charge us anything extra. They have been super friendly anytime I have called or gone in and I always value their professional opinion on what products are best for me.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. There is no better place to buy your running shoes in Logan. The staff is knowledge and the equipment is top if the line. I would recommend buying shoes from them to anyone.

This was by far the best experience I have EVER had purchasing shoes! The woman working really knew her stuff. She spent about 45 minutes with me watching the way I ran, trying on different shoes, and ultimately finding the best and most comfortable fit for me. She even took the time to give me a few running tips which I greatly appreciated. Not once did I feel like I was just a sale or a number. I went running for the first time in my new shoes today and have never loved a pair of shoes more. Her service is definitely worth every penny spent. I am referring anyone and everyone to go to this store. You wont be disappointed!

Great Great Great store. knowledgeable staff and great prices. I purchased a par of shoes that were going to be on sale and they credited me back 30 percent of purchase after I made the purchase. They go the extra mile for the same or better price than other stores. I bought a pair of running shoes at a big box store and I am convinced they are not made with same quality. They may look the same their not. Pus enough with big box stores support the little guy. I dont even run anymore but work on my feet all day and know the importance of a quality shoe.Thanks for being there !

The owner has integrity. I went in with my old shoes that were not quite ready to replace complaining of soreness. She advised that even though she would love to sell me shoes, she thought I might need to investigate injury. I did still want shoes as mine would not quite make it to my marathon. She spent 45 minutes helping me. She is very good at analyzing gait and fitting. Even if you can find shoes cheaper online, the knowledge is worth it and I like to support local owned businesses. This lady knows her stuff and is obviously passionate about running.

I used to love Runners North when it was in Providence, great selection and incredible customer service.Im not sure you can even call the new location at the mall even a running store. A much smaller selection, with only 12 pairs of mens running shoes. No prices or any information on any of the shoes. The store appears to mostly be hiking and outdoor clothing, knock off brand protein powders and CBD oils and lotions.Customer service is far worse, the kid behind the counter with both AirPods in didnt look up once from his homework, or acknowledge our presence.Super bummed Runners North has gone so down hill.

Runners North sets the bar high with exceptional customer service! The owner took 45 mins to find the perfect running shoe for my wife. The owner had my wife run on the treadmill while she observed her running style. Brought out several pairs of shoes and tried each pair looking for the pros and cons of each set. Gave my wife running tips and strategy for trail running. Happy to know there are great businesses still out there!

She is incredibly knowledgeable about running and the unique problems that come with it. She analyzed my feet and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for me. I cant wait to run in them!!

Ive been to a few running stores here in Utah and this is by far the best! I like the smaller feel to it, which makes it more personal, and specialized to running and triathlon needs. At other stores I had similar service with gait analysis and trying multiple shoes on but I have never had such focused and dedicated customer service than I did at Runners North. While testing out shoes Heather, (who I believe is the store owner) even offered to hold my baby so he wouldnt cry. Also, during checkout Heather informed me of some of her favorite local races coming up and gave a brief description of each, I found this so helpful since I am new to the area and dont know much about which races are coming up. Im so glad to live so close to a fantastic running store and I look forward to going back for further running needs.

Quite glad to have a store of this kind up here in Cache Valley, finally a place to find running shoes and running apparel and gear. The customer service is superb! The clothes are nicely racked and the shoes well displayed also. The inventory is nice and they are going to carry more brands soon. I was happy to find the KTape at the store--hard to find anywhere else in town and I didnt want to order online.

My wife and I were going on multiple vacations this summer involving a lot of walking and standing. We came to Runners North to have our gait analyzed and find the right pair of shoes for us. The helpful employees at Runners North helped us realize that weve been wearing the wrong types of shoes our whole lives! After trying on a few pairs of shoes with the correct shape and fit for our feet and gait, the results were amazing! Admittedly weve not been doing a lot of running with these shoes, but weve been able to spend hours on our feet with incredibly less discomfort than in previous shoes. Its been a night-and-day difference. Come to Runners North for shoes if youre a runner or not!

Buyer beware! I wouldnt recommend this store for anything to anyone, not even 5 for the price of 1 socks.First off let me state the obvious: You can find better prices online or at a major retail chain. Sometimes it is worth paying more if you get good service. This was not the case with my experience.My daughter brought home a flyer from her High School advertising a special discount and customized fitting day for the track team. When we arrived the owner/manager greeted us, listened to our objective, and then introduced us to what I thought was an employee to analyze my daughters running style and make the proper recommendation. It was a very impressive first impression. The gentlemen watched my daughter run about 20 yards and then asked if I would also like to be analyzed, which I did. He then took us back into the shop and informed us that we had the same running style and the best shoe would be a zero drop type like the Altra. Which just happened to be on sale plus we would receive a discount for her being in track. Having never heard of Altra I asked what the warranty was, he stated it was the same as all the shoes they carry: 90 day money back guarantee. He said this while standing behind the counter taking my payment for two pairs of Altras at a cost of $170. Two weeks later my daughter developed a stress fracture that ended her track season. I also realized that my pair was wearing unevenly at that I was starting to have an overpronation problem (which had never been an issue before) After an expensive visit to a sports medicine doctor we were informed that both issues were related to the zero drop shoe. He noted that they work for some people but should be introduced slowly and are definitely not for heel strikers with high arches (which we both are). I returned to the store to receive my refund. After explaining the situation for the owner/manager I was told We dont offer a money back guarantee and the person who sold you the shoes is not an employee. He is rep for the company. She then went on to talk negatively about the company and how the reps would say anything to push their product.I find this absolutely unacceptable because:A) She was the one who introduced us to the rep, never pointing out that he was a rep for a specific company and not an employee.B) She allowed this non employee to take my debit card and process payment behind the store counter.C) She didnt offer any apology or even a discount on a replacement shoe. Even a 10% discount wouldve been better than Theres nothing I can do for you. She allowed me to walk out of the store knowing that I had been lied to and given negligent advice by someone she introduced me to while in her store.I now have $170 paper weights!Sorry for the Novel but I feel the only way to make good of a bad situation is to inform others about the customer service and potentially dangerous advice you will receive. They will be very friendly upfront but you will see their true side if you have an issue. Should you choose to still purchase from this store I recommended that you ensure who your speaking with and get anything they say in writing.As for me, Ill stick to REI. You can return anything for any reason at any time for a full refund. Not to mention the fact that they have competent employees.

I have been having feet troubles recently. I went in and they analyzed my walking and found some shoes that took care of my foot problems in about a day!
