So frustrating to me that selection is down, shelves are frequently running low and items are placed in new areas but prices dont get moved to match the merchandise. I understand that everyone is short help but the items being mismarked really bugs me. It makes me not want to buy anything anymore because I have to play the game of trying to find prices.

Was clean. Employees and shoppers were nice. Store is laid out different than most Walmarts. Office supplies are were kitty litter and dog food is located in most stores and the pharmacy is in the middle. But just ask a regular shopper and theyll point you to the right directions.

Love Walmart! Cheap, good quality and easy to navigate in side the store. Friendly team and found what i was looking for plus some gifts for my kids.

Walmart is Walmart! Enough said!!! They can always change and make their customer service better and add more open lanes. I see so many employees talking with other employees and hanging out which wouldnt be a bad thing if they made sure their customers were taken care of 1st. A customer should not have to wait on you to have a conversation even if it is about work or personal. Unless its an emergency a customer shouldnt be waiting on you for any reason. Stuff is unorganized and out of place all the time. I also recommend Walmart quit moving things around so often. I understand sometimes it has to happen but it happens way too often. A customer shouldnt have to waste time searching for something they get on a regular basis because things keep getting moved around so much. Thats ridiculous. Most of us live lives that require us to be on the go so anything that holds us up and is unnecessary should not be happening. I often see the restrooms are filthy and not working a lot of the time. Its is disturbing some of the things Ive seen in the womens restroom and definitely not acceptable. Got a lot of things to work on but mainly customer service and requiring simple manners, kindness and putting the customer 1st should be priority.

Its a well organized, clean store. The associates were extremely helpful!. The wine aisle is well stocked and the greeting card department is sensational!

There were no carts inside the store and I was unable to find a couple of standard items (such as jumbo pasta shells).

I despise having to go to this store. Good kuch checking out under an hour as they have 2 lines open. The self check out is always super packed because a corporation refuses to hire more help. I feel bad for the people that do work the register because they get the brunt of the conflict and have nothing to do with the cause of the problem.

I stopped there to do a cash pickup on my thru the state. I live 8 hours from this store. My pickup was for my gas. My ID expired yesterday and I didnt realize so I was not able to get my cash and literally have nobody anywhere close to here. As Im doing everything I can to try and figure something out. 2 wonderful ladies that work there stepped up and insisted on helping me. I cant believe the kindness in these beautiful ladies. I will always be grateful the world needs more people like them

Layout is set up so its easy to locate what you are looking for.

I would like to say how Danielle was so helpful with us. We were in there using the change machine an it stopped working on us. Danielle went threw every key she had to get ya our recite so we could get our money. Danielle even gave us a gift card since we had to wait so long.

Nice people, rooms are clean.

It would be nice if they would answer their telephones. It would be great if they had more people working and the returns office

Lots of good prices on most products like cereal and can goods Just stay away from all the meat, and check the fruits and vegetables very closely or you will be throwing it away.

Hey one of the cleaner walmarts I have been in .. The staff were happy and looks to enjoy there jobs .. So made me feel good to be there.

Found most of what I wanted, except over-the-door hooks that would fit my door.

Went to bakery to order cake waited for 15 to order cake nobody came ot had them paged waited another 10 minutes still nobody

So excited to have found this doll Ive been looking for since christmas. Also we were visiting this walmart from out of town because they had a specific trampoline we wanted that our walmart didnt have in stock. They even held it at the customer service desk for us until we got there.

Isles are too narrow and they were out of a few things we needed, but everything else was good. The store was clean.

That was the cleanest Walmart ever and the people there were so nice and helpful

Not necessarily anything wrong with this location, I just go here if Im short on time. The clientele and lack of any customer service make me prefer to not give Walmart my money. Not like they need it.

There always out of pretty much everything I think whoever is in charge of restocking isnt doing very well.

Good variety of things, and things are normally stocked. Thw store is difficult to navigate. A large number if employees are doing the online shopping and their carts are the hardest to get around.

Regular Wal-Mart including 30-45 minute waits to check out with only 3/4 registers open out of 20. Check out lines cross the main isle so you have to dodge everyone going threw while trying to hold your spot. Prior to though you can not find ANYONE who can help you that works there, then they display things that they dont have in stock at all. Like I said a regular Wal-Mart.

Good store, especially since this area has such limited shopping available. Younger staff members could be a bit friendlier. Also, trying to understand why entrance is limited to one side. This does not make sense to me as it puts a lot of people closer together in this day of social distancing. Not sure if this is a corporate or store decision but it needs to go back to both entrances being open to spread people out better.

This is our goto store. They have pretty much everything, and seem to be a bit cheaper than Dollar General.

They have changed the online app for curbside pickup. I wasted 30 minutes trying to place an order. I could not even choose a pickup day and time. Not happy!

Love the Walmart in Wabash. The people are so kind and very helpful. The Walmart in Logansport is a good place to go because they are very helpful and make sure that you have everything you need before checking out. I was very satisfied with their services.

Very busy, I normally go to u scan when I have 4/5 items, but you you have to wait because people have full carts of groceries, I thought that u scan was for people who just had a few items. Well I guess not, because you have to wait!

It was ok but how can all the self checkout lines now card only and only four registers were open. Took me longer to check out than shop.

Wow! Cant believe theres a CLAIRES in this walmart! Never been to a Walmart with a Claires! Ear piercing...at walmart! Wow! Also...this is where I go to my optometrist...hes amazing! A great eye doctor and the whole staff is great! I live in peru, and go to this walmart in Logansport even though kokomo is also a choice and maybe even closer....but Logansport is by far better. Better selection. Cleaner. Better.

Service was excellent. Stock was great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the parking lot. Trash accumulation was very bad.

Poor customer service, ask about 5 workers where something was. The 4 women didnt know where the product was, and the guy I asked acted like I was bothering him, totally ignored me. Didnt even offer to help me. Will never shop at this Walmart again. Poor, poor, customer service.

Went to get kids school supplies and was going to goto self check out but it is credit cards only was told theres a coin shortage so stood in line for a half hour not happy

Never go to the Kokomo store

We enjoy this this store.Its a laid back experience.Staff & customers, are very friendly, and are considerate to each other.The staff is helping, if you have any questions. They dont just point in a direction. They will guide you to the product. The store is clean, and laid out very well. We will continue to go back.

Great place to shop... Pretty much the only place to shop in Logansport... Wish they would stock shelves of the night... It makes shopping very hard when you have to move their boxes out of the way to get what youre needing to buy... This happens 98 per cent of the time I am there...

Still not enough registers open in a busy store still way too much talking going on during business hours theres no excuse not to have it done overnight when its not very busy. When Associates see customers trying to get things they need to politely move out of the way and say excuse me or may I help you instead of ignoring you.

They have more electric carts broken and have to sit in line for one,and today all open registers was 5 6 7 customers deep... maybe they need a new manager that will take care of the store and customers
