This location really missed the mark when I asked for windshield wipers for my jeep (which I wasnt driving at the time).I returned the wipers at my local store who exchanged them for the correct size

Had what I needed. Clerk was friendly and efficient. Prices were higher than other places but I only needed some small things.Added later: Do not buy the house brand wiper blades. Not only are they overpriced but they’re terrible quality. The worst I’ve ever used. I drove to Texas with them but threw them in the trash when I got there and replaced them with cheaper but better ones from Walmart.

Wen around 4:00pm today. The gentleman there was more than helpful! Excellent customer service. The woman in there acted like she didnt want to help. Bought brakes and calipers here 6 months ago. Yesterday I found out that caliper locked up on me due to poor craftsmanship ( Wearever brand) and damaged my rotors and one side of brakes. Apparently no one asked for the phone number when they sold me those parts but good thing is Grayson store managed to exchange defective caliper but they didnt have pads in stock and sent me to Loganville store. Thats when all problems started refused to exchange defective brakes even though it was in their original box Wearever brand which only sold in advance auto parts. Wanted me to pay $60. Id never shop at advance auto parts again.

The technician was courteous, gave expert attention to details, neat, and efficient! The price was good also. The store was attractive and clean.

Todd the store manger runs a good operation at this location.I am always greeted here and most employees are very helpful and go above and beyond to help with my every need.My online orders are are always filled and unlike the one in Monroe Ga they take care of me the customer.

One of there staff had a bad attitude when I returned an item. I literally walked outside and saw that the item would not fit on my vehicle. I came back in to return it in unused perfect condition and got a bad attitude in return. The lady acted like how dare you make me do some work . She was not friendly or personable. That location should do a better job of training there staff to provide good customer service even when they dont want to be there.

Highly recommend. Dann at Advance was a lifesaver, he went above and beyond. We started having a serious misfire on our 98 Honda Accord while on our way south on the interstate. We went to Advance to get some direction on what might be the cause. Dann was able to help us narrow things down with his code reader and expertise. We were able to purchase the spark plug wires right there, replace them and be on our way. Thank you Dann, you saved our weekend!

Clean but didnt have what i needed

Listen, all auto part stores get their stuff from third party vendors. It is how the stand behind these parts and how they serve the customer that sets them apart. You dont get the typical dumb looks for not knowing everything about a part when shopping here, they seem to enjoy working with you to find the right part.My story is a battery I bought to put in a motorcycle I was building, 13 weeks later I took the battery off my shelf and installed it, It was bad and worse 1 week out of warranty, they were not obligated to but they still worked with me to make it right and get my old harley on the road. Good dudes!

We were looking for a specific part. Online it said this specific store had the part. Got there and the guy helping us didnt know what he was looking for. Ended up leaving without making a purchase.

This is the only advanced Auto store I went in did not feel welcome and got very dry answers to questions I had to ask. Horrible experience I would never go there again.

After going to a different Advance Auto that gave me the wrong type of light for my headlight and then told me I couldnt return it after opening it, I decided to try returning it to this store as a defective item. They gave me a hard time about returning it and I practically had to force them to return it. After going out for my card to put the money back on, I came back in to them talking about me all secretive. Never had this issue going to Auto Zone all these years. Wont be returning...

I went for an oil filter and the man behind the counter gave me the wrong filter. When I returned I was looking through the book to find what I needed myself, as they were initially no help. This man who works there approached me, his name is Gregory and asked me Wheres your daddy at? as though I was unable to find the part myself. They are very rude, sexist, and when they try to help, are unsuccessful.
