Took our truck in for overheating. They said it was the fan clutch. Next they said it was the radiator. Was given a 1600 dollar invoice and told the truck was good to go. Made it 8 miles before it began to overheat again. Brought the truck back and 2 weeks later was told it was all set. Received another 300 dollar invoice for a thermostat. Truck didn’t overheat again so that was probably the problem to start with, that or as they would have you believe all 3 parts failed at the exact same time.Made it to the interstate this morning and the truck dies. Look out on the cowl and there’s a bolt just sitting there that was surely removed from the truck and not reinstalled. Looks like it secures the wiring harness as pictured below but who knows, probably just a spare….not.Can’t recommend this shop as my vehicle is now being towed off the interstate after 3 weeks of being at loganville auto center.

First time at LAC. All I can say is they are awesome!!! I just brought my car to them on Tuesday and they fixed it up by Thursday. I would recommend them to anyone how is having any problems. Great service, great people and very nice!! I would definitely come back again.

My car is feels a WHOLE NEW CAR! I took my car in to have the driver’s side wheel bearing replaced, an alignment done, and a tire rotation done. They did an amazing job and did it very quickly! My car rides so smoothly and I feel so much safer now! Thank you!

LAC is our go to auto repair for both of our vehicles. I used to hear that you couldnt find quality, competitive pricing, and efficient service all in one. You could only hope for 2 of the 3 at best. LAC provides all three. They do a great job whenever we bring them our vehicle

Either they don’t know what they’re doing, or they’re trying to rip you off. But either way, I wouldn’t want them doing work on my car. Brought my car up to get a broken stud replaced. They took it back for an hour, came back out and told me they couldn’t just replace one stud on the model car I have and instead they’d have to replace the entire hub and bearing which would cost $450-550 (and on top of that, they were quoting the parts for twice as much as any parts store sells them). Then after waiting an hour, they charged me $22 just for looking at it and giving me incorrect info. I decided to get another place to look at it and they were able to replace the one stud for just $100 without having to charge $22 to do nothing for an hour beforehand. What a HUGE difference. This place will waste your time and money.

I have been very pleased with the service. The only issue I have had is that my wife requested an oil change and a tire rotation. I know they were very busy but when we picked the vehicle up the oil had been changed but they did not rotate the tires. Its no big deal and we will continue to use them.

Have a mechanic that I use closer to home but was in the area and needed immediate attention. Found these guys (best reviews in area) Thought I was having issues with the alternator and/or battery. The guys ran extensive tests and found no issues. Honest folks, could’ve easily gave me the run around like many auto shops do. I appreciate their professionalism. Will use them again if I’m in the area!

I dont live in Georgia, so I had no idea what to expect when my car started giving me problems but these guys are awesome! They got my vehicle fixed TWICE and did it really fast and at an awesome price. Ill definitely be using them from now on, when I come to visit!

Was informed they did not care to fix my truck. Has a leaking break line. Gave me a suggestion to go somewhere else. I think that is totally unsafe to drive a truck with faulty brakes. Just hope I don’t have an accident that will hurt others or myself. SO SAD!!

Spent $1,125 on repairs here and a few trips later the same lights were on and I was experiencing the same issues while driving. If you have a European make be warned they may not know what they’re doing making repairs. Look elsewhere.Update: now Im being told my engine is basically toast - an additional $2,000 of repairs are needed after my car was worked on here. 1 star is 1 too many.

I had a tensioner pulley disintegrate which also affected the serpentine belt. After an early Monday morning call, I dropped the car off, they called with an estimate of the repairs and had the repairs done and the car ready at 3pm. The bill was precisely what was told me on the phone. Very pleased with the explanation of the work and the efficiency with which it was done. Courteous folks at the counter and on the phone. Recommend them.

They were AMAZING! I called and they scheduled the next day to come pick my car up from my work, took care of it, and returned it to my work. They even sent me an invoice that I could pay without having to go to the store. Their customer service was more than I had hoped for. They will be who I use for everything with my car!

Had all 4 brakes replaced on vehicle. GF gets home and the wheels are smoking (break in period?). On top of that, the ABS/traction control light is now on (it wasnt before the brake job). She takes it back up there and they tell her that we have to pay for the new sensor. Are you kidding me? You broke it, you should be paying for it, not the customer.We have taken several vehicles here many times and have spent a lot of hard earned money. Im a little bummed and frustrated that they charged us $130+ for a sensor that they broke. I will think about going elsewhere from now on.You should have done the honest and right thing! Shame on you!

Did a great job replacing U joints. Dropped the truck off fairly close to closing, received a call that night with an estimate, was ready for pickup midway through the next day with the parts ordered in. Price was fair, and customer service was good.

I went into the shop after calling and the gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly. I told him of the issue that I was having and he told me that he believe that they could solve it. I was having an issue with my back door handle not opening the back door. When I arrived they worked me in their busy schedule & Brian addressed my issue within a few minutes and got me out of there in a very timely fashion! I will be going back there for future servicing

Well, I’ll drive an hour to have my car serviced by Matt and LAC team and there are plenty of mechanics closer to my home. Everyone is always nice and will patiently answer/address any of my concerns/questions. More importantly, as a woman, I never feel as though they are trying to pull the wool over my head. Oh and the bathroom is very clean and smells good. Every time. :)The number one reason why I drive an hour is because the first time I brought my car to LAC it was AFTER trying to have it serviced at a Kia dealership. That was a nightmare. Kia “forgot “ about my car until the end of the work day. Told me to go home and wait( this during the height of Covid-19 ), called me 5 minutes before closing to agree, over the phone mind you, to seven hundred dollars worth work. Huh? What?! Over the phone? Uh no. So I went the next day to go over the work with the tech and some customer service liaison, the tech got his feelings hurt cause, ” I ask too many questions and made him feel like he was running a scam.” Uh well then don’t try to scam me and you won’t feel that way.

In shop 2months still cant fix

I have been to LAC twice. I teach at a local elementary school, and my work hours and transporting my 4-year-old to Pre-K make it difficult to leave my car before work. They picked up my car. I had a leaking axle seal. They figured out which one, and the estimate was much lower than I anticipated and fair. It freed up a weekend of car-maintenance so I can spend it with my son.Great service. I thought there was a problem, and they said they would have taken me to my kid’s soccer game. I believe them. They’re good people. If there was an issue, I’m sure they’d make it right.My only suggestion would be to have the mechanic that worked on the car leave a message or give it to the office when done about what he did, what to expect, etc. I guess that is more personal preference. My father was an auto mechanic, so I appreciate knowing who worked on it, what they did, what to expect, or what to watch for with the mileage on the car.

The dealership was afraid to touch my antique truck. Tony had it repaired the next day!!!! A quality professional job and a class act that is hard to beat. I do not like anybody touching my baby but I would not hesitate to recommend LAC to anybody that has a classic car or truck.

I took my 2012 Honda Civic in for A/C repairs on Wed. A couple of hours later, Jeremy called and throughly explained the problem and how much it would cost for the repairs. I picked up my car up the next day. The amount I paid was exactly what they quoted the day before. No gimmicks or additional charges. The staff was very polite. I feel like paid a fair price for my repairs. They could have easily told me I need a new A/C. I should have taken my car here first. The other mechanic I used first could not adequately diagnose the problem. I will continue to use LAC for repairs on Honda Civic should I need and recommend these guys to all my friends.

Honesty is a rare thing nowadays. Especially in automotive repair where upselling is the norm. A refreshing service establishment with knowledgeable people and a good heart.

The extra information supplied during online appointment setup at their website was lost and I had to reiterate my needs when I walked in the door.They are the closest full service AAA center and I plan to go back but I do hope they rectify these issues in the near future.

We have struggled to find a mechanical shop that was reliable, capable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Plenty of shops can check the oil and perform other repairs that are basically part replacement, but finding someone who can diagnose an issue has become rare. Loganville Auto Center is the best I have found for correctly diagnosing and fixing problems. I highly recommend them.

Honda white accord broke down in Loganville ended up towing it . Cv axels were broke . 700$ later got the car back the money wasn’t the issue it is what it is . 1 week later same thing happened . Same problem happened . They charge high at least do it right . Took it to my home mechanic charged me 535$ easy fix . Won’t use them again . Had to fix there mistake .

My car radiator went on route 138, AAA towed me to Loganville Auto Center. Lucky for me. I was a mechanic for 40 + years and I know professionals, these guys are the BEST! They repaired my radiator and Doug also noticed my air conditioning condenser was going. He saved me a lot of labor by replaceing it while the radiator was out. I was stuck there and Brian even drove me to pickup lunch! I cannot say enough good about these folks. Great mechanics, great prices, honest, and helpful you cant beat that! Go here!

It has been a while since i visited this place. They had to change a belt of mine on a silverado several times, but it was finally fixed and they only charged me one time for the belt. They are truly a great family owned business.

LAC is a good place to work with. I have had a couple experiences that could have turned ugly and they worked with me, it was common sense and we worked together so both sides were in agreement.

After dealing with the horror story that was the dealership (Quoted $2,800 for a clutch and flywheel) I started calling around. I found a few people that were very happy to beat the dealership by 10% which to me is just lazy quoting...then I found LAC. Tony was more than happy to get me a real quote and came in WAAAY under the dealerships asking premium. Not only that but they spun the work around in under 24 hours. It has been a very long time since Ive dealt with an auto repair shop that I wanted to refer people to but these folks at LAC have more than earned my, my wifes, my friends and my familys business. I highly recommend that you run your quote by them and, even if they cant beat the dollar figure, consider them for their quality repairs and no-hassle attitude.
