I’ve been coming here for 5 plus years and loved this store. But the newest staff members working in the pharmacy are absolutely horrible. No concern whatsoever for time sensitive prescriptions, and utterly rude to people.You are a bother to them. I’d rather drive 20 miles out of town and that is what I’ll be doing from now on. Worst Walgreens ever.

The lines are always 4-5 cars deep and when you get up to the window, the people are rude and don’t want to be bothered with you.Calling is an even bigger nightmare. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no human taking to me. They picked up the phone and put it right back on hold. I understand that happening once or twice, but certainly not more than that. It’s not that difficult to ask someone to hold after being placed on hold over and over.Also, if a prescription is t covered under insurance, is it too much to contact the customer to let them know? If I had not called myself and sat on hold for over 30 minutes, I would not have known.I’m not sure what happened because they used to not be like this. Hopefully they will get their act together soon.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Im switching my entire health insurance plan just so I dont have to come here. Ill NEVER use this pharmacy again once I switch. I just went through the DT to pick up a prescription that said it would be ready at 10am. I sat in the line for 20 mins and they asked me to drive back around with a full line. Its ridiculous! Disrespectful to peoples time. Just for reference I submitted my prescription to be refilled two days prior. Why couldnt they have it ready?!?! Ive also called them previously and been hung up on by very rude employees. My open enrollment cant come soon enough.

Terrible customer service. I will not patronize this location EVER again. The old African American lady(wasn’t wearing a name tag) with Caribbean accent, otherwise I would provide a name over a description in the photo area/Fed Ex drop desk was totally RUDE and short. Very unprofessional.

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy and to Walgreens. I called in twice on April 11th. First time I was on hold for 30 minutes and was never able to speak to anyone. I was told via Text to call the pharmacy since there was an issue with my insurance information on file. I decided to try again later. I called again and was on hold for ANOTHER 45 minutes. The women operating the phones just kept picking up the phone and putting me directly back on hold. I could literally hear her talking to other people while she was doing it. I called in with another phone at the same time that said there was only 1 caller ahead... that was my first phone I was using. They were literally just ignoring the phones. PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET THEIR MEDICATIONS FOR THEIR HEALTH AND YOU ARE LITERALLY JUST IGNORING THEM. This disgusts me.

I just want to thank the pharmacy, vaccination, and store personnel for persevering during a pandemic and not losing their patience with clients even when they could. Of course this place isnt perfect -- no pharmacy in GA is. But I also know, some people are very trying and have only become more difficult during the pandemic (e.g., endangering everyone else by refusing to wear masks). While I was waiting for my vaccine, there were times when even I wanted to shout at fellow clients because of their behavior, but the staff remained patient and calm.

Smells like they have a mold problem and I saw a clerk scratching her cooter behind the register with a slim Jim that a customer was buying. Dont know why no one didn’t say anything to her but my 9 month old daughter has ptsd from seeing such feral behavior. 0/10 would not recommend unless u like sour dough.

Ran inside to pick up a Covid vaccination card for my father. He had a difficult time receiving his vaccination card at the Walgreens in Stone Mountain/ DeKalb county and the Tucker GA area. Good luck to anyone trying to get a vaccination cards at those locations. The pharmacy staff that works at the Tucker and Redan road locations refused to give him a Covid vaccination card and he went to more than one Walgreens. I stopped in my neighborhood Walgreens in Loganville and the Pharmacist was more than happy to look up his Covid vaccine info using his name and birthdate. This took five minutes because she told me that all of his info was in the computer.Thank You! My father was pleased and still could not understand why the Pharmacy staff at his neighborhood Walgreens could not comply.🤦🏾‍♀️

Sitting in line at the pharmacy pickup window behind someone who just got their prescription. I pull up and the pharmacy tech slaps a sign up saying “Closed for Lunch”. I drive around to go inside and all the pharmacy techs walk out and say “We are closed for lunch.” I know people need breaks to get lunch, but EVERYONE AT THE SAME TIME??!? Really?! I was in line and you completely ignored the fact that I was there…INCLUDING THE THREE PEOPLE BEHIND ME. Customer service is becoming more and more extinct and this location is leading the way…with smiles on their faces. So frustrating.

Had to wait 2 hours for a prescription...I work for the company and this is the worst experience Ive had....at my pharmacy the wait time is 15/30 minutes tops this is ridiculous do better with time management or get a faster staff unacceptable I see why they only have 2.7 out of 5 smfh

This wall greens pharmacy went above and beyond today my four-year-old son is running 102° fever. I went to four different places that were all closed. I go to Walgreens they’ve been closed for 30 minutes I tell the pharmacist my situation and they got me what I needed. God bless the two ladies that help me out. It means a lot thank you

I was recently found out I broke my foot today and am in a walking boot with strict instructions to keep off of my foot.I came by today to pick up a rolling knee scooter from the pharmacy. Dylan let me know that they didn’t sell those and I would have to go to a medical supply store to get them. I asked if they sold crutches and he went to check. Turns out he had some in stock. He was nice enough to ring me up at the pharmacy drive thru and bring them out to me outside since I am unable to walk.Dylan is someone Walgreens should be proud to have working for them. Going above and beyond for your customers is something sorely lacking these days and I hope the appropriate people see this review. Thanks Dylan!

Piedmont quickcare. I was seen by NP Melody Werner and she was awesome. She was very very nice and thorough. Wish all docs and nurses were this way. She was even kind enough to tell me the most economical pharmacies to fill my antibiotics at. Just wish she was my primary care physician. Thank you for a great visit

Love the little Nurses office and FedEx drop off services they provide. They also have good prices on co-pays for your prescriptions and also over the counter medications. We also shop for snacks and cleaning supplies here quite a bit. The staff are friendly and the store is well kept.

I was just there. Rianah was at the cash register. The customer behind me was closer than the 6 feet mark. Rianah politely asked her to step back. The woman rolled her eyes but Rianah remained professional. I appreciated that. i like the store, is always clean and neat. I could not find the the survey but i hope she gets this message

Run away I promise you’ll thank me later this is by far the worst Walgreens ever, the company itself is good but this one is poorly managed. I thought long and hard before I wrote a post and gave it several times before it got to the point of me writing a review on this location. High turnover rate you hardly ever see the same cashier at night, I could go on for days the only good thing I have to say is the store does stay neat.

I like the way I am notified of my medications all the way to the point as to when my insurance company will pay for my refills the people are so polite and when my flu shot has come up I dont have to wait and believe it or not it doesnt hurt I Love my drugstore I go nowhere else to do the business I do there anymore I am VERY Satisfied

Had an antibiotic sent to the pharmacy from urgent care. Called to make sure they got it. Person that answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. He told me it would be 45 minutes. Get to pharmacy 5 minutes later, and there is NO ONE here. No one in drive through or inside. Had to wait over 45 minutes at 9 PM at night to get an antibiotic with literally NO ONE here. Terrible customer service. They need to take customer service classes and learn how to take care of patients. Will never come back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been so screwed by the other pharmacies (uhh-CVS and Kroger) accepting prescriptions from me for things I need every day. I drop off the prescription and they say it will be ready tomorrow and when I come back they say -we are out of this right now but we can order it and have it in next week. I hate them. Everytime I go to Walgreens (right across the street from CVS) they have what I need and are very polite. I am going to pull all my prescriptions out of CVS and start giving Walgreens all my business. I feel I can count on them.

Second and last time in this Walgreens, second and last time I will be harassed by your employee Johnissa.Johnissa audibly mumbled profanities on her way to the register after I left the abandoned register queue to find an employee and kindly asked her to check me out. After returning to the register and having half my items rang up, she refused to check me out, and walked away after I asked her to repeat what she said on the way to the register.This girl does not need to be working with the public if she can not control her temper. I was initially very kind to her, but draw the line at being cursed at. Absolutely embarrassing customer service. And in front of another customer. I do demand good customer service, but always offer a very positive customer interaction in return.The manager came to finish the transaction and asked what happened, she was also very rude and didn’t say a single word after I explained the employees aggressive behavior. No apology. No “have a nice day”. I am always friendly with retail employees and did not deserve to be treated like this. I understand the frustration of the cashier, but the manager should’ve done ANYTHING to rectify the situation. She didn’t even have to apologize, just be like “that’s not how our employees treat customers. Our employees do not use profanity with customers. That’s not the standard we set”. Anything. Embarrassing.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. i guess people go here because its 24 hours but otherwise save your money and go somewhere where they actually care. Im pretty sure that the pharmacists are not Doctors. at least they arent my Dr. so for them to argue with a dr calling to explain something to them makes little sense.

Pharmacist working at 9pm on 9/21/18 should be fired. Could be overheard complaining about doctors offices calling and when we presented to get flu shots we were turned away. We heard the pharmacist from the back yell “People coming in at 9pm on a Friday for flu shot???” He essentially berated me in front of my family. We called before going and were told the Pharmacy is open until 11pm and to come in! If I was the manager, I would fire that idiot pharmacist for running away business!

Poor customer service. I was on hold for 10 minutes for the pharmacy. Once my call was answered I received attitude from the pharmacy tech. They were not even able to help me find a solution for the issue that I was having with getting my childs prescription filled. Its a medication that he has to take daily. We are currently out so I guess that weve have a fun filled two days thanks to them. Walgreens should consider reviewing customer service skills of the people that they hire & if they do hire them than maybe they should consider sending them to customer service classes which I know for a fact are offered in a variety of places. I even have one that I could recommend for them. MAJORLY disappointed.

Shopped here a while now. I my folks that I like and then those few i would rather just not even have too deal with at times. Sean was my man though! Stinks that he got a new job but i am happy for him in all honesty!AS FOR THE PHARMACY. Let me be clear and to my point. Daytime Pharmicist had my wife walking out in tears b/c of how she was Treated. Do I really need to explain why this is never EVER acceptable of any reputable business??We will never use the daytime pharmacy, ever, due to the disrespect that was given to us by this untrained pharmacist.[[Nighttime Pharmacists here are actually quite friendly, professional and helpful, answering her questions.. But most of all being genuinely respectful towards us, their customer. The Great ones here that are nice and courteous, and also professional.. Are the only reason we will shop here.]]So i repeat! You have ppl in the pharmacy, especially one VERY RUDE PHARMACIST thats in some dire need of Cust.Service Training!! The 2 other reviewers sound as irritated as I have been! There are more, too. Trust me..I KNOW that you all know just how One Negative experience leaves a BAD impression..
